Based on vector auto-regression (VAR) model, this paper takes advantage of Granger causality test, variance decomposition and impulse response analysis techniques to carry out a comprehensive study of the factors influencing the price of Chinese herbal, including herbal cultivation costs, acreage, natural disasters, the residents' needs and inflation. The study found that there is Granger causality relationship between inflation and herbal prices, cultivation costs and herbal prices. And in the total variance analysis of Chinese herbal and medicine price index, the largest contribution to it is from its own fluctuations, followed by the cultivation costs and inflation.

Objective To evaluate the strategy using cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive (CTA) in amniotic membrane transplantaton(AMT) to manage corneoscleral melting in severe ocular burns. Methods Twelve eyes from eleven patients with chemical or thermal burns of grade Ⅳ were recruited for this study. After medical treatment failed to arrest corneal or sclera melting,CTA were applied directly on the ulcerating corneal or sclera surface to augmented AMT. Results In all cases, all sclera ulcerations (five of eleven) were prevented or healed, epithelialization of burned cornea (eight of eleven) was complete, corneal ulceration in the rest three eyes was successfully arrested. Conclusion Tissue adhesive aided amniotic membrane transplantation is a promising altermnative in managing severe corneoscleral melting in chemical or thermal burns to maintain the integrity of the ocular wall.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(5):925-928
Traditional Chinese medicine market is a typical market with information asymmetry, which may lead to "lemons" problem. Third-Party Certification is efficient path to solve the problem of information asymmetry. For this reason geo-authentic and commodity classes certification seems to be very important. But as we know, information asymmetry happen in the stages of traditional Chinese patent medicines market. So a signaling transfer mechanism, which can deliver the quality signal, is badly needed in TCM market. This paper analysis and design of signaling transfer mechanism based on Third-Party Certification, which called quality prestige index of TCM enterprises (QPITCM). QPITCM can display quality information as a signal run through the TCM market.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2020;55(12):2811-2817
Wound healing is a complex and highly regulated process to maintaining the skin barrier function. Wounds of diabetic patients are hard or even not healing. Non-healing diabetic foot ulcers can lead to lower-extremity amputations. Diabetic wound healing problem is the main complication that leads to high disability rate of diabetes and can threaten the lives in severe cases. The healing of skin wounds requires the synergy of multiple factors to restore the injured skin to its barrier function. The mechanisms that cause it difficult to heal diabetic wounds are complex, including oxidative stress, chronic inflammation, decreased neovascularization, peripheral neuropathy, and imbalance of extracellular matrix accumulation and remodeling. This review classifies mechanisms of diabetic wound healing and provides a reference for its further research.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To determine the effects and mechanisms of isoflurane on energy metabolism during ischemia and reperfusion in isolated rat hserts. Methods The rat Langendorff model was used, and isolated per-fused rat hearts were separated into untreated, isoflurane, chelerythrine(PKC inhibitor)plus isoflurane, and chelerythrine groups. All the hearts were subjected to treatment before ischemia, followed by 30 min of ischemia and 60 min of reperfusion.Hemodynamic variables were recorded, and metabolites were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography, and analyzed subcellular localization of PKC isoforms by Western blot analysis. Results The recovery of left ventricular developed pressure after ischemia was(33?8)%,(56?9)%,and(30?5)% in the untreated, isoflurane, and isoflurane with chelerythrine groups respectively.Compared with the untreated hearts, isoflurane significantly improved the recovery of left ventricular developed pressure(P

Objective To investigate the detecting ability of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and CT in skull base invasion in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Sixty three patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were examined by whole body and skull base SPECT and CT of nasopharynx and skull base before radiotherapy. The results were double blind compared and evaluated. Results The overall positive rates of skull base invasion detected by SPECT and CT were 63.5% and 25.4%. In patients with headache, cranial nerve palsy and both, they were 87.9%,93.3%,92.3% and 42.4%,46.7%,46.2%. In patients with T 1+T 2 and T 3+T 4 lesions, they were 37.5%,90.3% and 0.0%,51.6%. In patients with N 0+N 1 and N 2+N 3 lesions, they were 63.9% ,63.0% and 19.4%,33.3%. The positive rates of SPECT were higher than those of CT (McNemar Test, P

Pharmaceutical market is a typical market with information asymmetry, and which can lead to "lemons" problem. In all developed countries, firms must receive regulatory approval to market a pharmaceutical product. Such administrative department including SFDA, EMA, FDA and so on. Chinese materia medica is a special part of pharmaceutical market in China. The management of Chinese materia medica is a special challenge in China.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(2):328-333
The complex production processes and long industrial chain in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) market result in difficulty in Chinese market microstructure research. Based on the defining the logical relationships among different concepts. This paper divides TCM market into two stages as Chinese materia medica resource market and traditional Chinese Patent Medicines market. Under this foundation, we investigated the supply capacity, approaching rules and motivation system of suppliers in TCM market, analyzed the demand situation in the perspective of demand side, and evaluated the purchasing power in terms of population profile, income, and insurance. Furthermore we also analyzed the price formation mechanism in two stages of TCM market. We hope this study can make a positive and promotion effect on TCM market related research.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(1):144-148
A dispute about the decreasing-price problem of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has recently arisen. This article analyzes the statistical data of 1995-2011 in China, the results showed that the main responsibility of expensive health care has no direct relationship with the drug price. The price index of TCM rose significantly slower than the medicine prices, the production margins of TCM affected by the material prices has been diminishing since 1995, continuous price reduction will further depress profits of the TCM industry. Considering the pros and cons of raw materials vary greatly in price, decreasing medicine price behavior will force enterprises to use inferior materials in order to maintain corporate profits. The results have the guiding meaning to medicine price management.

10. Pathogenesis analysis of isolated ischemic stroke in basal ganglia by high resolution-magnetic resonance imaging
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2018;39(9):1056-1060
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of isolated ischemic stroke in basal ganglia using high resolution-magnetic resonance imaging (HR-MRI). Methods Fifteen consecutive patients with isolated ischemic stroke in basal ganglia, who received HR-MRI examination in our hospital between Jan. 2015 and Dec. 2016, were included in this study, and the clinical and imaging data were analyzed. Results Vascular evaluation results showed that 6 patients had normal middle cerebral artery, 4 had mild stenosis, 2 had moderate stenosis, and 3 had severe stenosis. HR-MRI examination showed that plaque formation of the middle cerebral artery in the lesion side was found in 10 patients, of which 7 patients had arc plaques and 3 had annular plaques. T1 weighted imaging showed that the plaques of 8 patients were obviously enhanced, the plaque of 1 patient was moderately enhanced, and the plaque of 1 patient was not enhanced. Conclusion The etiology of isolated ischemic stroke in basal ganglia is complex. HR-MRI examination can clearly show the wall and plaque of the middle cerebral artery, providing evidence for etiological judgment.
