Objective To design the disease transfer table of standardized communication between the maternity ward and the operating room,and explore the application effect of disease transfer table based on situation (S)-background (B)-assessment (A)-recommendation (R) communication in cesarean delivery of maternal. Methods 570 pregnant women and 30 medical staff from two wards of maternity ward were selected as research object, the first ward was the control group, the second ward was observation group. The control group used traditional way of disease transfer,and the observation group used SBAR transition table for disease transfer, compared the incidence of adverse events after caesarean section of puerperal and the satisfaction of disease transfer of medical staff from two groups. Results The incidence of wound bleeding, postpartum hemorrage caused by uterine inertia, wound infection of observation group was 2.06%(6/291), 1.71%(3/291), 1.37%(4/291), which was lower than 3.94%(15/279), 3.58%(10/279), 4.66%(13/279) of control group (χ2=4.41, 4.17, 5.31,P < 0.05). The satisfaction of comprehensive, state of the iuness, work acceptance, transfer efficiency of medical staff was (4.75 ± 0.12), (4.82 ± 0.55), (4.86 ± 0.67), (4.76 ± 0.22) points, which were higher than (3.04 ± 0.29), (3.11 ± 0.35), (3.09 ± 0.32), (3.01 ± 0.42) points of control group (t=2.72-3.12,P < 0.05). Conclusions The SBAR condition transition table can improve the efficiency and quality of disease transfer between maternity ward and operating room, ensure the care safety of cesarean section maternal.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergency department. METHODS:By retrospective study,the application of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergency de-partment of our hospital during 2013-2015 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS:During 2013-2015,there were 22654 outpatient and emergency prescriptions of oxycodone and acetaminophen in our hospital. The prescription number,amount and consumption sum of oxycodone and acetaminophen were increasing year by year. Top 3 clinical departments of oxycodone and acetaminophen in the list of prescription number were orthopedics department(78.34%),emergency department(15.52%)and oncology department (2.09%). The age of patients using oxycodone and acetaminophen mainly aged 19-64 years old(78.62%);the ratio of male to fe-male was 1:1.08. The amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen was 5 mg,mainly 4 times a day(86.91%). In all kinds of diagno-sis,knee osseous arthritis (47.26%),pain in waist and lower extremities (6.18%) and abdominal pain in dispute (5.92%) were top three. CONCLUSIONS:A large amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen were used in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital during 2013-2015;there is unreasonable drug use so that we need to strengthen management and standardize drug use.

Objective To explore serum liver and kidney function,blood lipid,complement indicators in patients with hepatitis B-associated nephropathy and the relationship between HBV infection and kidney function.Methods 141 cases with hepatitis B-associated nephropathy were randomly selected from January 2015 to July 2016 from Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University including 96 male,female 45 eases.65 cases with nephropathy included 31 male,female 34 eases.68 cases with healthy people included 36 male and female 32 cases.Liver and kidney function parameters were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer Siemens ADVIA 2400.Complement C3 and C4 were detected by the automated immunoassay analyzer Beckman 1MMAGE 800.HBV DNA load was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument ROCHE LightCycler(R)480.Results ALT,Cr,UA,Urea,β2-M,LDL,TCh,TG,C3 and C4 were significant difference among hepatitis B complicated with nephropathy,nephropathy group and healthy groups (FALT =6.50,FCr=46.02,FUA =32.89,FUrea =37.60,Fβ2 M =44.98,FLDL=4.13,FTch =5.20,FTG =26.90,FC3 =14.54,Fc4 =11.01,all P＜0.05).ALT,AST,β2-M,C3 and C4 were significant difference among hepatitis B activity period complicated with nephropathy,hepatitis B non-activity period complicated with nephropathy and nephropathy group (FALT =5.96,FAST =7.45,Fβ2-M =18.70,FC3 =5.32,Fc4 =4.16;all P＜0.05).Conclusion Concentrations of liver and kidney function,blood lipid abnormalities and complement had a certain relationship with the hepatitis B complicated with nephropathy and HBV had a certain effect on serum concentrations of β2-M and complement.

Objective To analyze the correlation between the content of visible components of EPS ,and to investigate the rela‐tionship between the main parameters of semen and EPS .Methods On the basis of white blood cell count of EPS ,the patients were divided into group A (inflammatory patients ,n=189) and group B (non‐inflammatory patients ,n=94) .The density ,(a+b) activi‐ty and survival rate of sperm were detected by CASA .Results There was no linear correlation between the number of white blood cells and lecithin bodies or red blood cells .Compared with group B ,the sperm density and (a+b) level of sperm activity and surviv‐al rates of semen were significantly decreased in group A (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion The number of white blood cells of EPS could affect sperm quality of the patients .

AIM: To observe the effects of IBMX on cGMP production in gerbil hippocampus after recirculation following ischemia. METHODS: Bilateral occlusion of common carotid arteries and immunofluorescent staining methods in gerbil hippocampal tissue slice were used. RESULTS: Recirculation following ischemia caused a rise in hippocampus cGMP concentration. IBMX increased cGMP production. cGMP positive cells mainly distributed in rediatum layer and molecular layer in the CA_1 subfield. CONCLUSION: IBMX increased cGMP production in gerbil hippocampus after recirculation following ischemia.

This paper introduces such information of DICOM3.0 as its generation, components, operational mechanism and application. To understand DICOM standard exactly is helpful for the efficient operation of PACS.

Some immunosuppressants influence the synthesis and metabolism of lipids,which is a major factor for hyperlipidemia in organ transplant patients.The recent studies on the relationship between immunosuppressants and hyperlipidemia are reviewed.

The microangioarchitecture of human thalamus was studied by the ink-gelatin injection, thick section transparency, histochemical staining and methacrylate cast under the stereoscope and scanning electron microscopy. There were some impressions of smooth muscular cells on the arteriole, precapillary arteriole, origin of capillary, larger venule, and converging region of each venula. Some circular impressions presented at the course of capillary regularly and discontinuously, which might be caused by contraction of pericytes of capillary. The microvascular anastomoses were rich and complex. Besides capillary anastomoses of different shape, there were many anastomoses occurred between two arterioles, or between several arterioles. The form of venular anastomoses was similar to arterioles. The anastomosis between arteriole and venule was observed occasionally. The relationship of characteristic of vertical branches of arterioles to thalamic hemorrhage was discussed.

Objective To explore the effect of Gynopathic antiphlogistic formula combined with nifuratel and nysfungin on serum levels of CRP, oxidative stress products and its efficacy in the treatment of senile colpomycosis.Methods 66 elderly patients of colpomycosis from October 2014 to December 2015 in department of obstetrics and gynecology of Nanxun Integrative Medicine Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in each group.Patients in control group received nifuratel and nysfungin soft capsule, the experimental group received Gynopathic antiphlogistic formula on the basis of control group, with two courses, 6 days for one course.The serum inflammatory factors, oxidative stress products and clinical curative effect were compared.Results Compared with pre-treatment, the serum TNF α, CRP, IL-6, IL-8 levels decreased (P<0.05), SOD, NO increased (P<0.05), MDA, ET-1 decreased (P<0.05); compared with control group, the serum TNF α, CRP, IL-6, IL-8 level were lower (P<0.05), SOD, NO were higher (P<0.05),and MDA, ET-1 were lower (P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group (Z=-2.902,P=0.004).Conclusion The Gynopathic antiphlogistic formula combined with nifuratel and nysfungin has a better efficacy in the treatment of senile colpomycosis, which could effectively reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factors, oxidative stress products with high safety.
