1.Evaluation of the undoubled-blind design in the clinical trial of Chinese herb
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Bias in undoubled blind design in the clinical trial of Chinese herb affects the evaluation of efficacy and safety. With two examples, the paper recommended a "segregation" technique to minimize the bias in investigators during undoubled blind trial. The results showed that this method combined other strict means can achieve the conclusions the same as a double blind trial.

[ ABSTRACT] The splicing factors were characterized for their crucial roles in pre-mRNA splicing of eukaryons. SRSF2 is a member of the SR protein family which is one of the most common splicing factors, and it is believed to be a key element in pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA transcription, regulation of the DNA stability and cell proliferation.SRSF2 gene mutation is detected frequently in myeloid malignancies ( like MDS and CMML) and may be associated with the phenotype and prognosis of these malignancies. The paper makes a review for the latest research progression on SRSF2 gene mutation and its relationship with myeloid malignancies.

Glucose transporter type 1 deficiency syndrome is a rare neurometabolic disorder caused by mutations of the solute carrier family 2 facilitated glucose transporter member 1 (SLC2A1) gene, characterized by complex manifestations including early onset epilepsy, motor and mental retardation, and movement disorders and so on. Ketogenic-diet is most suitable therapy and should be commenced as early as possible because timing the initiation of the diet may prevent seizure, movement disorder, and cognitive impairment. This review aims to improve the clinicians′ understanding of glucose transporter type 1 deficiency syndrome to ensure the diagnosis as early as possible.
