[Objective]To explore residents'science popularization status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and its influential factors, and provid scientific suggestions for the formulation of strategies and methods of TCM science popularization, taking Sanfu herbal patch(SHP)as an example.[Methods]Online questionnaires and Logistic regression analysis were applied to study residents'cognition, behavior and willingness on SHP and its influential factors, and explor the effective strategies and methods of TCM science popularization.[Results]Residents'cognitive accuracy rates of SHP's efficacy in treating diseases were 22.9%for bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,21.4%for rhinitis,19.3%for health care and immunity enhancement, and those of treatment methods were 35.0%for the reimbursement by medical insurance and 20.3%for the number of medication per course.Only 7.8%of residents experienced the treatment.Ways of acquiring SHP knowledge were few, namely, personal communication(26.6%)and internet(22.6%).Patients with underlying diseases, with odds ratio(OR)of 2.44(P<0.05),were the most important factor promoting the cognitive accuracy of diseases that can be treated with SHP.Female(OR=1.70,P<0.01)and insured residents(OR=2.41,P<0.01)were factors that promoted the cognitive accuracy of treatment methods. The demand rate of knowledge was 71.7%,and that of the elderly was 100%;and approval rates of SHP science popularization at home and abroad were 78.2%and 80.0%.[Conclusion]Residents'science knowledge and application level of SHP were low,but their passion to try, learn and communicate it was very high. Therefore,it was suggested to increase the micro education of specific TCM treatments, take female, patients with basic diseases, insured residents and the elderly as starting points, expanding the audience, create diversified paths, and improve the precise implementation of science popularization strategies,so as to improve the health literacy of residents and promote the development of healthy China.

Objective To retrospectively analyze treatment status quo of giant cell tumor of bone around the knee in several institutes, and to investigate risk factors affecting selection of surgical manners, tumor recurrence, and functional outcomes. Methods A total of 222 patients with giant cell tumor of bone around the knee confirmed by pathology, who had undergone surgical treatment in 5 institutes from March 2000 to May 2012,were enrolled in this study. There were 120 males and 102 females, with an average age of 35.5 years. The epidemiology, clinical and radiographic features and risk factors affecting selection of surgical manners, tumor recurrence, and functional outcomes were analyzed. Results Intralesional curettage was performed in 128 patients(57.6%),intralesional curettage combined with partial resection in 13 patients (5.8%),and marginal excision in 79 patients (35.5%).A total of 159 patients were followed up.The local recurrence rate was 19.0% for patients treated with intralesional curettage,8.9% for marginal excision and 0% for intralesional curettage combined with partial resection, and the total local recurrence rate was 14.5%(23/159).The mean duration from primary operation to recurrence was 23.9 months.Univariate analysis indicated that surgical manner was the only factor affecting local recurrence.Pathological fracture,Campanacci grades,Enneking system as well as soft tissue mass had a significant influence on the selection of surgical manners. The mean MSTS score after intralesional curettage was obviously higher than that after marginal excision. Conclusion The surgical manner is the only factor affecting local recurrence and limb function.

Objective:To understand the attitudes of obstetricians and midwives towards the development of nurse practitioner in China. Methods:The phenomenological method in qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 24 medical staff in the third-A general hospitals and women and children's hospitals in Guangzhou and Dongguan City. The interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method. Results:Four themes were extracted, namely, unanimous approval attitude, imperfect midwifery discipline and management system, insufficient independent practice capacity, low support and recognition in midwifery area. Conclusions:Obstetricians and midwives hold a positive attitude towards the development of midwifery nurse practitioner. At the same time, its development is restricted in many aspects. They can gradually develop midwife′s legislation, improve the management system, try some prescription rights, and increase the education and talents of midwifery subjects. Cultivation and promotion of social recognition will help gradually train midwifery nurse practitioner in China.

Objective:To investigate the predicting value of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and albumin (Alb) ratio on prognosis of patients with in-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA).Methods:A total of 107 patients with IHCA and spontaneous circulation recovery (ROSC) after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University during January 1, 2017 and September 30, 2020 were selected as the subjects and divided into the survival group and death group according to the survival condition on day 14 after IHCA. The correlation between ratio of high sensitivity C-reactive protein/albumin (hs-CRP/Alb) and the prognosis of patients was analyzed. Results:No statistical significant differences were found between the survival and death groups in sex, age, medical history, ECG monitoring, recovery ventilation mode, percentage of first monitoring of heart rate and pre-resuscitation Alb (all P > 0.05). However, there were significant differences in the percentage of non-cardiogenic CA and adrenaline dose > 5 mg, time of CPR, concentrations of blood lactic acid, Alb, hs-CRP, and ratio of hs-CRP/Alb (all P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that percentage of adrenaline dose > 5 mg, concentration of blood lactic acid, time of CPR, and ratio of hs-CRP/Alb were independent risk factors for predicting death. ROC curve analysis showed that hs-CRP/Alb ratio, and concentration of hs-CRP and Alb had predictive value on the death of patients with IHCA; the areas under the curves of hs-CRP/Alb ratio, hs-CRP and Alb concentration were 0.876, 0.864 and 0.745, respectively. The predictive efficiency of hs-CRP/Alb ratio was better than that of hs-CRP concentration or Alb concentration. Conclusions:hs-CRP/Alb ratio has predictive value for the prognosis of patients with IHCA and the predictive value is superior to that of hs-CRP and Alb concentration.

Objective:
To explore the optimal positions of the implanted stimulating eletrodes for artificial facial nerve (AFN) for inducing contraction of the orbicularis oris muscle (OOM) in rabbit with peripheral facial paralysis.
Methods:
According to the four microelectrodes of the AFN stimulating side, four modes of the implanted positions were divided. In line with different modes, the electrodes were implanted into the affected OOM of the rabbits with unilateral peripheral facial paralysis. AFN output electric stimulation to induce contraction of the affected OOM with uniform stimulating frequency and pulse length in vitro. Then compared the stimulus threshold amplitude and the peak amplitude separately among different modes by SAS 9.3 version statistical software.
Results:
The differences of the stimulus threshold amplitude and the peak amplitude had no statistically significant separately between the first mode and the second mode (
