Objective To observe the dynamic changes of aspartate transaminase(AST ) in gingival crevicular fluid on tooth movement in new bone area after distraction osteogenesis at different time .Methods The distraction osteogenesis surgical proce‐dure was performed in 8 beagle dogs without periodontal disease and normal teeth ,experimental teeth were transplanted into the bone regeneration area after 2 weeks and after 6 weeks .Comparative analysis AST of each time (1 ,2 ,3 ,7 ,14 ,28 d after distraction) dynamic changes in gingival crevicular fluid .Results The AST level of gingival crevicular fluid in experimental tooth was rising for the first three days ,and the group of two weeks were significantly higher than 6 weeks ;AST levels after 7 d showed a trend of de‐cline ,down to the lowest point at 21 d ,and gradually restored ,AST levels reached a higher level again in the 28 d .Conclusion The AST level of experimental teeth increased significantly after 2 weeks than after 6 weeks ,but over time the AST level change is not linear ,this change has certain guiding significance for the clinical research in the future .

The tumor microenvironment (TME), a dynamic and complex local environment, interacts with the tumor cells and is closely related to tumor growth, metastasis, immune escape and drug resistance. Thus, targeting the TME has been a worldwide focus in cancer therapy. Many natural products possess the advantages of multiple targets, multiple pathways and wide pharmacological functions, and are the main source of antitumor drugs. In recent years studies have found that some natural products had advantageous effects on the TME. In this review, we summarize the components and functions of the TME and some natural products that target the TME, with references to the drug therapy of cancer.

Objective To investigate the effect of one stage arterialization of posterior tibial vein in treatment of peripheral arterial extensive occlusive disease. Methods Forty-six cases(56 limbs) of patients with peripheral arterial extensive occlusive disease were treated with one stage arterialization of posterior tibial vein. Results The symptom of pain disappeared right after one stage arterialization of posterior tibial vein in all patients.Skin temperature went up.The long-term results were satisfactory during the period of 3 months to 7 years follow-up,except two limbs were amputated and two limbs were reoperated with pedicle omental transplantation. Conclusion The technique of one stage arterialization of posterior tibial vein has advantages of one-stage procedure, various indications, little influence to venous return and rapid relief of ischemic symptoms.

Objective To analyse the antibiotics susceptibility result of Neisseria gonorrhoeae(N.g) isolates.Method 95 strains of N.g were performed the in-vitro susceptibility test.MICs of penicillin, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, cefepime, and spectinomycin were determined by agar dilution. Results Almost all of the N.g strains were susceptible to the first-line antibiotics used for treating the infection. The resistance rate to ciprofloxacin, tetracycline and penicillin were 100%, 78.9% and 68.4% respectively. Conclusion Although N.g is susceptible to first-line antibiotics used for treating the infections at the clinics, the situation of resistance to penicillin, tetracycline and ciprofloxacin is very serious.

Objective To evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the interrupted aortic arch (IAA), and analyze the reasons of misdiagnosis and improve diagnostic ratio of this kind of defects. Methods Ultrasonic characteristics were analyzed in 16 fetuses with aortic arch anomalies, which were compared with ultrasound image and autopsy results of the normal fetus. The relativity of fetal IAA and abnormal chromosome was also analyzed. Results Among the 16 cases, 15 cases were confirmed by anatomy and the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was 94% (15/16), of which one case was serious constriction of aortic arch, one case was error type, three cases were obtained explicit type due to unsatisfactory results of prenatal ultrasound. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic type was 73% (11/15). All of the corrected diagnosed cases were detected with ventricular septal, of which 5 cases were detected with complete endocardial cushion defect, 9 cases were found extra cardiac malformations. Among the 7 karyotype check cases, 3 cases were diagnosed with Trisomy 18, 1 case Trisomy 13, while the rest 3 cases normal. The incidence rate of Trisomy 18 was 43 % (3/7). Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound shows a high accuracy in diagnosing fetal interrupted aortic arch (IAA ), but there’s a need to be improved in explicit typing. It is difficult to identify fetal interrupted aortic arch (IAA) and serious constriction of aortic arch (COA). The incidence rate of Trisomy 18 in the abnormal chromosome of fetal IAA is high.

Objective To investigate the effect of tramadol on the expression of 5-HT1A receptor in the distal'cerebrospinal fluid contacting neurons (CSF-CNs) in mid-brain in a rat model of neuropathic pain. Methods Forty male SPF SD rats weighing 220-280 g were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 8 each): group Ⅰ normal control (group C); group Ⅱ normal saline (group NS); group Ⅲ tramodol (group T); group Ⅳ neuropathic pain + normal saline (group NP+ NS) and group Ⅴ neuropathic pain + tramadol (group NP + T). Neuropathic pain was induced by chronic constrictive injury (CCI) in group Ⅳ and Ⅴ . Four silk ligatures were placed on the sciatic nerve at 1 mm intervals. In group Ⅱ (NS) and group Ⅲ (T) the sciatic nerve was exposed but not ligated and NS 2 ml/kg and tramadol 10 mg/kg were injected IP respectively, while in group Ⅳ and Ⅴ NS 2 ml/kg and tramadol 10 mg/kg were injected IP respectively on the 7th day after CCI. Paw withdrawal threshold (PWT) to von Frey filament stimulation and paw withdrawal latency (PWL) to noxious thermal stimuli were measured before (T1) and after IP NS or tramadol injection (T2) in group Ⅱ-Ⅴ. The distal CSF-CNs in the mid-brain was labelled with 30% cholera toxin subunit B and horseradish peroxidase compound (CB-HRP) 3 μl injected in left lateral cerebral ventricle. The expression of 5-HT1A receptors was measured by immuno-histochemistry. Results PWT and PWL were significantly decreased after CCI in group Ⅳ (NP + NS) and tramadol significantly inhibited the mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia in group Ⅴ (NP + T). There was no significant difference in the number of distal CSF-CNs among the 5 groups. CCI significantly down-regulated the expression of 5-HT1A in distal CSF-CNs in group Ⅳ(NP+ NS) as compared with group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ and tramadol significantly inhibited the CCI-induced downregulation of 5-HT1A receptor expression. Conclusion Tramadol can ease neuropathic pain by down-regulating the expression of 5-HT1A receptor in distal CSF-CNs in mid-brain.

Objective: To compare the similarities and differences of teeth movement at different time points after distraction osteogenesis, and to explore the best time point of teeth movement after distraction osteogenesis. Methods: The experiment was carried out on 8 beagle dogs. Group I: started teeth movement at the second week after distraction osteogenesis. Group Ⅱ: started teeth movement at the sixth week after distraction osteogenesis. Analyzed the root, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone by physical measurement, X-rays and HE staining methods. Results: In the second and sixth week after distraction osteogenesis, the distance between the third and fourth premolar teeth reduced significantly(P<0.05), there was a remarkable difference between group I and group Ⅱ(P<0.05). Conclusion: Under the same force, the speed of tooth movement in the second week is faster than that in the sixth week, but periodontal absorption in the second week is more serious than that in the sixth week.
