International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(4):245-246
Objective To investigate the protective funcfon of total saponin of Radix Dipsaci of Sichuan on cerebral ischemia. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into a nonllal group,a model group,a low-dose total saponin(10 blocking middle cerebral artery with interpolation method.Brain homogenate was extracted, and superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the brain homogenate were measured. Results In the low-dose and high-dose total saponin groups.the infarction area of cerebral ischcmia and the content of MDA were significantly reduced and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px were increased. Conclusion Total saponin of Radix Dipsaci of Sichuan has obvious protective function on focal cerebral ischemia.
2.Research progress of Wnt signaling pathway and its interaction with other signaling pathways in osteoarthropathy
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2021;40(3):243-247
Osteoarthropathy is a progressive disease that causes the degeneration of articular cartilage due to biological and mechanical factors. The destruction of the articular cartilage matrix and the reduction of articular cartilage cells are the core part of its pathological development, and subchondral bone, synovial membrane and joint capsule are also damaged. The Wnt signaling pathway not only plays an essential role in human development and the maintenance of adult tissue homeostasis, but also functions in the joint formation, articular cartilage development, and the occurrence and development of osteoarthropathy. It has become increasingly popular in joint pathology. In this paper, authors attempted to review the research progress of Wnt signaling pathway and its interaction with other signaling pathways in osteoarthropathy.
3.Research progress of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in osteoarthritis
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2021;40(3):253-258
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a bone and joint disease caused by multiple factors, which seriously threatens human health. It is mainly manifested as joint pain and dysfunction. In severe cases, it can cause deformity. The mechanism of OA is not very clear, and there is a lack of effective therapeutic drugs; the exploration of etiology, pathogenesis and preventive measures of OA has always been an important research direction in this field. Studies have found that the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway plays a key role in the occurrence and development of OA. This article reviews the research progress of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in OA in recent years at home and abroad.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 1998;0(06):-
Objective To identify the main clinical characteristics helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Crohn s disease (CD) from primary intestinal lymphoma (PIL). Methods Ninety cases of CD and 46 cases of PIL during 1983-2004 in Peking Union Medical College Hospital were investigated retrospectively. Results The average age of PIL was nearly 10 years elder than that of CD (45. 0?16. 2 vs. 36. 7?15. 7, P

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 1996;0(06):-
Objective To study the method of combined laparoscopy and endoscopy ( duodenosco-py and choledochoscopy) in the treatment of Csendes's II, III Mirizzi Syndrome. Methods Twenty one patients with Mirizzi Syndrome were admitted for the procedures. These patients received endoscopic nasobiliary drainage first, followed by laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy plus common bile duct(CBD) exploration. Results Satisfactory out come was realized except conversion to open surgery occurred in 2 for failure in repairing due to the extensive adhesions of Calot's triangle and anatomical abnormalities of cystic duct. In the course of operation ,removal of incarcerated stones in neck of gallbladder was performed in 14 cases, extraction of CBD stones by intraoperative choledochoscopy in 5 cases, and all cases received primary suture on the defect of CBD. There was neither residual stones left nor serious after - effect including biliary fistula and he-mobilia. Mean postoperative stay was 9.4 days. Follow - up observations on 19 patients did not show recurrence of stones, nor bile duct stricture during 18-41 months. Conclusion The combined procedures is feasible and safe alternative but can be technically demanding. This management is able to substitute some conventional procedure of T - tube insertion, however, primary suture on the defect bile duct is especially difficult.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
Objective A method for the determination of 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce by capillary gas chromatography was studies. Methods The method consisted of a methylene chloride to elution, followed by concentration of the eluate.N,N-Dimethylaniline(IS) was added in and GC analysis of the eluate, prior to GC analysis. The GC analysis was carried out by DB-FFAP capillary column and nitrogen phosphorus detector(NPD).Results The linear range was 4.9mg~1.5?102 mg/L and the limit of detection was 0.16 ug/L.The average recoveries were 97.25%and 99.44% by stand addition method in 0.0102mg and 0.0602mg 4-methylimidazole.Conclusion The method was simple, rapid and sensitive.A useful method for determining 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce was provided for forensic analysis.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(4):347-350
Up to now, there are 21 ministry of education innovation teams established by 37 independent medical colleges and universities, which has become an important part of the medical education system innovation team building. From the perspective of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis,in the process of ministry of education innovation team establishment in the independent medical colleges, there are unique advantages, followed by obvious disadvantages, and there are favorable outside opportunities, accompanied with unprecedented challenges.Independent medical colleges shall keep up with the development trend, leverage the national regional development policy, give full play to the advantages, endeavor to overcome weaknesses, seize the opportunities and face the challenges actively, make the right strategic decisions,in order to better play an irreplaceable role in higher medical education system.

Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen on extracellular signal-regulated kinase-1/2(ERK1/2) phosphorylation levels in hippocampal CA4 region of ovariectomized rats. Methods Experimental female Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: intact (INT) group, ovariectomized (OVX) group, and OVX+estrogen (1 mg/kg, weekly) group. Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to measure the estrogen content in plasma, and the levels of ERK1/2 phosphorylation were measured with immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the control animals, the plasma estrogen level was significantly lower in OVX group (P<0.001). However, the plasma estrogen level was higher in the OVX+estrogen group than that of the OVX group (P<0.001). Immunohistochemical staining showed that the phospho-ERK1/2 (p-ERK1/2) substances were present in the nucleus and cytosol of neurons. Compared with the control group, immunostaining positive cells markedly decreased in OVX group, with light nucleus and cytosol staining in the hippocampal CA4 region (P<0.001). The phospho-ERK1/2 positive neurons increased more obviously in OVX+estrogen group than in the OVX group (P<0.001). Conclusion Estrogen can increase ERK1/2 phosphorylation levels in hippocampi of aging female rats, which suggests that the ERK signal transduction pathway may be regulated by estrogen during the process of aging.
