Journal of Medical Informatics 2017;38(4):36-38,43
Taking the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University as an example, the information integration platform of the hospital is constructed in accordance with the national data and information interaction standard and HL7 standard. The paper introduces the idea for selecting platform products, and technical route and effect of platform construction, and provides guarantee for sustainable development of the hospital,in order to greatly improve core competitiveness of the hospital.
2.Study on the Quality Standard of Shixiangzhitong Pill
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et wils, Cyperus rotundus L.and Rheum palmatum L. in Shixiangzhitong pill. The content of chrysophanol in Shixangzhitong pill was assayed by TLC-scanning. The proposed method can be used to control the quality of Shixiangzhitong pill.

Objective: To explore the values for rejection research of the models through observing rejection rulers following small bowel transplantation(SBT)in Inbred strain rats.Mothods: Heterotopic SBT models were established with Inbred strain F344/RT11 and BN/RT1n by microsurgical technique according to Monchik method, including Isotransplantation(F344→F344,n=8)and allotransplantation(BN→F344, n=8).Results: 1.The mean living time was over 30 days in IT x group ,which was 12 days in AT x group.2.The general conditions have no significant difference on various time points of postoperative day(POD)in IT x group, while pathological features of grafts were concided with diagnosis of nonspecific slight inflammation on POD3 and were the same as the normal grafts on POD 0?5?7 and 9.3.Significant difference of IL-2R? chain and ?-INF mRNA transcription was earlier than pathological feature appearance of rejection.4.The general conditions and pathological features of grafts were concided with diagnosis of mild, moderate and severe actute rejection in AT x group on POD 5?7and 9 respectively. Conclusion:Inbred strain BN to F344 combination is fitter for research on rejection mechanism than F344 to Wistar combination and Outbred strain Wistar to SD combination.

Objective To introduce the Chinese version of short Falls Efficacy Scale International (short FES-I) and test its reliability and validity in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The English version and the traditional Chinese version of short FES-I were ob-tained from the Prevention of Falls Network Europe, and the simplified Chinese version was developed after a further revision. A sample of 105 inpatients with cerebral infarction from December 2014 to May 2015 were recruited from 2 tertiary hospitals in Tianjin. They were in-vestigated with the simplified Chinese version of short FES-I, modified Falls Efficacy Scale (MFES), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). At the same time, the laboratory indexes of the patients were collected. Results The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of short FES-I was 0.98 and the score of short FES-I was negatively correlated with MFES (r=-0.41, P<0.001). Short FES-I was correlated wtih GAD-7 score (r=0.52, P<0.001), PHQ-9 score (r=0.46, P<0.001) and the level of C reaction protein (r=0.21, P=0.032), but uncorrelated with other laboratory indexes (P>0.05). There was significant difference in the score of short FES-I be-tween the patients with or without falling. Conclusion Short FES-I is valid and internal consistant, and can be used as an assessment tool to screen fear of falling among patients with cerebral infarction.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective To explore the early manifestation of childhood autism. Methods Fifty-one childhood autism were selected as autistic group, and 40 cases of healthy children were selected as healthy control group. All children were investigated retrospectively about social competence, language development, repetitive motor actions and special interests before 18 month-old by questionnaire. All results were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software. Results Compared with healthy control group, children in autistic group presented a series of abnormal manifestations before 18 month-old,including social competence, language development, repetitive motor actions and special interests(Pa

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(08):-
Objective To study the immune protective effects of liver graft on intestinal graft in simultaneous liver/small bowel transplantation. Method Rat models(Wistar to SD) of liver/small bowel transplantation(LSBTx),single liver transplantation(LTx)and single small bowel transplantation(SBTx) were established respectively. Twelve recipients from each group were used to determine survival time. Six recipients from each group were sacrificed for liver and/or small bowel biopsy at posttransplantation day 5,7 and 14,respectively. Rejections were detected by histopathology and mRNA expression of IL-2,IL-4,perforin and granzyme B in grafts by semi-quantitative reverse transcript PCR. Result The survival time of LSBTx recipients was (27.83?4.47) d,much longer than SBTx recipients (11.58?3.26) d,but was similar to LTx recipients (28.92?2.39) d. Allograft rejections of intestinal graft in LSBTx group were milder than that in STBx group, accompanied by down-regulated mRNA expression of perforin and granzyme B. Conclusion Simultaneous liver/small bowel transplantation in rats provides immune protection on intestinal graft.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(4):261-265
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of fear of falling (FOF) in patients with first ever cerebral infarction. Methods A sample of 105 inpatients with cerebral infarction were recruited from two tertiary hospitals in Tianjin (Tianjin Huanhu Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM) to complete this research. They were investigated with the simplified Chinese version of Falls Efficacy Scale International-short (FES-Is), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Barthel Index Rating Scale (BI) and Functional Ambulation Category Scale (FAC). Results The total score of FES-Is was 15.38±7.45. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age, marital status, fall history, walking ability and anxiety were important factors of FOF. Conclusions Clinical staff should guide the patients with first cerebral infarction especially who had a history of falling to take active and effective measures to deal with their FOF, and pay more attention on patients who was elderly, without a spouse, assisted walking and anxiety, to release their FOF, prevent the falling and promote the functional recovery of patients.
