Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2016;16(12):1146-1149
It is very frequent that patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty ( TKA) suffer a severe pain from the bone cutting and soft tissue balance procedures postoperatively .In addition , pain control is the key point of the rehabilitation after surgery . Therefore, establishing an effective method to decrease the pain should be considered as a priority .Femoral nerve block (FNB), as a common and effective peripheral nerve block after TKA , affects the strength of quadriceps femoris and the postoperative recovery . Adductor canal block (ACB), targeting at the saphenous nerve , is proved to be as effective as FNB in pain control , and has less influence on the quadriceps strength .However , considering about the short time following up , the expansion of local anesthesia drug and few reports in China , the application of ACB in TKA needs further study .

Objective To explore the effects of maternal cypermethrin exposure during lactation on testicle development and steroidogenesis of weaning offspring, and to provide a theoretical basis for the toxicity study of cypermethrin on reproduction. Methods Twenty-one healthy pregnant mice(clean animal) were randomly divided into three groups.Maternal mice were orally administered with different doses of cypermethrin [0,6.25 and 25 mg(/kg?d),10 ml/kg] dissolved in corn oil daily from postnatal day 1(PND1) to PND21.Fifteen male pups were randomly selected from each group and sacrificed at PND21 after exposure. The testicle organ coefficients were calculated.Serum testosterone(T) and estrogen(E2),testicle T were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Histopathological changes in the testicle tissues were observed by HE stain.Testicle cells apoptosis was detected by TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL).Results A significant decrease was observed in body weight and the testicle organ coefficients in cypermethrin-treated group was in a dose-dependent manner(P0.05).Histological examination showed that maternal cypermethrin exposure markedly decreased the number and layers of spermatogenic cells, increased the inside diameter(ID) of seminiferous tubules, and disturbed the array of spermatogenic cells in testicle sections of pups at PND21.No significant effect on apoptosis of testicle cells was seen. Conclusion Maternal cypermethrin exposure during lactation may damage testicles and steroidogenesis of weaning offspring.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2021;56(6):1580-1590
The tumor microenvironment (TME), a dynamic and complex local environment, interacts with the tumor cells and is closely related to tumor growth, metastasis, immune escape and drug resistance. Thus, targeting the TME has been a worldwide focus in cancer therapy. Many natural products possess the advantages of multiple targets, multiple pathways and wide pharmacological functions, and are the main source of antitumor drugs. In recent years studies have found that some natural products had advantageous effects on the TME. In this review, we summarize the components and functions of the TME and some natural products that target the TME, with references to the drug therapy of cancer.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2008;24(5):517-520
Objective To evaluate the tests in differential diagnosis of subtypes in patients with primary aldosteronism. Methods Fifty-seven patients in the past 7 years chnically diagnosed as primary aldosteronism [22cases of aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA), 26 idiopathic hyperaldosteronism (IHA) and 9 primary adrenal hyperplasia (PAH)] were selected. The plasma potassium, basic and upright plasma renin activity, plasma and urinary aldosterone were determined. 19 patients with essential hypertension served as control. All patients with primary aldosteronism underwent adrenal CT, postural stimuhtion test (PST) and adrenal venous sampling (AVS) to differentiate the subtypes. The clinical and laboratory data were followed up during survey. Results (1) The patients with APA had higher blood pressure and aldosterone level in plasma or urine, but lower plasma potassium and plasma renin activity than those with IHA. In PAH group, these parameters were in the ranges between APA group and IHA group. For the diagnosis of APA, IHA and PAH, the coincidences were 86.4%, 73.1% and 22.2% by adrenal CT, 86.4%, 80.8% and 77.8% by the ratio of aldosterone in both sides of AVS and 95.5%,92.3% and 100.0% by the ratio of aldosterone to cortisol in beth sides, respectively. (2) The plasmaaldosterone, systohc and diastolic blood pressure were decreased after operation in the patients of APA and PAH,and no significant changes were found in patients with IHA. Conclusion The abnormal laboratory findings in patients with APA axe more evident than those in IHA. The result of PST is overlapping considerably in cases ofAPA and IHA. Adrenal venous samphng yields a high coincidence, which should be done in patients with negative CT scanning. The ratio of aldosterone to eortisol in AVS is more reliable. The clinical and laboratory data, especially plasma potassium will be improved after operation in patients with APA and PAH. But there is no change in patients with IHA during the follow-up period.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for prescriptions audit before payment in hospital pharmacy. METHODS:The management measures of prescriptions audit and intervention before payment in our hospital were introduced. 1 200 outpatient pre-scriptions within 1 year before and after management were subjected to a statistical analysis. The effects of prescriptions audit be-fore payment were evaluated through analyzing and comparing qualification rate of prescription and unqualified prescriptions. RE-SULTS:Our hospital adopted a series of measure to realize prescriptions audit and intervention before payment by clinical pharma-cists,such as using information audit system, formulating audit standard, educating pharmacists, establishing audit job system, prescriptions review and feedback system, setting up communication system, etc. Of the total audited 189 665 prescriptions, 14 581(7.69%)failed to audit and 606 prescriptions hadn’t been revised after 1 year management, with effective intervention rate of 95.84%. Compared with before management, the prescription qualification rate increased from 88.83% to 98.67% after manage-ment(P<0.01). The quantity of overdose, inconformity with medical insurance, overload and other conditions reduced to 0. CON-CLUSIONS:It is feasible for pharmacists to audit and intervent prescriptions before payment in hospital pharmacy to improve pre-scription qualification and promote rational drug use in the clinic.
