Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(07):-
Objective To analyze the clinical results of the medical aural and encephalic(EC) glue to mend the traumatic liver break. Methods 34 patients of traumatic liver breaks were divided into the comparison and research groups randomly. The control group was cured by traditional remending operation and the experiment group was cured by EC remedy. Results The mortality of operation was 30% and the rate of postoperative bleeding was 40% in the control group. While no complication happened,it had significant difference(P
2.The neutral amino acid transporter ASCT2 in intestinal brush-border membrane:molecular and functional characteristics

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
ASCT2 is a Na+-dependent neutral amino acid transporter in brush-border membrane of intestinal epithelial cells. The activity accounts for the majority of intestinal luminal neutral amino acid absorption, such as alanine, serine, cysteine, threonine, glutamine, asparagine and so on.The study about molecular and functional characteristics of ASCT2 will help to the understanding of bowel function, and offer the potential for developing new treatments for short bowel syndrome and other bowel dysfunction conditions.
3.On the Autonomic Principle of Medical Ethics
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
There is controversy about the basic principle of medical ethics in academia field. The autonomy principle has been approved the most widespread. The autonomy principle respects individual autonomy and freedom. Its core is the respect human right,it includes some concrete rules such as informed consent, confidentiality, privacy. The autonomy principle originates from liberalism morals tradition emphasizing on personal freedom and choice.Although it is advocated by western medical ethics,Chinese ancient sage had put forward the colse and even the same viewpoint.
4.Clinical Observation of the Effect of Cefoperazone on Postoperative Hemostasis of Incisional Wound
China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of cefoperazone on the surgical haemostastic outcome so as to offer reference for preoperative anti-infection medication.METHODS:A total of 60 patients undergoing laparotomy were randomly divided into medication group(cefoperazone)or control group. The blood coagulation functional parameter changes of the 2 groups before and after operation were observed, and the intraoperative blood loss volume, blood infusion volume, and the haemostatic time were recorded.RESULTS:The thrombin time, the prothrombin time, partial prothrombin time were all longer, and the intraoperative blood loss volume and blood infusion volume and the haemostatic time were all more in cefoperazone-treated group than in control group(P
5.Cerebral autoregulation in cerebral vascular disease
Chinese Journal of Neurology 1999;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate cerebral autoregulation in cerebral vascular disease using transeranial Doppler(TCD)-CO_2 test and head-upright tilt test(HUTT).Methods Thirty-two patients with occlusive cerebral vascular disease (group A),28 cerebral infarction patients without stenosis (group B), and 26 controls were included.Cerebrovascular reactivity was calculated in terms of the breath-holding index (BHI) and vascular motor reactivity (VMR) by TCD-CO_2 test.Changes of cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV),blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) were detected during HUTT to assess the cerebral pressure-autoregulation.Results Compared with controls,VMR decreased in group A and B,being 0.18?0.02,0.26?0.04 respectively, and so did BHI,being 0.76?0.15,1.05?0.15 respectively with significance(P

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2010;45(2):141-53
Anti-HIV drugs still remain as the dominant role in the treatment of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), because no vaccine was found till today. Owing to structural diversity, few side effects, and abundant resources, natural compounds from traditional Chinese medicines and medicinal plants have unique advantages and good potential in prevention and treatment of AIDS. Many researchers have made great efforts in the field of anti-HIV natural compounds, and have found some natural compounds from traditional Chinese medicines with potent anti-HIV activities. These compounds can be classified into the following categories: alkaloids, coumarins, lignans, flavonoids, terpenoids, tannins, polysaccharides, proteins and peptides, and polyphenols. However, most of these researches are performed in vitro, and most natural compounds show weak anti-HIV activities and indefinite acting targets. In the paper, we reviewed some natural compounds derived from traditional Chinese medicines with potent anti-HIV activities in recent years.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2011;9(6):658-664
Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at Tianshu (ST25) on pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in sodium taurocholate-induced severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) in rats. Methods: Sixty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operation group, SAP group and EA group. An SAP model was established by injecting 3.5% sodium taurocholate at a dose of 1 mL/kg through puncturing the pancreatic duct. In the EA group, EA at ST25 was performed with sparse-dense wave (2/100 Hz, 2 mA for 30 min) immediately after sodium taurocholate injection and 30 min before sacrifice. Rats were sacrificed at 3 (n=7), 6 (n=7) and 12 h (n=8) after operation. Levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-10 in serum were estimated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Pathological changes of pancreatic tissues were examined by hematoxylin and eosin staining and observed under a microscope and also scored. Results: The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 of SAP rats were significantly higher than those of sham-operation rats at 3, 6 and 12 h. The level of IL-10 in serum of SAP rats was significantly higher than that of sham-operation rats at 3 and 6 h (P<0.05). EA at ST25 down-regulated the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and up-regulated the level of IL-10 and the ratio of IL-10/TNF-α, also attenuated the morphological damages at 6 and 12 h (P<0.05) in rats with SAP. The pathological scores of pancreatic tissues in the EA group were significantly less than those in the SAP group at 6 and 12 h (P<0.05). Conclusion: EA at ST25 may have a therapeutic effect on rats with SAP by down-regulating the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 and up-regulating the level of IL-10 to re-establish the balance of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, and to ameliorate the inflammatory response of SAP.
