Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2014;30(6):419-421
Public-private partnership(PPP)serves as a useful attempt for an adjustment of existing number of public hospitals and incremental development of private hospitals in an effort to implement policies of the health reform and optimize the allocation of medical resources.Investment-OperationTurnover(IOT) is a way to introduce the PPP practice, regarded as an institutional innovation in reforming public hospitals. This paper traced back the IOT model in its development and analyzed its connotation and form,as well as its strengths and weaknesses in a feasibility study, and presented the existing IOT projects in China for reference and open discussion.
2.Adaptive external beam radiotherapy of cervical carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(3):232-234
Radiotherapy has become one of the most important treatments for cervical carcinoma. In recent years, because of the organ motion, anatomical changes and setup errors et cetera, the accurate external beam radiotherapy( EBRT)may regard to the difference between the actual dose delivery and the pre-treatment plan, which not only causes target less, but also brings additional doses to the organs at risk( OAR). By using of image guidance and individual modelling, adaptive radiotherapy( ART)can analyze the parameters of target position, volume and dose and adjust optimized plans for the follow-up treatment based on aforesaid feedbacks and enable the enhancement of the local control rate while reducing the incidence of the side reaction.
3.Clinical significance of serum Slit2 protein in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2015;(11):726-729
Objective To evaluate serum Slit2 protein level in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B,and the re-lation with extent of liver damage and prognosis of patients. Methods In February-July 2014,patients with chronic hepatitis B(chronic hepatitis group)and chronic severe hepatitis B(chronic severe hepatitis group)in an infectious department were observed, healthy volunteers were as control group, and patients in chronic severe hepatitis group were subdivided into recovery subgroup and non-recovery subgroup based on whether patients had recovered.Serum Slit2 protein, prothrombin activity (PTA),total bilirubin (TBIL),and alanine transaminase (ALT)levels were detected and compared. Results A total of 157 patients (chronic hepatitis group,n =93;chronic severe hepatitis group,n=64)and 10 healthy volunteers were included in the study .Slit2 protein levels were significantly different among three groups(F =5.596,P =0.004),serum Slit2 protein levels in chronic hepatitis group and chronic severe hepatitis group were (4.90±1 .07)ng/mL and (3.09±1 .00)ng/mL respectively, both were higher than (2.10± 0.60)ng/mL in healthy control group (both P <0.05);serum Slit2 protein level in chronic severe hepatitis group was significantly lower than chronic hepatitis group (P <0.05).Serum Slit2 protein level in non-recovery subgroup of chronic severe hepatitis group was significantly lower than recovery subgroup ([1 .88±0.67]ng/mL vs [2.96± 1 .32]ng/mL,t=2.319,P =0.032).Serum Slit2 protein level in patients with chronic hepatitis B was positively correlated with PTA level(r=0.33,P <0.05),but negatively correlated with serum TBIL level (r =-0.46,P <0.05)and ALT level (r=-0.32,P <0.05).Conclusion Serum Slit2 protein level is an important index which can re-flect the prognosis of patients with chronic severe hepatitis, low serum Slit2 level suggests the poor clinical prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2009;3(2):88-91
Objective To investigate the relationship between obesity parameters and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in aircrew. Methods A questionnaire survey in aircrew members was performed. Outcome measurement included body height, body weight, neck circumference ( NC), waist circumference (WC), and body mass index (BMI). Those with snoring during sleep and/or Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS)score ≥ 9 were screened with pulse oxygen saturation test during overnight sleep. Those with oxygen saturation decrease index ≥ 10 times/h and suspected OSAHS were tested by polysomnography (PSG). The objects were then assigned to three groups: the OSAHS group, the snore group and the normal group. The relationship between obesity parameters and OSAHS was analyzed. Results There were 399 ( 37. 54% ) overweight, 36 ( 3. 39% ) obesity, 130 ( 12. 23% ) increased NC, and 354 (33.30%)increased WC in 1063 aircrew members (OSAHS group > snore group > normal group; P<O. 05). The mean value of BMI, NC and WC in the three groups were dittos. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that overweight, obesity and increased WC were significantly associated with snoring (P <0.05) and snoring enlarged NC was significantly correlated with OSAHS (P< 0.05). Conclusion Increased BMI, NC and WC may be risk factors of OSAHS among aircrew. Effective prevention and treatment of OSAHS should be needed.

Objective To verify the significance of the morphological changes of the macula and its relationship to visual function by using optical coherence tomography (OCT) after scleral buckling procdure. Methods The macula of retinae of 68 patients (70 eyes) with reattached retinae after scleral buckling operation for retinal detachment were examined by OCT to scan the macula through fovea vertically and horizontally. Results Among the 70 eyes, 22 eyes revealed normal macula with thickness of neurosensory retina meant (146.47?20.59) ?m. In the other 48 eyes (68.60%) with abnormal macula, 19 eyes showed extensive subretinal interspace, 9 eyes showed local subretinal interspace, 8 eyes showed macula edema, 4 eyes showed thin macula, 4 eyes showed subretinal proliferation and 4 eye showed epiretinal membrane over macula. In the normal macular structure group under the OCT, the visual acuity (VA) of the operated eyes was more than 0.3 in 6 eyes 2 weeks after operation and in 14 eyes 3 mons after operation. In the macula edema group, the VA was more than 0.3 in 1 eye 2 weeks after opoeration and 2 eyes 3 mons after operation. In the subretinal interspace group, the VA was more than 0.3 in 5 eyes 2 weeks after operation and in 23 eyes 3 mons after operation. The proportions of the numbers of operated eyes with the VA more than 0.3 after 3 mons of the operation in macular normal group subretinal interspace group and other macular disease group were significantly different (? 2=18.91, P
