Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(11):700-702
The chronic B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) pathway plays an important role in malignant proliferation of B-cell lymphoma.Several tyrosine kinase inhibitors have shown impressive anti-tumor activity in relapsed and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This review discussed essential tyrosine kinases in BCR signaling pathway and present data from clinical usage of these related novel target agents.
2.Status quo and hot spots of lung cancer-related studies in China:A bibliometric analysis
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(4):67-72
Lung cancer-related papers published by authors of China were retrieved from PubMed and the high frequency subject headings and subheadings were extracted from them using the Bicomb system. The status quo and hot spots of lung cancer-related studies in China were analyzed .
3.Clinical Analysis of 799 Cases of Female Sexually Transmitted Diseases
Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To evaluate 3 female sexually transmitted diseases(STD).Methods 799 cases of female STD were tested by means of polyerase chain reaction(PCR) we analyzed the incidence age, types, diagnosis and treatment. Results The peak incidence was ranged from 25 to 30 years. The highest incidence was non-gonococcal cervicitis (urethritis),cervicitis type was frequently, often infertility. The treatment of condyloma acuminata key was removal of warts by laser and antiviral therapy.Mucopus and urinary irritation symptoms were the clinical features of gonrrhea.Mixed infections were common, needs to use antimicrobial agents which were effective to four pathogens. Conclusion The risk of non-gonococcal cervicitis(urethritis) is increasing,it could infect cervix, induce to infertility. It is necessary to increase the search, prevention and treatment for the STD.
4.Origin of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral theory and its clinical application.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(3):297-299
Through tracing to the source of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral theory, Lingshu: Jingmai (Miraculous Pivot * Meridians) is studied in this article. Considered the requirement and concept of treatment according to syndrome differentiation, the application of proper syndrome differentiation methods based on meridian and collateral theory in acupuncture clinic is discussed. Theories, key factors as well as historical relations of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral are also analyzed. The feature and origin of syndrome differentiation according to meridian and collateral, which are considered to be more important, are also discussed. Focuses of explanation are put on the functions, significances, connotations, relationship and clinical application of two major factors of syndrome differentiation, namely the running course of meridian and collateral and signs.

5.Effects of Bi-level positive airway pressure on the level of B-type natriuretic peptide in patients with acute left ventricular failure
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2014;13(12):1011-1013
A total of 122 patients with acute left ventricular failure from January 2011 to December 2013 at our hospital were recruited and divided randomly into control group (n =62) and observation group (n =60).Control group received conventional therapy and Bi-level positive airway pressure (Bi-PAP) was added along with conventional therapy for observation group. And 12 and 8 patients died in control and observation groups respectively within 24 h after treatment and there was no statistical difference. The BNP levels of the control group pre-treatment and at 1 h and 24 h post-treatment were (1 040 ± 315),(995 ± 245) and (570 ± 164) ng/L.The BNP levels of observation group pre-treatment and at 1 h and 24 h posttreatment were (1 080 ±209),(995 ±245) and (490 ± 138) ng/L.BNP of observation group at 1 h and 24 h post-treatment decreased significantly compared with that pre-treatment and control group (P <0.01).Only at 24 h post-treatment,the BNP level of control group decreased significantly compared with that pretreatment (P < 0.01).
6.Progress of clinical transformation research in malignant lymphoma in 2013
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(3):141-143
Advances in clinical transformation research has facilitated discovery of a number of novel somatic mutations and aberrant intracellular signaling pathways involved in malignant proliferative B-cell lymphoma.Meanwhile, small molecular inhibitors targeting those mutation genes or signaling pathways have also been shown to be effective in treating relapsed and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This paper reviewed important discoveries in clinical transformation research in lymphoma field in 2013.
7.Does cataract surgery accelerate the progression of age-related macular degeneration?
Ophthalmology in China 1994;0(02):-
Cataract and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) often present concurrently in aged persons. There has been a longstanding controversy among clinicians as to whether cataract surgery is contraindicated in eyes with AMD. Most of previous researches indicated that cataract surgery could accelerate the progression of AMD. However recently studies suggested that cataract surgery improved visual function of the patients and didn't accelerate the progression of AMD. These are related to the development of cataract surgery and the using of phacoemulsification technique.
8.Study on NIH3T3 cells infected by retrovirus encoding EGFP fusion of human ribonuclease inhibitor protein
China Medical Equipment 2014;(10):20-22
Objective:To identify the expression of egfp-hri fusion on NIH3T3 cells which is carried by recombinant retrovirus. Methods:The egfp-hri fusion gene was integrated intoNIH3T3 cells by the infection of recombinant viral supernatant from the G418 resistent PA317 cells transfected stably with the plasmid of pLNCX-EGFP-C1-hri. The expression effect of egfp-hri fusion was visualized under the fluorescent microscope, while the expression levels of egfp-hri fusion protein by Western blot. Results:The observation from fluorescent microscope showed the green fluorescent was obviously observed in the cytoplasm , western-blotting showed the expression level of egfp-hri fusion gene increased by 83%and 81%, as compared with those uninfected cells and in the cells infected with empty vector, respectively. Conclusion:The infected NIH3T3 cells can express egfp-hri fusion protein successfully.
9.Translational research progress in malignant lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(2):74-75
Rituximab in the combination of CHOP regimen has been widely used as the standard treatment of several kinds of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL),but there are still about 1/3 of the late B-NHL patients become primary and secondary resistant to the drug.Recently, many translational research progress in malignant lymphoma promoted the development of promising candidate drugs for the treatment of lymphoma. The advances in translational research field were summarized in this manuscript.
10.Research progress in photoacoustic imaging of microcirculation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(8):878-883
Microcirculation is closely related to occurrence and development of disease, so it is of significance in noninvasive imaging of microcirculatory structure and function in vivo.Photoacoustic imaging is one of the main techniques in microcirculation imaging, which has the characteristics of high contrast, high detection depth and high sensitivity to tissue function.A review of the literature showed that photoacoustic technique can noninvasively image and quantitatively measure microcirculatory structure, vasoconstriction and vasodilation, concentration of hemoglobin, oxygen saturation, blood velocity and direction, oxygen metabolism level in a certain depth of living tissue in real time.Research progress in photoacoustic imaging of microcirculation in subcutis, cerebral cortex, tumor, eye and other tissues is reviewed in this paper.
