1.Textual research of materia medica on Chinese-Tibetan medicine -Terminalia chebula, Terminalia billerica, Phyllanthus emblica
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2001;32(4):355-357
To probe tentatively into the relations of Terminalia chebula Retz., Terminalia billerica (Gaertn.) Roxb, and Phyllanthus emblica L. between TCM and Tibetan medicine. Methods Textual researches of materia medica were carried out and their history in clinical application were traced. Results T. chebula, T. billerica, P. emblica were all of foreign origin and were introduced into China with Buddhism. As compared in medical practice, the Tibetan autonomony region has their particular choice and preference. Conclusion We should apply modern scientific research achievements to carry out deep mutual exchanges to enrich TCM.

3.The relationship among personality, job burnout and knowledge sharing behavior of the enterprise employees
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2011;20(8):722-724
Objective To explore the relationship among personality, job burnout and knowledge sharing behavior of the enterprise employees. Methods The 44 items big five inventory(BFI) ,knowledge sharing inventory and job burnout inventory were administrated to 635 employees online. Results ( 1 ) Agreeableness had a significant main effect on knowledge sharing ( β =0.135, P<0.01); (2)Cynicism( β = -0.140, P<0.01) and reduced personal accomplishment( β = -0.125, P<0.01 ) had a significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior and its two dimensions; (3) Job burnout partially mediated the relationship between agreeableness and knowledge sharing behavior(P<0.01).Conclusion Enterprise employees' personality had different effects on knowledge sharing behavior, and job burnout was an important mediating role in the relationship above.
5.Ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2016;15(7):569-571
The transvaginal ultrasonography, sonohyterography and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasonography are main ultrasonographic methods in evaluation of endometrial lesions. This article introduces the procedures, limitations, advantages and disadvantages of these three ultrasonographic methods in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women.
6.The inhibitory effects of PNS oncardiac hypertrophy and its nervous mechanism
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Aim To investigate the antagonistic action o f total saponins of panaxnotoginseng(PNS) on cardiac hypertrophy and its nervous mechanism. Methods (1)cardiac hypertrophy of rats due to pressure overload was induced by constricting of abdominal aorta. There were five groups in the experiments. The rats in Group A(control group)were sham operated . Group B was aorta-constricted group. The rats in Group C,D,E were given ip PNS 50,100,150 mg?kg?d -1 for three weeks respectively. Three weeks later, We measured the heart-weight(HW),left ventricular weight(LVW), the ratio of HW/BW,LVW/BW (LVI) and the cardiomyocyte diameters(MD) after dyeing by HE color.(2)The effects of PNS on the fast excitatory postsynaptic potential(f-EPSP),membrane depolarization induced by application of acetylcholine (ACh),membrane potential and membrane resistance of the isolated Stellate ganglion(SG)of the rats were investigated by means of intracellular recording techniques. Results (1)HW/BW, LVI and MD of Group E were significantly lower than that of Group B(P0.05).(2)At the concentration of 0.10 ~0.16 g?L -1, PNS reversibly depressed the amplitude of f-EPSP, but the ACh depolarization, membrane potential and membrane resistance were not significantly altered by PNS. Conclusion PNS can prevent cardiac hypertrophy due to pressure overload in rats and this action may underline its inhibitory action on presyn aptic effect of regulating calcium influx.
7.The role of Tau protein in Alzheimers disease: An update
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Tau is a microtubule-associated protein th at can promote micortubulbe polymerization in vitro and can stabilize the asse mbled microtubules. Hyperphosphorylated form of tau comprises the main component of the paired helical filaments and neurofibrillary tangles found in Alzheimer s desease (AD). This paper reviews the functions and the prospects of tau in Al zheimers disease.
8.Design of Multi-platform acupoint display and retrieval system using flash technology
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(8):69-72
After an elaboration with the ideas and steps for developing a cross platform acupoint display and re-trieval system using flash technology, how to rapidly locate and display the acupoints and how to search the recent papers on acupoint therapy were described with the Jing-Well Point as an example.
9.Impact of propofol and midazolam on the time course of extubation
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the impact of propofol and midazolam on the time course of extubation in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods The patients were randomly divided into the propofol group(n=37)and the midazolam group(n=52),which were further divided into three sedation stratums. The administration of two drugs were stoped immediately while weaning from the ventilator. The awakening time and extubation time of the two groups were recorded and compared with each other. Results Both awakening time and extubation time of the propofol groups were shorter than those of the midazolam group(P
10.The effects of early rehabilitation on hemiplegic patients caused by stroke
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(12):-
Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation on motor function of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction. Methods Forty two patients were divided into two groups randomly: a rehabilitation group and a control group. Both groups were given the same internal medical treatment to stabilize the patients conditions in the early stage. In addition, the patients in the rehabilitation group were given early formal rehabilitation training, while those in the control group were given no formal rehabilitation training. The results of therapy were assessed by using SIAS method (Stroke Impairment Assessment Set). Results As shown by the SIAS result, the scores of motor function, muscle tone, range of motion (ROM), pain, trunk control and function on the unaffected side in the rehabilitation group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P
