1.Research on the influencing factors of improving the synthesis ability of medical students

In order to study the factors which affect the synthesis ability of medical students,the investigation was made on 200 junior students and 12 related teachers in Tianjin medical University,the relationship of the factors influencing the cultivation for comprehensive ability of medical students was analyzed by the ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling),the related countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,and the implementation effect was studied by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The study shows that it is the time to carry out the teaching reform by defining the cultivation goals and perfecting the education systems,and introduce the teaching idea of combing the professional education with professional learning so as to improve the teaching quality,stimulate the students`study and practical enthusiasm for their professional development and attain,the ultimate goals for the effective education of the excellent medical talents and improvement for the students`clinical comprehensive skills and ability.
2.Research on increasing the transfer efficiency of medical personnel training

Objective To reinforce management in training various kinds of medical personnel and improve training efficiency.Methods Data related to factors influencing the transfer efficiency of medical personnel training were gathered by means of interviews with and questionnaire surveys of participants in hospital training in Tianjin and processed with the statistical software of SPSS 10.0.Then factors significantly relevant to the transfer efficiency of medical personnel training were identified.Results Measures for increasing the transfer efficiency of medical personnel training were put forward from such aspects as designing training programs, creating sound organizational environments,defining training objectives,choosing training methods,selecting trainers,and strengthening medical personnel's self-motivation.Conclusion The above-mentioned measures can effectively increase the transfer efficiency of medical personnel training.
3.The attitudes towards interprofessional learning between nursing students and medical students

Objective To investigate and analyze the attitudes towards interprofessional learning among nursing students and medical students,and thereby provide basis for interprofessional education (IPE).Methods Readiness of Interprofessional Learning Scales (RIPLS) were used to investigate 107 nursing students in the third grade and 80 medical students in the fourth grade.A comparison analysis of interprofessional learning was carried out among nursing students and medical students.Results Nursing and medical students' mean scores of RIPLS were (4.48±0.42) and (4.27±0.36),respectively.Nursing students' scores of RIPLS and professional identity were significantly higher than those of medical students.Conclusions Nursing students in the third grade and medical students in the fourth grade both have a positive attitude towards interprofessional learning,so IPE is expected to carry out at these stages to achieve good teaching effect.Meanwhile,for the medical students,it may be appropriate to increase the proportion of humanities and social science courses,increase opportunities to participate in clinical practice,in order to facilitate the improvement and development of their professional identity and interdisciplinary learning attitude,and better implementation of IPE.
4.Icariin inducting MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation and differentiation with the activation of BMP-2 intracellular signal pathway

Objective To explore the regulation function of Icariine on the expression of bone morphogenetic protein signaling pathway Smad1,Smad5,Smad4 and to explore the mechanism of promoting MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation and differentiation.Methods MC3T3-E1 cells were treated by 0,10-9,10-8 and 10-7 mol/L Icariine respectively.After stimulated by Icariine 1 d,2 d and 3 d,MTT method and population diploid time were used to observe the cell proliferation,and the cell alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level was assayed.At 21 days later,the alizarin red staining was proceeded.At 1,2 and 3 days later,the RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression level about Smad1,Smad5 and Smad4,and the Western blot was to detect the Smad1,5 and Smad4 protein.At 2 days later,the RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression level about Runx2,BMP-2 and osteoprotegerin (OPG),and the Western blot was used to analyze osteocalcin (OCN) protein level.Results After simulated by Icariine,the proliferation (MTT test),the ALP activity and mineralization of osteoblasts were increased,the cell population diploid was reduced (P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3days later,the results of RT-PCR showed that Icariine continued increasing the mRNA level of Smad1,5 and Smad4 in 10-8 mol/L.At 2 days later,Smad1,Smad5 and Smad4 mRNA expression were obviously reduced in 0 mol/L group,and At 3 days later,Smad1,Smad5 and Smad4 mRNA expression were obviously reduced in 10-9 and 10-7 mol/L groups.At 2 days later,BMP-2,Runx2 and OPG mRNA were obviously increased in 10-8 mol/L group.The results of Western blot showed that OCN,Smad1,Smad5 and Smad4 protein were obviously up-regulated in 10-8 mol/L group.Conclusion Icariine occurs the expressions of BMP-2,Runx2,Smad1,Smad5 and Smad4 by stimulating the bone morphology of MC3T3-E1 cells directly,and promotes the osteogenic differentiation in the manner of expression level synchronous rising.
