Objective To analyze and identify the proteins relevant to Ganyang Huafeng Syndrome(GYHF) and Yinxu Shengfeng Syndrome(YXSF) of cerebral infarction, and investigate the essence of GYHF and YXSF.Methods 3 groups,GYHF of cerebral infarction,YXSF of cerebral infarction and healthy people were designed with 15 cases of each group.Total protein were extracted from lymphocyte of peripheral venous blood, and two dimensional electrophoresis was used to separate total proteins from norma land model ratsynovium.Having been stained, proteins were analyzed by PDquest software. Some selected protein spots were identified by peptide mass fingerprint(PMF) based on Matrix assisted laser desorption/ ionizationtime of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) and database. Results 23 different protein spots and 8 identical peotein spots were found out from GYHF and YXSF group,22 proteins were identified from the different protein spots including 15 kinds of proteins and 6 protein spots including 5 kinds of proteins.GYHF of cerebral infarction related with proteins such as metabolic enzymes, signal transmission proteins, cytoskeletal protein, antioxydation proteins and so forth. Conclusion GYHF and YXSF of cerebral infarction have different proteins and identical proteins, which indicates that the two syndromes have the same matter substructure and different essential connotation.

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on awareness, sports, activities of daily living in the rehabilitation of patients with early traumatic brain injury, and to observe the curative effect. Methods 80 patients with severe traumatic brain injury whose disease course within 1 months were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug therapy in neurosurgery and rehabilitation training. The observation group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. Before treatment and one month after treatment, consciousness (GCS score),motor function (FMA score),activities of daily living (MBI score),and the clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The scores of FMA,MBI and GCS in the control group were (7.81 ±2.27),(26.05 ±22.58),(15.25 ±12.14), which in the observation group were (7.78 ±2.32),(27.01 ±23.60),(14.37 ±12.54),and the differences were not significant (P >0.05).After 1 month of treatment, the scores of the control group were (9.44 ±2.76),(43.10 ± 31.54),(42.75 ±16.58),which of the observation group were (10.67 ±2.48),(56.98 ±29.68),(52.76 ± 17.23).The scores in the two groups were improved, the observation group increased more and the clinical efficacy was more obvious, there were significant differences between the two groups (P =0.039,0.046,0.009).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen plays an active role in early rehabilitation of patients with traumatic brain injury,it can improve consciousness, motor function and activities of daily living, and can improve the prognosis.

Objective To observe the sensitivity ofastrocytoma to chemotherapeutic drugs, in order to explore the drug selection using chemosensitivity testing in vitro on astrocytoma. Comparing different WHO grade astrocytoma to chemotherapeutic drugs sensitivity differences, providing the basis data for clinical treatment. Methods The astrocytoma cells were seperated and cultured in vitro from 142 tumor tissues by glioma resection, including 55 cases of low-grade astrocytoma (WHO grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ) and 87 cases of high-grade astrocytoma (WHO grade Ⅲ, Ⅳ). The proliferation inhibition and chemosensitivity of tumor cells to 11 drugs were investigated by using MTT method. Results There were 54.93% (78/142) patients recommended chemotherapeutic drug in 142 cases. The percentage was 41.82%(23/55) in the low-grade astrocytoma, and 63.22% (55/87) in the high-grade astrocytoma respectively. Teniposide, carboplatin, vincristine as the sensitive drugs were similar in different WHO grade astrocytoma. Conclusions The chemosensitivity testing could be used to filtrate sensitive drugs to clinical chemotherapy. The action is more prominent in high-grade astrocytoma than in low-grade astrocytoma. There is no difference in the choice of sensible drugs among different WHO grade astrocytoma.

Objective To explore the influence of early system rehabilitation treatment on severe brain injury. Methods 120 inpatients with severe brain injury were divided into 4 groups according to the disease course. Group 1: <1 month; Group 2: 1~3 months, Group 3: 3~6 months; Group 4: 6~12 months. Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were assessed before and 2 months after treatment. Results All groups were with better effects after treatment than before (P<0.05), early system rehabilitation had better effects especially for Group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can facilitate the recovery of patients with severe brain injury
