A method for the quantitative determination of tetrandrine in "Zhitong Ruanjiaonang"wasdeveloped by means of TLC densitometry. The method is easy, rapid, accurate, and repro-ducible . The average recovery was 99.98%.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Shikani laryngoscope-guided nasotracheal intubation in patients undergoing maxillofacial surgery. Methods One hundred ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients with body mass index ＜25 kg/m2 , aged 18-64 yr, undergoing maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia requiring nasotracheal intubation were included in this study. Fifty patients without anticipated difficult airway in preoperative assessment were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 25 each): Macintosh luyngoscope group ( group M ) and Shikani Optical Stylet (SOS) group (group S1 ). The other 50 patients with mouth opening ＜ 3 cm but without difficult ventilation by mask were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 25 each): fiberoptic bronchoscope group (group F) and SOS group (group S2 ). Tracheal intubation was performed under the guidance of laryngoscopes after induction of anesthesia, and then the patients were mechanically ventilated. The degree of glottis exposure and epistaxis was evaluated. The rate of successful intubation, rate of successful intubation at first attempt, intubation time and complications were recorded. Results Compared with group M, the rate of successful intubation, rate of successful intubation at first attempt, and degree of glottis exposure were significantly increased, the intubation time was significantly shortened, and the degree of epistaxis was significantly decreased ( P ＜ 0.05), but no significant change was found in the complications in group S1 ( P ＞ 0.05). Compared with group F, the intubation time was significantly shortened ( P ＜ 0.05), but no significant change was found in the rate of successful intubation, rate of successful intubation at first attempt and complications in group S2 ( P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Shikani laryngoscope can expose glottis better and the rate of successful intubation at first attempt is higher, thus it is more suitable for nasotracheal intubation in patients undergoing maxillofacial surgery.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of etoposide capsule (VP16) in the treatment of recurrent small cell lung cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis 39 patients,aged≥65, with relapsed small cell lung cancer, who were at least three months after the end of the first-line treatment since January 2012 to January 2014 in Tianjin fifth central hospital.Etoposide was administered by daily oral at 100 mg/day for seven consecutive days and withdraw for 14 days,21 days as a therapeutic cycle,repeat treatment until disease progression or intolerable side effects occur, analyze the progression-free survival and overall survival.Observe the clinical benefit rate,the overall response rate and safety.Results The clinical benefit rate (DCR) and overall response rate (ORR) after the treatment were 61.5% and 30.77%.The progression-free survival (PFS) was 2.8 months, and the overall survival (OS) was 7.3 months.Neutropenia is the most common toxicities, and grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ occurred in 7.7% of the patients.No grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ thrombocytopenia, or grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ non-hematologic toxicity was occured.Conclusion Etoposide oral capsules monotherapy may be considered as one of the safe and effective choice of the second-line treatment of elderly patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer.

Objective To observe the numerical characteristics of dendritic cells (DC),the DC subsets(myeloid dendritic cell,MDC; plasmacytoid dendritic cell,PDC) and CD4+ CD25 + CD127low/-Tr cells in peripheral blood of Graves disease (GD) patients.Methods According to the clinical manifestations and serum FT3,FT4 and TSH,the GD patients were divided into the untreated-group,the clinical remission group and the clinical stable group,and set normal control group as well.The flow cytometry was used to detect DC and CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells of the percentage of CD4+ T cells in subjects peripheral blood(EDTA-K2 anticoagulated).The indicators were compared among various groups,and the correlation between the indicators with serum FT3,FT4 and TSH were observed.Results (1) In the untreated-group,the clinical remission group,the clinical stable group,and normal control group,total DCs,MDCs and MDC/PDC gradually declined,untreated-group has a significant difference from the other three groups also the significant difference was found among other three groups; (2) In the untreated-group,the clinical remission group,the clinical stable group,and normal control group,PDCs declined successively,but only the difference was found between untreated-group and normal control group; (3)In the untreated-group,the clinical remission group,the clinical stable group,and normal control group,CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells gradually raised,but only the difference between untreated-group and normal control group make sense; (4)In the untreated-group,PDCs and CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells have a certain relevance; (5)There was good correlation between DCs and serum FT3,FT4 and TSH,but CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells only have correlation with FT3 and FT4.Conclusion DC,MDC,MDC/PDC increased in the untreated-GD patients,and decreased after the therapy of anti-thyroid.Therefore,DCs and the DC subsets are expected to be used to monitor GD in the course of disease.CD4+CD25+CD127low/-Tr cells can be used as a new indicator of the onset of GD.

Objective To understand serological detection results of syphilis among hospitalized patients in a gen-eral hospital,and provide new ideas for further prevention and treatment of syphilis. Methods Clinical data of inpa-tients with abnormal serological detection results for syphilis in a hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were analyzed. Results A total of 164442 patients were admitted to a hospital from January 2012 to December 2013, 112576 of whom were performed syphilis serological screening,2048 cases were with abnormal results of serologi-cal detection for syphilis. The abnormal serological detection results were mainly in patients of 31~ and 41~ years (39.06% ),followed by patients of 51~,61~ years (34.42% ),and≥71 years (15.63% );unemployed people (34.08% ),farmers(23.05% ),and retirees(19.19% )were the main population with abnormal results. The abnor-mal serological detection results distributed in all 36 departments,the main departments were departments of respir-atory medicine(9.86% ),gynaecology(7.13% ),and cardiovascular internal medicine(6.88% ). Non-marital sex is the main route of transmission(56.79% );the main syphilis serological detection results were both positive for Treponemapallidum particle agglutination (TPPA)assay and rapid plasma reagin (RPR)(46.14% ),as well as TPPA positive and RPR negative (43.31% ). 860 (41.99% )patients were with latent syphilis. Conclusion The current status of patients with abnormal serological detection results of syphilis is not optimistic, mainly concentrated in patients of 31-50 years. It is necessary to strengthen publicity and education on prevention and treatment of syphilis,implement syphilis prevention and treatment policy,intensity syphilis screening,so as to pre-vent the epidemic and spread of syphilis.

Objecfive To detect the specific autoantibodies against platelet in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and to study the relationship between these autoantibodies and the severity of ITP as well as therapeutic effect.Methods Autoantibodies (GPⅡbⅢa and GPIb) against platelet glycoprotein was measured by a monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigen assay (MAIPA) in 40 ITP patients.Results 10 patients had mono-specific antibodies to GP Ⅱ bⅢa and 6 patients had mono-specific antibodies to GPIbα.Another 20 patients had antibodies to both antigens and 4 patients had no detectable antibody to either platelet antigen.There Was negative correlation between the antibody against GPⅡbⅢa(b=-0.071,P<0.01),CPIbα(b=0.092,P<0.01) and platelet counts.The ratio of refractory cases in patients with antibodies to both antigens(8/20) was significantly higher than that in patients with mono-specific antibodies(1/16)(χ2=6.09,P<0.05).Conclusion The specific autoantibadies against platelet might be valuable for discrininafion of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and non immune thrombocytopenia.The types of antibodies are related with severity of ITP and therapeutic effect.

Objective:To construct a psychological aging scale,and to provide a tool and indexes for scientific evaluation on aging.Methods:The age-related psychological items were collected through literature screening and expert interview.The importance,feasibilityand the degree of authority for the psychological index system were graded by two rounds of Delphi method.Using analytic hierarchy process,the weight of dimensions and items were determined.The analysis for internal consistency reliability,correlation and exploratory factor was performed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scales.Results:By two rounds of Delphi method,17 experts offered the results as follows:the coefficient of expert authorities was 0.88±0.06,the coordination coefficients for the importance and feasibility in second round were 0.456 (P＜0.01) and 0.666 (P＜0.01),respectively.The consistency was good.The psychological aging scale for healthy people included 4 dimensions as follows:cognitive function,emotion,personality and motivation.The weight coefficients for the 4 dimensions were 0.338,0.250,0.166 and 0.258,respectively.The Cronbach's α coefficient for the scale was 0.822,the reliability was 0.817,the content validity index (CVI) was 0.847,and the cumulative contribution rate for the 5 factors was5 1.42％.Conclusion:The psychological aging scale is satisfied,which can provide reference for the evaluation for aging.The indicators were representative and well-recognized.

This paper summarizes the development of exercise rehabilitation, the development patterns, sports teams, intervention methods and effects after coronary artery bypass surgery. Advisers of exercise rehabilitation have different jagged currently. Recovery patterns and forms, movement of the time exist similarities and differences. We also need to further explore the objective and scientific exercise rehabilitation modes after coronary artery bypass surgery to solve these problems.
