1.Research on influence factors of undergraduate nursing students' intention on mobile learning based on technology acceptance Model
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(17):1334-1338
Objective To investigate the influence factors work on the willingness of nursing students to participate in Mobile Learning. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 400 undergraduate nursing students. The instruments used was the influencing factors of the nursing students' willingness in Mobile Learning questionnaire. Results The resource of study about source, formation and contents, the characteristic, these scores are (12.20 ± 2.66), (14.74 ± 2.95), (11.33 ± 2.63), (11.57 ± 2.34) respectively. In addition, the score of perceived ease of use, the score of perceived usefulness and the score of study attitude, the school of preference, which are (15.02 ± 3.12), (14.81 ± 2.91), (11.43 ± 2.07), (15.18 ± 2.94) respectively. Model fit index which have these factors reached acceptable ranges. Conclusion In order to promote nursing students independent, efficient and convenient study on Mobile Learning, the designing of Mobile Learning should consider the resources characteristics and optimize techniques used.
2.Progress in the treatment of Langerhans cell histiocytosis
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(3):291-294
Treatment of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) needs to be tailored for each individual patient according to LCH classiifcation currently. Single-system LCH (SS-LCH) has an excellent prognosis. However, there is a poor prognosis in multisystem LCH (MS-LCH) with risk organs (RO) involvement and refractory or recurrent LCH (Re-LCH). The prognosis of MS-LCH with RO involvement and Re-LCH has been improved markedly accompanying with progress of chemotherapy in recent years. The 5-year survival rate of MS-LCH reached above 80%, and the effective rate of Re-LCH reached above 60% after chemotherapy. Re-LCH can be cured by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
3.Blood sampling from adrenal gland vein
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(08):-
Adrenal gland vein sampling is an interventional method to get the blood samples from the adrenal gland vein. The blood is obtained via a catheter which is selectively inserted in the adrenal gland vein. This technique is mainly used to be diagnostic for primary hyperaldosteronism. A full knowledge of the anatomy and variations of the adrenal gland vein, serious preoperative preparation and skilled catheterization manipulation are necessary for obtaining sufficient blood sample and for reducing the occurrence of complications. Providing the physicians with definite diagnostic evidence and being technically feasible, adrenal gland vein sampling should become one of the routine examinations for clarifying the cause of primary hyperaldosteronism.
4.Surveillance of Bacterial Resistance in Hematology Ward
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemic characteristics and drug resistance profile of clinical bacteria in hematology ward of our hospital. METHODS The susceptibility testing of clinical isolates from hematology ward was performed and the ESBLs producing strains were detected using K-B method. The results were analyzed by WHONET5. RESULTS Out of the 397 clinical isolates, 65.2% were Gram-negative bacilli and 34.8% were Gram-positive cocci. In Gram-negative bacilli,55% were Enterobacteriaceae and 44% were nonfermenting Gram-negative bacilli. In Gram-positive cocci,60.8% were Staphylococcus spp and 38.4% were Enterococcus spp.The ESBLs producing strains in Escherichia coli and Klebsiella spp were 55.8% and 19.2%,respectively.The MRSA in S.aureus and MRCNS in coagulase negative Staphylococcus were 40.9% and 95.2%,respectively.No resistance to carbapenem was detected in Enterobacteriaceae and no resistance to vancomycin was detected in Gram-positive cocci. The resistance rate of nonfermenting Gram-negative bacilli to cefoperazone/sulbactam was less than 2.1%. CONCLUSIONS The data will be useful for the early empiric administration of antimicrobial agent in hematology ward.
5.A STUDY OF PGE AND PGF_(2a) RELEASING CAPACITY OF ALVEOLAR MACRO PHAGES IN ASTHMATICS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) was performed in healthy subjects (n = 12) and patients with bronchial asthma (n = ll). Between two groups there were no significant differences in total cells and percentage of alveolar macrophages (AM), lymphocytes, ncutrophils, cosinophils in BAL fluids. When AM were cultured in vitro and stimulated with dermatophagoides farinae(DPF) antigen, the quantity of PGE released by AM was significantly increased in asthmatics. When asthmatics' AM were sensitized with specific IgE positive serum and stimulated with DPF, they released more PGE, PGF2a than that when specific IgE negative serum was used (P
6.Molecular epidemiological survey of highly multigrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Objective To verify if the multidrug resistant stains of P.aeruginosa isolated from different patients in burn ward have the same origin. Methods The susceptibility testing was performed with Etest, and the strains were typed by rep PCR with the primer ERIC2 and M13 following electrophoresis in agarose gel. Results There were multidrug resistant P.aeruginosa strains in burn ward, and analysis of the PCR productions indicated that all these multidrug resistant strains have an identical band pattern different from the sensitive strains. Conclusions The multidrug resistant strains of P. aeruginosa derive from a common origin.
8.Case-based discussion——A bridge links physiology and clinics
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
To design a case-based discussion pedagogy in physiology teaching so as to help students understanding basic medicine combined with clinical medicine. First of all, a teacher should find a typical case with intention. Furthermore, under the guidance of the teacher, students are encouraged to discuss the case and to answer the questions on the basis of the physiological knowledge that they have learned. Finally, the teacher should pay attention to collecting the feedback from students for the improvement of teaching level.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2017;33(4):616-619
More and more patients were treated by surgery with metal implants in clinic.Metal artifacts in CT images caused by metal implants brought challenges for postoperative evaluation and diagnosis of tumor. It also led to the possibility of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. In recent decades, the improved methods based on filtered-backprojection and iterative reconstruction algorithms have great progresses in reducing effects of metal artifacts. The actuality of techniques for metal artifact reduction were reviewed in this article.
