Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of hemorrheology and platelet parameters examination in patients with hypertension. Methods Hemorrheology and platelet parameters were detected in 78 patients with hypertension and in 72 healthy subjects as control group. Then difference were compared. Results The hemorrheology and platelet parameters in he patients with hypertension at stage Ⅰ were no different in comparison with the control group(all P＞0.05) ,which at stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly different in comparison with stage Ⅰ and the control group ( all P ＜ 0. 05). and at stage Ⅲ were significantly different in comparison with stage Ⅱ(all P＜0.05). Conclusion The changes ofhemorheology and platelet parameters were closely related with hypertension,which were helpful to the clinical diagnosis of hypertension and had important significance to the therapy, monitor and prognosis of hypertension.

Objective To investigate the feasibility,technique and clinical significance of preserving the great auricular nerve in parotid benign tumors surgery during the first postoperative year.Methods Fifty-two patients with parotid benign tumors were randomly divded into 2 groups.24 patients (group sacrificed) underwent classic parotidectomy with sacrifice of the great auricular nerve.The surgeons spare the nerve in the 32 patients with FOCUS ultrasonic harmonic scalpel (group preserved).Results After surgery,both groups showed lower levels of subjective sensation and sensory function test at auricle.These alterations were less pronounced in group preserved.Both groups showed improvement over time.In group preserved the sensory function reached normal level by 12 months after surgery.The recuperation in group sacrificed was partial at 12 months after operation.Conclusion The great auricular nerve preservation during parotidectomy is feasible,It can decrease sensory disturbance in the early postoperative period and avoid the permanent sequelae that occur when the nerve is sacrificed.The FOCUS ultrasonic harmonic scalpel technique can reduce the operation time.

Postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) is the most common complication after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) and remains a challenge to pancreatic surgeons.In pancreaticojejunostomy,the methods of reconstruction,experience and operational techniques of surgeons are closely related to POPF.Based on a literature review and on personal experience,the author presented the basic requirements and principle in reconstructing a safe pancreaticojejunostomy (PJ).The traditional methods of pancreaticojejunostomy and their recent developments were evaluated,with their advantages and disadvantages compared.The indications of various types of PJ and the special skills required were summarized.According to his own experience,the author described in detail his recommended method of anastomosis.

Objective To explore the ways to strengthen the mode and effect of the standard community management of the diabetes,and the management model of diabetic mellitus that adopt to current situation of China.Methods 80 diabetics patients were divided into intensive group and common group,and the period of the treatment is three consecutive months.We observed the levels of FBG,2hPG,HbA1c and the cost of drugs.Results The levels of FBG(6.82 ± 1.23),2hPG[(9.51 ± 2.18)mmol/L]and HbA1c(7.52 ± 1.31)％ in intensive group were significantly lower than common group[(8.65 ± 2.31)mmol/L、(12.22 ± 3.11)mtmol/L,(10.32 ± 3.51)％](t =3.12,3.25,3.56,3.69,all P ＜ 0.05).The cost of drugs in intensive group[(621.5 ± 204.5)yuan]was significantly lower than common group[(796.5 ± 240.6)yuan](t =3.69,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The ways to strengthen the mode could spend less but control disease well,and improving the existing community diabetes management should be truly effective in reducing medical costs.

Aim To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of total flavonoids of Litsea Coreana level on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in rats.Methods 48 SD rats were randomized into control,model,NA,TFLC(50,100,200 mg?kg~(-1))groups(n=8).The control group were only fed with a standard diet and the other groups were fed with a standard diet and fat emulsion(10 ml?kg~(-1));At the same time,the control and model groups were fed with CMC-Na,the other groups were fed with relative medicine.The stool TG,TC,the serum TG,TC,ALT,AST,MDA,SOD and hepatic TG,TC,MDA,SOD were detected dynamically.Results The model group developed NASH after 3 weeks.NA and TFLC(100,200 mg?kg~(-1))significantly reduced TG of the serum and liver tissue,and ameliorated hepatocellular macrovesicular steatosis.TFLC(200 mg?kg~(-1))markedly inhibited increased MDA in serum and liver tissue,and also elevated SOD in liver tissue.Conclusions TFLC markedly reduced the TG level of serum and liver tissue.Liver histopathological examination showed TFLC ameliorated hepatocellular macrovesicular steatosis.The protective and therapeutic effects of TFLC on NASH may be associated with inhibitory effect of fat absorption and lipid peroxidation.

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of continuous passive motion (CPM) and sodium hyaluronate (SH) in the patellar fracture patients postoperatively. Methods: Seventy - two cases of the patellar fracture were treated with SH and CPM machine postoperatively. Results: All of the patients experienced primary healing. The functions of the knee joint recovered well. All patients were followed up over six months,and none of them were found to have suffered from traumatic arthritis. Conclusion :The application of CPM and SH in the patellar fracture patients postoperatively has the satisfactory results of reducing pain,speeding up the healing of cartilage and improving the functions of knee joint. It is efficient to stop the process of traumatic arthritis following the patellar fracture.

Objective:To investigate the effect of tension-band thread cable internal fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods:81 cases with patellar fracture were treated by tension-band thread cable internal fixation.Results:Among the follow-up 64 cases,from 1 to 8 years,the rate of excellent and good results was 90.6%.Conclusion:Tension-band cotton thread cable was firm,safe,simple and practical.There is no need for the patients to have the second removal of materials of internal fixation.It is advisable to use it in clinical practice.

Objective: To obtain highly purified recombinant CP4-EPSPS antigen with well reserved original antigenicity by a simple and fast protocol,and to study immunoactivity of recombinant CP4 EPSPS antigen.Methods: Recombinant expression vector pET-EPSPS containing CP4-EPSPS gene from transgenetic soy bean was induced by optional concentration of IPTG.After antigen activity was identified by strip-test method,recombinant protein expressed in the supernatant was purified by Ni-NTA-chelated agarose affinity chromatography method.Immunoactivity of purified CP4-EPSPS was further confirmed by ELISA assay,strip-test method,and Western blot analysis.Results: Recombinant CP4-EPSPS antigen was mainly expressed in the form of inclusion bodies in E.Coli system,whereas the strong antigenicity of CP4-EPSPS was detected in the induced supernatant by Colloidal-Gold strip-test,no antigenicity of CP4-EPSPS could be detected by Colloidal-Gold strip test for inclusion bodies or renatured sample from inclusion bodies.CP4-EPSPS protein was successfully purified from induced supernatant via propagating host cell culture and reducing the re-suspension volume of induced culture.ELISA assay indicated the specific antibody titer of recombiant antigen-immunized serum sample could reach 1:625,000 after three months of immunization.Using serum sample derived from recombinant antigen-immunized mice as primary antibody,CP4-EPSPS standard and purified recombinant antigen showed a highly specific and strong reaction with this serum by Western blot analysis.Conclusion: The original antigenicity of CP4-EPSPS cannot be recovered completely during gradual renaturing procedures by simple dilution methods.The epitope related to the rapid detection of CP4-EPSPS cannot be recovered by renaturing the inclusion bodies by the method in this study.However,CP4-EPSPS in induced supernatant is found to have a well-reserved original antigenicity.Colloidal Gold Strip-test to detect recombinantCP4-EPSPS antigen is a highly sensitive,and convenient method to follow through the whole process of recombinant expression and purification.It plays a crucial role in identifying the induced recombinant CP4-EPSPS for purification and further application in the immunization for the monoclonal antibody development.
