Diprivan was combined with Fentanyl and isoflurance in the anesthesia of 250 patients with the maxillo facial operations. Most of them suffered the soft trauma and maxillary of mandibular fracture leading the difficult breathing due to bleeding and much sputum excretion. The case of Diprivan found that the patients recovered rapidly the one’s consciousness (after operation 15-30 minutes) and can open eyes, cough and had a little sputum and droplets. Diprivan can be used in the tooth extraction and the mandibular bone cystic removal.
