Intracranial aneurysms focus very often in the polygonal of Willis. They appear at the site of carotid-posterior communicating artery with high rate. Headache usually appears in these lesions. Subarachnoid hemorrhage is an early complication. Cerebral angiography plays a very important part in the diagnosis of these lesions but enhanced CT-Scanner can reveal them easily. We used sugita clip in the treatment of this aneurysm and had a good result. This spring clip that remains international standards is applied in spreading around the world.

Sometimes they are also related to stress. Cerebral angiography keeps to play an important role in the diagnosis of AVM Digital Subtraction Angiography is a new advance in AVM diagnosis, it reveals AVM exactly and clearly. So, it helps the neurosurgeons to assess the treatment procedure appropriately. The characteristics of the surgical indications:* AVM in the surface of the cortex or under the cortex.* Size under 6 cm in diameter. * Noneloquent areas.* Without other diseases. Prevention of seizure with phenytoine is nesessary for pre and post operation. Nowadays, gamma knife is applied in spreading around the world with small and deep AVM or eloquent areas.

Cerebellopontine angle meningioma originates usually from cerebellar tentorium and petrous bone, sometimes expands to the internal auditory canal. In this case, the meningioma extended to the auditory canal and pressed the VIII nerve causing hearing loss suddenly as an acoustic neuroma. Contrast CT-scanning revealed a neuroma with a normal auditory canal. The removed tumor was identified microscopically as a meningioma

Exact diagnosis of the acoustic neurinomas depends on CT Scanner and Magnetic Resonance Imaging 41 of these 47 cases were done CT Scanner and MRI with 12 cases revealed the wonderful positive results in diagnosis. So it is very easy in order to choose the procedure in the treatment via CT Scanner and MRI.

47 studied cases aged from 18 to 75 years with a prevailing of women against men were diagnosed by CT-scanning and by MRI. The function of VIII nerve was assessed by clinical examination and by audiogramme. Tumors of VIII nerve occupied 8-10% of the total of intracerebral tumors and 70-80% of all cerebellous angle tumors. Microsurgery manifested good results for facial nerve function on 100% of small tumors, 40% of medium and 22.22% of large tumors. Functional hearing results were also evaluated with respect of the sizes of tumors. Complications of the surgery consisted mainly of cerebrospinal fluid leakage (2.12% of all patients). There were 8 cases of meningitis postoperatively, their 1 died. Complete resection of the tumor was accomplished on 63.8% of patients (consisting of 100% of small, 70% of medium and 61.1% of large tumors).
