1.Effects of Macrotermes anadelei and Polyrachis dives on process of learning and memorization
Pharmaceutical Journal 2003;0(6):183-186
The water extracts of Macrotermes anadelei and Polyrachis dives were shown to improve the memorization power of rats at the dose of 10 mg/kg body weight. After the 21-days training for one trial learning avoidance test, the time the rats remained in the bright chamber was reduced to 47.2% for those received M. anadelei, and 43.6% for P. dives, not significantly lower than Ginkgo biloba (50.6%). In Morris Water Maze, both those extracts were also proved to boost the process of learning and memorization in mice.

2.Study some allergic reactions with betalactamine in children
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(11):33-36
Study on 47 children patients have personal history and family history of allergy, age from 4 months to 17 years old in Cochin Paris in 2001. 21.2% of suspicion about having allergic reactions with betalactamine test . The value of diagnosis of test betalactamin is good. There isn’t any positive with RAST reaction. Through history of allergy and test to define the risk factors of high allergy as find out private allergy, acute characteristic level of allergy reaction

3.Testosterone like Yang tonic effect of Poliarchis dives (CT1)
Journal of Medicinal Materials - Hanoi 2004;9(3):93-95
The tonic effect of Poliarchis dives (CT1) was studied on the change of weight of the spermatic bag in male mice. Results showed that this preparation enhanced the weight of spermatic bag by 183,33%. Testosterone-like spermatogenesis activity of the preparation was suggested

4.Preliminary results of the evaluation of respiratory function in asthmatic children
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2004;0(2):29-31
Studying 56 asthma patients, results showed that prevalence of asthma in stage 1 in 3-to-7-years old children was 42%. 12,5% of asthma children experienced chronic cough. 80.5% asthma children had medical history of allergy. House dust mite is a leading cause of asthma (51% patients had positive Prick test). In group 3-7 years old, 37.73% patients experienced obstructive syndrome, among them bronchial obstruction 3.5%, peripheral obstruction 28.79%, total obstruction 5.36%. 57.1% asthma children had improvement of pulmonary ventilation after using bronchodilators. 12.5% patients had increased resistance of airway that was found by breathing interruption method without cooperation of patients

5.The changes of blood gaz after Terbutalin inhalation treatment in asthma patients
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;296(3):35-38
Study on 26 degree 2 and 3 asthma patients, treated terbutalin inhalation at Cochin Hospital, Paris from November 2001 to August 2002. The results showed that: blood oxygen deficient status in asthma episode (PaO2: 73mmHg±2.6) account for 54%. Arteries oxygen saturated decreasing status before terbutalin inhalation account for 80%. The blood gaz improvement after beta 2 stimulative drug inhalation expressed parameters: increasing arterial blood oxygen pressure, decreasing PaCO2 pressures, increasing arterial blood oxygen saturation. Terbutalin is a strongly bronchial stretch drug, gaining treatment results in several minutes, improving ventilation thoughout the changes of blood gaz

6.To evaluate gaz diffusion capacity of pulmonary by using monoxyde carbone
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;302(9):7-11
The study carried on 62 patients with pathology symbol as slacken alveolus , multi-erythrocyte, sclerosis skin and anaemic who were being tested respiratory function at Cochin Paris Hospital from 2001 to 2002. Patients were measured diffusibility CO (DLCO) of pulmonary by respiratory cycle. The result showed that DLCO reduced 62% in slacken alveolus group and 70% in sclerosis skin group in comparison with theoretical valid. Adjustment DLCO according to standard Hb valid 14.6g/dl changed DLCO valid in multi-erythrocyte and anaemic group. The adjust process helped to eliminate really disffuse disorder of pulmonary. DLCO in organ transplant patients were average after adjustment according to Hb and alveolus air volume

7.Drug allergy status of patients treated in Clinical Immunology Allergy Department of Bach Mai Hospital
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;302(9):17-20
Researching on 168 drug allergy medical records at Bach Mai Hospital in 1999 showed that: themselves history was 18.5% and family history was 25%. Drug allergy can occur from many ways: oral, injection and contraction. All drugs aslo make allergy, among them antibiotic and epilepsy drug is higher than other drug.
Wound form in clinical was multiform as hives, Quincke beriberi, Stevens-Johnson, Lyell syndrome, red skin, and anapphylactic shock. Allergy rate of Beta-lactam antibiotic is the highest. Using drug without indication make allergy reaction with high rate

8.Study on risky factors, allergy history characterictis and treatment effects in asthma patients in Clinical Immunolgy-Allergy Department of Bach Mai hospital, 2000
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;303(10):7-12
Study epidemiological features, history of allergy and risk factors of asthma patients treated at Bach Mai Hospital, to evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms and pulmonary ventilation after treatment. Subjects: 75 patients treated at Bach Mai Hospital from November 2003 to March 2004. Method: retrospective study. Results: Rate of asthma is the highest in group of 20-49 years old. 2 risk factors weather change and exercise exacerbate asthma course. More than 50% patients had history of smoking. There is high rate of patients with history of allergic rhinosinusitis, rash, drug allergy among asthma patient group. 88% patients were treated successfully

9.Situation on insecticide, raticide poisons in five years 1996 - 2000 by poisoning analyses at Hai Phong Viet Tiep Hospital
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;304(11):26-33
By synthesizing and analysing poisoning analyses from 1996 to 2000 at Hai Phong Viet Tiep Hospital found an increasing incidence of insecticide and raticide poisons. Incidence of insecticide and raticide was 21.18% in 1996, in which raticide rate was 5.08%, raticide rate was 20.11% in 2000, there were a noticeable rate of raticide poisons without knowing the origin of the raticide in chinese (called chinese raticide). The poisoning analyses played a considerable role in giving first aid for poisons in general and for insecticide and raticide poisons in particilar

10.To evaluate hepato-cellular lesions status in drug allergic patient treated in Clinical Immuno-Allergy Department, Bach Mai hospital 2000-2003
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;305(12):12-17
The clinical and laboratory characteristics of 139 drug-allergy patients with hepatic cell failure at Allergy and Immunology Department of Hospital Bach Mai from 1999-2003. The result: clinical manifestation of hepatic injury due to drug are very diversified including jaundice, yellow-eyed, ascites, conscious disorder, haemorrhage of skin and mucous, dyspepsia. The laboratory result showed that patients were reduced synthetic process of albumin and protid of liver, coagulation defects due to reducing rate of prothrombin, increasing significantly enzyms of liver. The reason of hepatic cell failure include: traditional drug, psychiatry drug and Rifampicin. Antibiotic drug and epilepsy drug have the same rate
