1.Total knee arthroplasty
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2004;0(8):14-16
Knee arthroplasty was indicated after failure of internal treatment, physiotherapy, and other preserved surgeries. It is very carefully to indicate total knee arthroplasty for young patients only when there is no way to improve joint function. Total knee arthroplasty is a special surgery that remove completely surface of knee of condyle of femur, tibial plate and patella, and replace it with artificial materials

2.Some remarks on macroscopic and microscopic pathoanatomical osteochondral changes of the femoral head
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2001;(11):35-37
This recommendation is made from 55 femoral heads in 50 total hip reconstructive patients to judge macroscopic and microscopic pathoantomical osteochondral changes of the femoral head. When a hip arthrosis has been presented on clinical symptoms as permanent pain, limiting motion of the joint such as of lasting force, pathoanatomical changes may be showed clearly and internal treatment could only hinder the progress of disease. The most useful treatment of choice for end stages of the hip arthrosis is hip replacement.

3.Microsurgery - advanced development in surgery
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2000;(4):14-16
The microsurgery, nowadays has been becoming an important technique of the modern surgical professional branch of the country. Thanks to the microsurgery, many patients with complicated injuries and sequelas treated by modern techniques with the high efficacy. The microsurgery shorten the duration of the treatment and reconstructed the functions and plastic form optimally

4.Repair of cross ligament of knee joint by knee tendons and endoscopy
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 1998;(1):31-34
36 cases with lesion of anterior cross ligaments of knee joint received laparoscopic reconstruction by knee tendons. The results after follow up 19 months have found good (32) and normal (4). The laparoscopic reconstruction of cross ligaments of knee joint in combining with the rehabilitation by physiotherapy gave better outcomes for joint function when comparing with the open operation

5.Some applications of modern techniques in the traumatology and orthopedy
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2001;(11):11-13
The development of traumatology and orthopedic profession based on the advancements of modern equipment of imaging diagnosis. The microsurgery has been applied and gave many good outcomes. The laparoscopic articular surgery can diagnose and reconstruct and regenerate many intraarticular lesions that not require the articular open. The expanded and stretched bone filling and compression can reconstruct the major bone defect without bone transplantation. The close bone filling helped easy and rapid healing and had less risk of infection

6.Evaluation of operation of total hip replacement
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2000;(4):27-29
During 1994-2001, there were 73 patients (47 males) received operations of total hip replacement in the Central Military Hospital 108. The outcomes were best and good (85%), quite (8.2%), normal (3.4%) and poor (3.4%). The operation contributed to improve the quality of patient's life by pain relief, hip joint rehabilitation and recovery of working and accommodation

7.Using Eden-Hybinette-Lange's technique to treat the sequelae of recurrent luxation of the shoulder
Journal of Practical Medicine 2000;383(6):51-52
17 cases of sequelae from recurrent luxations of shoulder were treated surgically by Eden-Hybinette-Lange's technique. Long term results were considered very good on 13/17 cases maintaining 28.9 months in average.

8.Sport injury in school age
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 1998;10(10):11-12
Sport related injuries in teenagers can be seen in most organs in the body, but injuries of extremities are most common. The skeletal system of children has not completely matured and varied over age groups, so the histopathological features of injuries are multiple. More efforts are needed to reduce injuries in general and in school students in particular.

10.Technical progress in hip arthroplasty
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(3):6-8
The latest technical progresses were applying in hip arthroplasty are using minimal invasive and small incision total hip replacement surgery; computerization in determining the position of artificial joints; and the changes of joint materials. Author mentioned the main principles and techniques including indications and contraindications, some notes before operation, methods, and rehabilitations. The devices and equipments are available in Vietnam. It's hope that these progresses are applied broadly to improve the outcomes for patients
