Pharmaceutical Journal 2003;10():23-25
Aspirin, analgine, and paracetamol are long-standing effective anti-inflammatory painkiller agents. This three agents were mixed with herbal products with standard level is a complex process. The authors introduced following steps: analgine with process having median productivity by 58.20%, aspirin with Stass-Olto process having median productivity by 83.90%, paracetamol with process having median productivity by 73.30%. This can identify reliably appearance of aspirin, analgine, and paracetamol in herbal products. Aspirin achieved highest productivity

Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2005;0(2):55-60
A random study on skin temperature change at 12 couples of Yuan point was carried out on 120 subjects. These subjects were divided into two groups: 60 subjects with duodenal ulcer and 60 healthy subjects served as control. Results: There were difference in skin temperature of bilateral Thai xung point in both male and female with gastric-duodenal ulcer (P<0.05-0.01). Temperature of 12 couples of Yuan point in this group was higher than those in control group (P<0.05-0.001)

3.The primary evaluating pulmonary ventilation disorder in asthma patients throught maximum expire volume/second (VEMS) and average flow of expire stage in 25% to 75% of alive capacity
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;297(4):55-59
Study on 33 asthma patients and identifying maximum expiring volume per second and medium flow between expiring stage of living volume from 25% to 75% in asthma patients without severe stuffy treated at Bach Mai hospital in 2000. The results: there was no difference of sex in asthma. 24% of patients with childhood asthma; 0.6% of them with asthma over 20 years and 30% of them with asthma from 10 to 20 years. After treatment, medium expiring gaz flow at the middle of expiring stage at 25% to 75% of living volume decreased down 50.8% compared with theory value. 48% of patient with mixture ventilation disorder. 40% of patients with obstructed ventilation disorder, 24% of patients with pheriperal obstructed ventilation disorder

4.The change of lipoprotein in SLE patient with nephrotic syndrome
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;301(8):10-13
In 1999-2000 year period at Bach Mai Hospital, on 26 patients sufferring from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with nephrotic syndrome . SLE developed with higher incidence in women than in men (23 versus 3). Proteine and albumine blood level reduced significantly in comparing with control. Through urine, a quantity of proteine of 4,2g/24 hours lost . Blood lipid of all lipid components enhanced significantly in comparing to control. HDL-C level reduced a little, only in severious patients. There was an inverse proportional relationship between CT,LDL, with HDL; between HDL and CT with albumine contents in plasma

5.Study on serum CRP level of patient with infection allergic bronchial asthma
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;301(8):34-38
In the year 1999 at Bach Mai Hospital, serum CRP level was quantified on 21 patients with allergic bronchial asthma without bacterial infection and 38 associated with bacterial infections. In patients of infected allergic bronchial asthma the positive rate of serum CRP was 115,2+/- 6,03 in average, higher than in non infected ones. After treatment, CRP level reduced with statistical significant. In 90,48% of cases of simple allergic bronchial asthma, white blood cell count was normal, while in 92,12% of infected cases, white blood cell count enhanced. There was a positively proportional relation between diverse indices determining inflammative status in the group of patients with infected bronchial asthma

Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;430(9):50-52
40 patients diagnosed as cholangiome of which 9 patients diagnosed by biliary cell, 13 patients diagnosed by CT scanner, and 18 patients diagnosed by operation. The biliary obstruction in the general hepatic tube occurred in 95% of patients in which the lesion involved in the 2 branches of liver was 75%. The image of cholangiome in the film of cholangiography found that biliary fair stenosid (62,5%).

8.Evaluation of methods for detection of new leprosy cases in some provinces of the central of Vietnam
Journal of Medical Research 1998;7(3):26-39
5 methods for the detection of new leprosy cases have been implemented in 6 provinces of the central of Vietnam, namely Danang, Khanhhoa, Binhdinh, Lamdong, Ninhthuan and Binhthuan. The results of each method were detailed evaluated and analysed. Contact survey has proved to be effective with the detection rate of 480 per 100.000. While group survey had no good result with the detection rate of 11.94 per 100.000. The method of mass survey was expensive, not so effective (12.07 per 100.000). It should be applied in areas where the prevalence of the disease is high. Notification of patients through general health system was relatively fruitful (152.20 per 100.000). Passive method of detection through health education was very easy to conduct and economic. This method must be carried out in every where

9.Study on the health care exercise of Medical Doctor NguyÔn V¨n Hëng in patients with the chronic cerebro circulation insufficiency syndrome
Journal of Practical Medicine 2001;395(3):19-21
50 patients with the chronic cerebro circulation insufficiency ages of 45-78 in the health care acupuncture department of the ViÖt Nam institute of traditional medicine participated to a study. The clinical and para-clinical changes after 45 days of training of exercise of M.D. NguyÔn V¨n Hëng were monitored. The results have shown that the exercise improved the clinical condition of the cerebro circulation insufficiency. The clinical score according to the table khadjew reduced significantly in which 62% patients with obvious remission, 35% patients with moderate remission, no patients with exacerbation of disease. The exercise improved the cerebral circulation in some biological indicators such as cerebral blood flow electroencephologram, lipemia, and respiratory function.
