A young female 17 years old patient was hospitalized with the chief complaint of severe headache for about 1 month and of leg cramp along walking. On admission blood pressure was 180/120 mmHg at upper limbs and 160/110 at lower. Doppler echocardiography found a left ventricle hypertrophy. Ejection fraction of 63% showed a conservation of left ventricle systolic function. Digital subtraction angiography of aorta and renal arteries showed a 90% narrowing of aorta and remal arteries, and a length of 10mm of narrowing segment.
