During 1997-1998, The Hµ Néi HIV/AIDS Control Committee deployed the model of helping the HIV/AIDS patients integrating in the community. The model aimed to reduce bad impact of AIDS epidemic and strengthen the activities of HIV/AIDS prevention and control as well as improve the life quality of HIV infected patients by integrating in to the community.
