According to information of WHO, stroke is one of the leadership reasons for death and loss of ability to work. For stroke patients on evidence based models are important and necessary to know early treatment within short time to reducing care with the help of public supports and their care also very important. Following principle especially after stroke period and restoration is very important forprofessional units, treatment and nursing continuously can serve for common result. Cardiff School of Nursing is able to serve for patients with nursing care and it will be more resultative. From world neurology association is very important to prepare specialists who had spiritual level and to form training curriculum. From world neurology association is very important to prepare specialists whohad spiritual level and to form training curriculum. We provided the quality of study according to documents of Hennessy-Hicks methods. In this study participated 51 students of Darkhan branch medical school, and 210 graduates from Arkhangai, Uwurkhangai, Selenge, Darkhan-Uul aimags ,Bulgan province and 59 strokes, 39 careers have been chosen by random sampling and involved in this research. For processing training curriculum usedSPICEST Model Medical Education, Healthy Learner Model, Model Neurology Progress – Oriented Triage by Likert and vivo quality discussion models are used in this research. To process statistics used IMB SPSS statistics and other 20 programs. The average students’ age who involved in this study was 20-22, nurses and special workers of thehospital was 23-2.3, and average age of stroked patients was 5Б2±3, 2, and average age careers 35±2. And occasion who had stroke after 62 (p<0,01) is increasing statistical important. Basic ordering had paralysis 84, 1%, and 84, 3%, patience had neurological originated , hypertension in 91%,,,trouble because of fear is 73,2%, polakuira had in 23%, person who had tongue problem in 36%. For patients who had strokes family members take cares for 30(50, 84%), nurses 21(35, 59%), and volunteers 6(10,16%) and most important things for them were wheelchair and walking cane. 41(69,4%) considered that it is very important nursing care for stroked patients. 72(34%) of graduatesconsidered that it is very important nursing care for stroked patients and 38(18,09%) considered important, also 58,3% estimated medium enough . For training curriculum of basic professions strokes contents to prepare professional nurses required 3-4 years or 108-146 credit hours and neurological nursing needs 0.8 credit hours and it takes 8-0.6 percent of total hours. For neurological nursing program involved nursing of common diseases, In the content of present training considered generally reflected about pulse diseases dis considered generally about the training content we cannot consider special difference between them.In branch school of medical sciences implemented core program since 2010. In the frame of common neurological deceases provided same 0.8 credit hours. In the content of host graduate training is not focused about neurological nursing care. It means that we take care less attention about content on issue of brain stroke, in other hand we have these specialists who are prepared by this directions. The main form of teaching is lecture and seminar. These forms are disresultative to own the forms of skills. But for the practice of cases and analyze on cases and provide discussions and writing essay about the analyze , and using training contents such as methods of training participation and independent works of available to use for in this case.

Introduction: The researchers have identified that shift work of nurses can have a direct impact on health, well-being, performance, and organizational outcomes. In countries with self sustainable and highly developed nursing science it was established that shift duration of hospital nurses lasts for 8 hours, (Gordon, Cleary, Parker, & Czeisler, 1986; Labyak, 2002; Lee, 1992). Thus, it was recognized having importance that day and night shift nurses would have health issues depending on the shift work schedule and it seemed inevitable to perform studies on schedule work performance. Goal: The purpose of the study is to identify impacts on the health of night shift nurses, and identification of strengths and weaknesses of night shift work of nursesObjectives:1. To identify the initiative and work load of shift nurses,2. To identify the impact of shift work to health of shift nurses,3. To identify the strength and weaknesses of shift workMaterials and Methods: The research was performed on the basis of using Questionnaire, Focus group discussion and Checklists. Comparative research was done on the basis of P criteria; P if < Î.05 then it was estimated that possibility is correct. The research was performed through using software such as EXCEL 2007, SPSS.Results: The results of the research and studies are revealed that 28.3% of participants complained about fatigue, 22.5% of participants complained about having sleep disorder, 16.7 % of participants complained about having headaches, while according to the japans studies 21% of participants complained about fatigue, 29% of participants complained about having sleep disorder, 16% of participants complained about having backaches. Conclusions:1. The active conscience of shift nurses were studied and it was concluded that night shift nurses are less active (40%), and experiencing fatigue (53.3%) than day shift nurses. Also, it was observed that 53.3% of participants experienced heavy work load at day shift, while 41.7% of participants in the study experienced high load of work during night shift.2. The studies revealed that 73.35 of night shift nurses are experiencing fatigue, aches, have sleep disorder, headaches, foot aches, and stomachaches. Performing statistical comparison it was revealed that fatigue, aches, have sleep disorder had statistical probability at p< 0.05.3. The strength of night shift is in higher pay rate, which is higher than regular salary rate answered 75 % of participants, day off is longer answered 62.5 % of participants, while 69.2 % of participants answered that are experiencing general fatigue and 56.2 % of participants are having digestion problems.

Background. Most people infected with Cytomegalovirus (CMV) have no signs or symptoms, but newborns andpeople with weakened immune systems are more at risk of developing signs and symptoms. CMV remains in thebody throughout a lifetime. Infected people may spread infection.Goal. The main aim of this study is to determine the prevalence of infection of cytomegalovirus (CMV) by enzymeimmunosorbent assay.Materials and Methods. In this study included subjects, age range of 17-60 years (total of 716) blood donorswho were served by the National center for transfusion medicine. Screening for Cytomegalovirus CMV IgG andIgM specific antibody concentrations determined using DIALAB ELIZA kits.Results. CMV-specific IgG antibodies were detected in 99.2% (710) of the studied subjects and, specific IgMantibodies in 0.1% (1). IgG antibodies positive individuals are compared to 4 blood groups and (p = 0.01) differencewas not statistically significant. IgG antibodies negative 6 individuals are included all in blood type B(III). IgMspecific antibodies positive (1) individual was in the age group 26-40 years, female and type of regular donor.Conclusion. We can conclude from our results of the determination of CMV IgG and IgM specific antibodiesshows that a number of risks of transfusion transmitted infection cytomegalovirus.

Introduction: The World Health Organization describes poor adherence as the most important cause of uncontrolled blood pressure and estimates that 50–70% of people do not take their antihypertensive medication as prescribed.Goal was to measure non-adherence to antihypertensive therapy in a representative sample of the hypertensive Mongolian population and to define the factors associated with non-adherence in the studied population.Materials and Methods:This descriptive study was a questionnaire-based cross sectional analysis. A simple random sample of 735 hypertensive patients, aged 35-64 years was selected. The questionnaire included sociodemographic characteristics and awareness about hypertension and anti-hypertensive treatment, and factors that encouraged or discouraged the patient’s drug taking behavior. Adherence was assessed using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS), with a 4-item questionnaire. Blood pressure was measured twice by the physicians using aneroid sphygmomanometers and stethoscopes. Results and Discussion: The study sample consisted of 265 men (36.1%) and 470 women (63.9%). The mean age of participants was 53.8 ± 8.7 years. The non adherence to medical treatment found in the our study was 68.3% of hypertensive patients. We found younger age (35-44), low family income, not having a regular doctor towards hypertension control, behaviour not taking drug regularly, monotherapy and lack of patient’s knowledge to be the significantly factors influencing on non-adherence to anti-hypertensive medication among Mongolian hypertensive population. The non adherence to antihypertensive treatment found in the current study was higher than that of 25.9%-55.8% found in the study done in Malaysia, Pakistan and Egypt and lower than what a study in the Bangladesh , India and Brazil (74.2%-90.0%)population.Conclusion: The level of adherence to treatment among the participants in this study seriously needs to be improved through well designed health promotion and education strategies in order to prevent poor treatment outcomes.

Introduction: In order to Implement the Mongolian government's 2000 provisions for national health care, on May 28,2004, the Health Minister approved the "Home Care Nursing Service and Rules for Caring and Nursing" according to resolution # 136 and indicated that family clinic nurses should provide home care nursing services [6'71. Interestingly, it is noted that throughout the world, nursing home services have not been limited to family clinic nurses but are being delivered by nurses with diverse areas of specialization.Goal: Purpose of the study is to determine needs for making home nursing services to the population in some province and soum.Objectives:1. To comparatively search needs for providing home nursing services to citizens in the province and soum which were involved to the study.2. To determine nursing type which is required at home3. To develop needs of nurses who make home nursing servicesMaterials and Methods: Conducted studies among the 1109 people from the 520 families in 17 soums of five provinces such as Orkhon, Bulgan, Arkhangai, Khuvsgul and Selenge. We have chosen the clients with anamnesis who are repeatedly served and treated at the hospital for our study and had interviews with them. Questionnaire for citizens consists of 2 basic chapters including 17 questions which determine demographic information and needs of home nursing services. We asked and searched about needs of Home Care Nursing assistances under the 3 basic groups such as General nursing, Treatment nursing and Specialized nursing. After inserting study data into the SPSS-17 program, checked it by appropriate statistical methods (t, x2, fisher exact) and checked if difference between groups and relations has statistical truth. Results: 35.89 percent of clients who got involved to the study answered that they are interested in taking nursing and caring services at home. Also we consider needs for having home nursing at home according to numerical indexes in the provinces involved to the study, clients mostly want to be injected by intramuscular (25.88%), intravenous (31.02%) and IV fluid (30.57%). As we consider specialized nursing assistances at home under the types of needs, health education and assistance for people suffered with hemorrhage and injured people occupy major percent. Clients who got involved to the training, were asked question "With whom do you want to be made nursing assistance at home?" and 75.6% of them answered that they prefer nurses of family clinic.Conclusions:1. It was observed that 35.89% of clients who got involved to the survey, want to receive home nursing assistance and demands for home nursing is being increased with aging.2. Also we conclude that nursing after hemorrhage, nursing for injured patients and nursing for patients with cardiovascular disease occupies higher percent and it shows that percent of cardiovascular diseases and injuries is relatively high and clients' needs to receive nursing assistance at home are faced problems after they were discharged from hospital.3. 75.6% of people who got involved to the study are interested in taking home nursing assistance and we reached to conclusion that it is suitable to train nurses according to it.
