There are many researches on college students'psychological stress.We find that many students are facing pressures including study,social communication,job-hunting,economic problems and so on.There are also many researches on college Students'tackling styles.On the basis of a review on current researches,some suggestions for future work are also put forward.

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Rompun anesthesia and operation on immune function of dogs.Methods We randomly divided 14 healthy dogs into Group A and Group B with 7 in each.Rompun anesthesia induced by intramuscular injection of 3.0 mg/kg Rompun was carried out in Group A while Rompun anesthesia and operation were applied in Group B.The venous blood samples were collected before and after anesthesia at 2,8,24,72,120 and 168 h for centrifugation to obtain sera.ELISA kit was used to evaluate the contents of serum IL-1β,IL-2,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-α.Results Compared with those before anesthesia,the concentrations of IL-2,IL-1βand TNF-αin Group A significantly decreased at 2,8,24 and 72 h (P<0.05)and resumed the pre-anesthesia level from 120 to 168 h;however,the concentrations of IL-4 and IL-8 did not change significantly during 2 to 168 h (P>0 .05 ).Compared with those before anesthesia,the concentrations of IL-2 and IL-1βin Group B significantly decreased from 2 to 168h (P<0.05),while the concentrations of TNF-αand IL-8 significantly increased (P<0 .05 ).IL-2 and IL-1βcontents in Group B from 2 to 168 h were significantly decreased compared with those in Group A (P<0.05 ),whereas IL-8 and TNF-αincreased significantly (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Both Rompun anesthesia and operation stress can inhibit dogs'immune function,and the latter has a stronger inhibitory effect than the former.

Objective To evaluate the effect of HTK solution on myocardial protection during valve replacement surgery.Methods 42 patients with rheumatic heart disease were randomized to receive 4∶1cold blood (control group,n =21 ) and HTK ( protective gronp,n =21 ) cardioplegic solution during valve replacement.The changes of CO and CI were collected at different time points including pre-operation,postoperative 6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours.Aortic clamping time,the ratio of spontaneous cardiac rhythm recovery and inotropic drugs application were calculated,and mechanical ventilation support time and the incidence of arrhythmia were recorded.Results The measurements of CO and CI showed that there was significant higher level in protective group at postoperative 12 hours and 24 hours [ 12 h:(4.82 ± 0.18 ) L/min vs ( 3.50 ± 0.32 ) L/min,( 3.80 ± 0.48 ) L/( min · m2 ) vs (2.79 ± 0.39) L/( min · m2 ) ;24 h:(4.97±0.45)L/min vs ( 3.81 ±0.19)L/min,(4.22±0.17)L/(min · m2) vs (2.91 ±0.21)L/(min·m2 ),P ＜ 0.05].The clinical parameters including aortic clamping time,incidence of cardiac arrhythmia,inotropic support,duration of mechanical ventilation and length was lower than in control group [ (53.6 ±24.3 ) min vs ( 68.9 ± 26.1 ) min ; ( 1.8 ± 1.3 ) min vs ( 2.3 ± 1.2 ) min ; ( 33 ± 11 ) min vs ( 42 ± 13 ) min ;(10.2±2.1) μg/(kg · min) vs (15.7 ±3.8) μg/(kg · min);(14.6 ±4.8)h vs (20.7 ±5.1)h,P ＜0.05].The auto-beating rate was higher than in control group (90％ vs 67％,P ＜0.05).Conclusions HTK solution is better than classical blood cardioplegia in myocardial protection during valve replacement.

Objective To test plasma insulin‐like growth factor 1(IGF‐1) level in type 2 diabetic patients with malignant tumor , and make comparison with diabetic patients and normal patients .To discuss the significance of detection of plasma IGF‐1 level in type 2 diabetes in screening early malignant tumor .Methods Plasma IGF‐1 level were determined in type 2 diabetes among malig‐nant tumor group ,type 2 diabetes ,and normal control group ,and statistical comparison was made between the three groups .Results the plasma levels of IGF‐1 of type 2 diabetes mellitus ,type 2 diabetes mellitus with malignant tumor were significantly lower than normal group(P<0 .05) .And the plasma level of IGF‐1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus with malignant tumor group was obviously high‐er than that of type 2 diabetic group(P<0 .05) .Plasma IGF‐1 ,FBG ,HbA1c and 2 HBG level are risk factors for tumor .The level of FIns is a protective factor for tumor .Conclusion Type 2 diabetes is closely related to the malignant tumor ,and the plasma levels of IGF‐1 is a risk factor for tumor .

Objective To investigate the differences between prenatal and postnatal ultrasound findings in isolated ventricular septal defects.Methods Totally 244 cases of isolated ventricular septal defect were retrospectively analyzed and followed in one year after birth.All fetus were divided into the correct group and the error group according to the postnatal results.The size and type of ventricular septal defect and ventricular shunt were assessed and analyzed statistically.Results In all of the 244 cases,correct group included 181 cases and error group included 63 cases.There was no significant difference in the type of defects between two groups (P=0.061);there were significant differences in the size of postpartum defect and the velocity of ventricular shunt between the two groups (both P＜0.05),and no significant difference of the direction of shunt between two groups (P=0.408);there were significant differences in the size of defects between the prenatal and postnatal in correct groups (P＜0.05),but the direction of shunt had no significant difference (P=0.087).Conclusion There is certain detection rate in prenatal diagnosis of isolated ventricular septal defect;anatomical characteristics of defect may affect antenatal examination results.There was significant difference between prenatal and postnatal ultrasound in the same lesion.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of cardura on lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and ejectile dystunction(ED) in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods One hundred and one cases with BPH and typical LUTS were investigated using the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) and International Index of Erectile Function 5 (IIEF-5)before and after treatment. The patients were given cardura 4 mg, once a day for 8 weeks. The LUTS and ED were was analyzed after treatment. Results The IPSS was scores ( 14.3 ± 4.0) after treatment, and it was lower than before (mean scores: 19.9±6.5, t= 7.534, P＜0.001). The IIEF2-5 was(14.9±8.8)scores after treatment, and it was higher than before (mean scores: 9.5±8. 5, t = 5. 335, P＜ 0. 001 ), respectively. There was statistically significant correlation between IIEF2-5 and IPSS score (r= -0. 327, P＜0. 001 ). Various indexes were significantly improved after cardura treatment as compared with pretreatment (P＜0.001). Conclusions LUTS is dangerous factor for sexual dysdysfunction, and the severity of LUTS is closely related to the development of sexual dysfunction. Cardura can at once improve the sexual function and LUTS of BPH patients.

Objective To establish double-transfected Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) [Ⅱ cells expressing human organic anion transporting polypeptide 1B1 (hOATP1B1) and multidrug resistanceassociated protein 2 (hMRP2)and to testify their functions,moreover,to study the transcellur transport of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitor 1-methyltryptophan (1-MT) in the transfectants.Methods hOATP1B1/hMRP2 eukaryotic vectors pVITRO2-SLCO1B1-ABCC2 was obtained by genetic engineering method and then transfected into MDCK cells.Stably expressed MDCK cells were screened by using the geneticin G418.Real-time PCR,Western blot analysis and immuno fluorescent confocal microscopy were used to verify the proteins expression.Transport of the representative substrate pravastatin in different pH values and substrate concentrations and 1-MT were evaluated using the double transfectants.Results MDCK-OATP1B1/MRP2 was successfully established.Pravastatin displayed the optimal transcellular transport when pH value was 6.5.Transport of pravastatin demonstrated the concentration-dependent in the concertation range of 0) to 500 μmol/L.Transport of 1-MT showed no significant difference in MDCK cells and transfectants.Conclusions MDCK-OATP1B1/MRP2 was successful established;1-MT was not the substrate of OATP1B1 or MRP2 protein;and the eatablished double transfectant cell lines can be used to evaluate OATP1B1/MRP2-medicated transport of xenobiotics (e.g.new drug candidates) and endogenous compounds (e.g.bilirubin).

Objective To measure hepatic ultrasonic integrated backscatter (IBS) in healthy rabbits as a non-invasive quantitative diagnostic means for hepatic steatosis, hepatic fibrosis, and liver cirrhosis; to determine the factors that may influence the IBS measurement. Methods Thirty-five healthy New Zealand white rabbits with normal liver function tests and normal liver biopsies were used in this study. HP Sonos 5500 image system with quantitative analysis function was used for IBS measurement. With the machine setting fixed, and optimal image obtained, left and right liver were divided into near, medial and far areas according to the depth. Further the measurements of IBS in different depth were performed respectively. Meanwhile, in the same liver the IBS image was collected and the change of IBS intensity was measured in various setting of machine index (MI), time gain compensation (TGC) and lateral gain compensation (LGC). Results Average image intensity (AII) of left liver (from near to far areas) was ( 25.38? 2.36)dB, ( 26.32? 2.38)dB, and ( 26.45? 2.28)dB, respectively. The AII of the right liver (from near to far areas) was ( 24.99? 2.23)dB, ( 24.92? 2.59)dB, and ( 25.38? 2.36)dB, respectively. Objective To discuss the techniques of tumor resection, pelvic reconstruction and postoperative management by reviewing the patients with malignant pelvic tumors in recent years. Methods 76 patients with primary malignant pelvic tumors were treated operatively between July 1997 and July 2003. The series comprised 47 males and 29 females. 31 cases were diagnosed as chondrosarcoma, 15 as Ewing sarcoma, 7 as osteosarcoma, 3 as lymphoma, 3 as malignant fibrohistiocytoma (MFH), 1 as hemangiopericytoma, 2 as myeloma, 13 as giant cell tumor(GCT). According to Enneking's division, the most common region of the primary pelvic tumor involved was region Ⅱ (51 cases), followed by region Ⅰ (16 cases) and region Ⅲ (9 cases). 16 cases were reconstructed with threaded pins and cement after resection of the ilium. 9 patients had local resection of pubis and ischium. 21 patients had hemipelvectomy. Among 30 patients with periacetabular tumors, 8 were reconstructed with hemipelvic prosthesis, 7 with saddle prosthesis, 6 with replantation of cauterized tumor bone and total hip arthroplasty, 9 with cemented total hip replacement after curettage of lesion. Results After 16 months to 6 years follow-up, among the 21 patients with hemipelvectomy, 4 patients had local relapse because the sacrum invaded by the tumors. 7 of 25 patients with lesions in regionⅠ or region Ⅲ had local relapse postoperatively due to the marginal incision to the acetabula. Among the 21 patients who had tumor resection and reconstruction in region Ⅱ, 4 had local relapse, 3 of which reconstructed with cauterized hemipelvis. As for functional recovery, all of the 25 patients with lesions in region Ⅰand region Ⅲcould walk postoperatively without assistance of a cane. 21 patients with acetabular reconstruction after resection of lesions in region Ⅱ could sit and stand normally and walked with a cane, some of them even had normal gait. Conclusion The major principle of treatment for primary pelvic tumor is that en bloc resection, only then the functional reconstruction of pelvic ring can be considered. Operators should be acquainted with advantages and shortcomings of different reconstructive methods of acetabulum to prevent the complications.

Objective To investigate whether terminal QRS distortion on the electrocardiogram in acute inferior myocardial infarction could be as a standard for the infarct-related artery,through comparing to coronary angiography.Methods Fifty-seven patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction were enrolled,among which,the right coronary artery (RCA) occlusion (RCA occlusion group) was present in 29 cases,and left circumflex coronary artery (LCX) occlusion (LCX occlusion group) was in 28 cases.The changes of electrocardiogram was analyzed in 12 hours after the acute episode.Results The incidence of terminal QRS distortion in leads Ⅱ,Ⅲ,aVF in RCA occlusion group was 44.8％(13/29) and 39.3％(11/28)in LCX occlusion group,and there was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of terminal QRS distortion in leads V4R-V5R in RCA occlusion group was 17.2％(5/29) and 7.1％(2/28) in LCX occlusion group,and there was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of terminal QRS distortion in leads V7-V9 in RCA occlusion group was 6.9％(2/29),which was lower than that in LCX occlusion group[53.6％(15/28)],and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).For identifying LCX as the infarct-related artery of acute inferior myocardial infarction,the sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative value in terminal QRS distortion in leads V7-V9 were 53.6％ (15/28),93.1％ (27/29),88.2％ (15/17),67.5％ (27/40).The area under curve of terminal QRS distortion in leads V7-V9 in identifying LCX as the infarct-related artery of acute inferior myocardial infarction was 0.733 (95％ CI 0.599-0.868).Conclusion Terminal QRS distortion in leads V7-V9 may be of diagnostic value in identifying the infarct-related artery in acute inferior myocardial infarction.
