Objective To investigate the teaching effectiveness of preventive medicine and ask the students for feedback on the curriculum in order to reform the teaching methods. Methods Questionnaire survey.Sampling survey. Results 89.2% of students have realized the importance of preventive medicine.Respectively 16.4% and 7.5% of students have no interesting on the curriculum due to teachers'matter and students' idea that the course is uselessness for their major and future career.75.1% of students are interest in Nutrition and Food Hygiene,35.2% of students dislike Medical Statistics, and 45.3% of students think the most tough part is Medical Statistics.78.9% of students wish to have more practice lessons.30.5% of students do not ask teachers questions because of no communication with teachers after class. Conclusions Preventive Medicine is still ignored by a few students. The more tough the content is,the less interest the students have. Repeatedly emphasizing the importance of Preventive Medicine in medical education, adopting and combining with the community practical cases in class lectures and frequently communicating between teachers and students after class are suggested.
3.Brain natriuretic peptide: a potential indicator of cardiomyogenesis after autologous mesenchymal stem cell transplantation?
Journal of Zhejiang University. Science. B 2006;7(9):766-768
We observed in a pilot study that there was a transient elevation of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level shortly after the transplantation in the patient with ischemic heart failure, which is unexplainable by the simultaneous increase of the cardiac output and six-minute walk distance. Similar findings were observed in the phase I trial. We postulated on the basis of the finding of Fukuda in vitro that this transient elevation of BNP level against the improvement of cardiac function and exercise capacity might indicate cardiomyogenesis in patients after mesenchymal stem cell transplantation. Further study is warranted to verify the hypothesis.

4.Therapeutic Observation of Cluster Needling at Anterior Oblique Line of Vertex-temporal plus Speech Training for Motor Aphasia after Cerebral Infarction
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(5):412-414
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cluster needling at the anterior oblique line of vertex-temporal plus speech training in treating motor aphasia after cerebral infarction.Method Forty patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 20 in each group. Both groups were given basic neurological treatment. In addition, the treatment group was intervened by cluster needling at the anterior oblique line of vertex-temporal plus speech training, while the control group was by speech training alone. After 4-week treatments, the speech function and communication ability were observed and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the speech function score and Chinese Functional Communication Profile (CFCP) score were changed significantly in both groups (P<0.01). There were significant differences in comparing the speech function and CFCP scores between the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster needling at the anterior oblique line of vertex-temporal plus speech training is an effective approach in treating motor aphasia after cerebral infarction.

Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factors combined with new rehabilitative liquid is effective in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis and it is worth promoting and using clinically.
6.Construction of human Alzheimer's disease specific single chain antibodies library
Chinese Journal of Geriatric Heart Brain and Vessel Diseases 2015;(11):1197-1200
Objective To construct the human Alzheimer's disease (AD) specific single chain anti‐bodies (scFv) library for sceening human AD scFv to Aβ1‐42 oligomers .Methods RNA was isola‐ted from 40 ml peripheral blood taken from 18 AD patients .Variable heavy (V H ) and variable light (VL ) genes were amplified by RT‐PCR and linked to the scFv fragments that were then cloned into the phage vector pCANTAB5E .The scFv library was constructed by electroporating E .coli TG1 cells into the pCANTAB5E and rescuing the assistant phage M13K07 .Results The total RNA was extracted .The VH and VL genes were amplified .Electropharesis showed that the length of VH and VL genes was 360bp and 300bp respectively and the length of linked scFv was 750bp .The 2 .4 × 109 scFv library was thus constructed and identified by BstN I digestion .Elec‐tropharesis showed that the length of BstN I‐digested scFv fragments varied ,indicating that the library is of a good diversity .Conclusion The human AD phage scFv library we constructed lays a foundation for screening the antibodies to Aβ1‐42 oligomers and the treatment of AD .
7.Tissue Doppler imaging to assess right ventricular function in hypertensive heart disease with normal pulmonary pressure
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1993;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate right ventricular(RV) myocardial profile changes in hypertensive heart disease (HHD) with normal pulmonary pressure by pulsed wave tissue Doppler imaging(PW-TDI) technique, and to assess right ventricular function. Methods Group Ⅰ was normal control,20 cases, average age (54?7) years old, while group Ⅱ was primary hypertensive heart disease,20 cases, average age (58?8) years old.PW-TDI technique was used to measure the peak systolic, early diastolic, late diastolic velocities(Sm,Em,Am) of right atrio-ventricular ring, the ratio of Em/Am,right ventricular isovolume contracting time(RIVCT) and isovolume relaxation time(RIVRT).The systolic and early and late diastolic motorial amplitude(SD,DED,DAD) were measured by M-mode echocardiography. Results In groupⅡ: Em decreased [( 16.0? 2.7)cm/s vs ( 19.5? 3.4)cm/s,P
8.Evaluation of the value of application of continuous glucose monitoring system in a rabbit model of hypoglycemia
Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2017;27(3):68-74
Objective To establish a rabbit model of hypoglycemia and evaluate the accuracy and timeliness of hypoglycemia monitoring by continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS).Methods Sixteen female New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 4 rabbits in each group. The rabbits in the control group were given intravenous infusion of saline. The animals in the experimental group were infused with insulin continuously, which were divided into 0.1 U/kg/h insulin group (RI=0.1 U group), 0.2 U/kg/h insulin (RI=0.2 U group) group and 0.4 U/kg/h insulin group (RI=0.4 U group) accordingly.During the experiment, CGMS was monitored for 240 min.Blood samples were collected at a 30-minute interval and the blood glucose level was measured by a hand glucose meter. Results A total of 1296 CGMS monitoring data were obtained during the study period, and 136 BG monitoring data matched with CGMS time were obtained. After the insulin administration, BG and CGMS were significantly decreased. The reduction rates of BG and CGMS were 0.016 and 0.017 mmol/L/min in the RI=0.1 U insulin group, 0.04 and 0.027 mmol/L/min in the RI=0.2U insulin group, and 0.049 and 0.032 mmol/L/min in the RI=0.4 U group.According to whether BG monitoring value was lower than 4.4 mmol/L, the BG-CGMS paring data were divided into hypoglycemia and normoglycemia. In hypoglycemia, the average deviation of BG-CGMS was 0.55 mmol/L (the upper and lower limits were-0.98 and 2.08 mmol/L, respectively) and the absolute difference percentage (RAD) was 40.2% ± 45.2%.The mean deviation of BG-CGMS in normal blood glucose was-0.19 mmol/L (upper and lower limits were-1.38 and 1.00 mmol/L, respectively) and 5.8% ± 5.3% in RAD.The error grid analysis (EGA) showed that the proportion of zone A was 93.4%, 0.7% in zone B, and 5.9% in zone D, and the zone D was distributed in area of low BG and high CGMS.Conclusions The results of this study indicate that CGMS has a significant hysteresis phenomenon when blood glucose is reduced rapidly. When the blood glucose levels fall below 4.4 mmol/L, CGMS may have a risk of overestimating blood glucose.Such risk should be fully considered during CGMS clinical application.
