International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(1):102-105
The treatments of infected bone defects are still a major clinical problem. In recent years, local delivery systems applied as anti-infection and bone repair material become a hot research topic. In this review,we discuss various influence factors such as osteoinductive growth factors, antibiotics, cartier material, extended release methods. We also introduce the recent progress in the development of local delivery system for the treatment of infected bone defects.
4.Alternations of Some Enzymological Characterizations of Site-mutagenized DNA Polymerase ?
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
The enzymological characterizations of site-mutagenized rat recombinant DNA polymerase?, RQ182 and RQ183 were studied The phosphocellulose column chromatographies showed that the mutant and the wild DNA polymerases were all eluted by about 0.5 mol/ L KCI, but the denatured DNA-cellulose chromatographies showed that although the wild enzyme was eluted by 0.35 mol/L KCI, RQ182 and RQ183 were eluted by 0.55 and 0.45 mol/L KCI, respectively, indicating that the binding abilities to DNA of the mutant enzymes were increased. Km values for the substrate (dTTP)of the wild enzyme, RQ182 and RQ183 were determined as 38.5, 34.5 and 111.1 ?mol/L, respectively, and the Km values for the primer (oligo(dT)) were 1.28, 1.96 and 6.58 ?g/ml, respectively. The results showed that the affinities of RQ183 to the substrate and the primer were decreased dramatically. It is suggested that Arg182 and Arg183 were involved in the active site function of DNA polymerase ?, in binding to DNA template, in recognizing of primer, and in binding to and catalyzing of substrates of the enzyme.
5. Preparation of curcumin-(oleic acid)2 loaded mPEG5000-PLGA nanoparticles by modified solvent evaporation method
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(16):2223-2229
Objective: To optimize the technological process for the preparation of curcumin-(oleic acid)2[Cur(OA)2] loaded by mPEG5000-PLGA with modified solvent evaporation method and to characterize the nanoparticles[Cur(OA)2-NPs]. Methods: Using entrapment efficiency (EE), appearance, and particle size as indexes, orthogonal test design was used to optimize the preparation technology. Laser particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were carried out to evaluate the Cur(OA)2-NPs size, Zeta potential, and morphological characteristics. Results: The optimal preparation conditions for Cur(OA)2-NPs were as follows: Cur(OA)2-mPEG5000-PLGA (1:4); organic solvent-aqueous solvent (1:2); the stirring speed was 1200 r/min; Poloxamer 188 (F68) concentration was 0.3%. The Cur(OA)2-NPs were spherical and uniformly distributed, with average particle size 86.23 nm (range of particle size: 80-100 nm) and Zeta potential -23.8 mV. Conclusion: The modified solvent evaporation method is suitable to prepare the curcumin derivatives loaded mPEG5000-PLGA NPs.
6.Invisible knowledge-based construction of values in medical staff
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(2):32-34
It was pointed out in this paper that the nature of values was invisible knowledge by analyzing the rela-tion between values and invisible knowledge, and the measures were put forward for constructing the values in medi-cal staff in view of their value construction process and its influencing factors.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Along with the fast development of medical technology, the theory of holistic medical care is infiltrated into every aspect of clinical medical practices. In this paper, though the treatment of surgical hepatobiliary diseases under the direction of holistic medical care ,we emphasize the significance of holistic medical care in diagnosis and treatment ,recommend and canonize the usage of holistic medical care into the clinical practices.
8.Transcription factors as new targets for cancer therapy
Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2010;41(2):97-103
Mechanism studies in the gene regulation in the eukaryotic cells is one of the momentous areas in molecular biology.Regulation at transcription level is a complex progress with multiple steps with the presence of the gene functions. There exist ubiquitous occurrence of transcription factors in mammalian tissues and biodiversity in the factors. These transcription factors are found to relate closely to various carcinogeneses, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and angiogenesis.Understanding of transcription factors and their action mechanisms, through the activation and inhibition of transcription factors, would potentially lead to the discovery of new entities in the targeting treatment and prevention of the cancer diseases.

Objective To establish a new method to identify and analyze Qingdai Powder and its composition. Methods X-ray Diffraction with Fourier pattern was used. Results The standard X-ray diffraction with Fourier pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of Qingdai Powder and its composition drugs were obtained. Conclusion The powder X-ray diffraction method can be used as a simple and convenient method for the identification of Qingdai Powder and its composition drugs.
10.Relationship Between Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone System and Syndrome Patterns in Patients with Ventricular Remodeling Following Myocardial Infarction
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1999;0(02):-
【Objective】To investigate the relationship of plasma renin activity(PRA),angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) and aldosterone(ALD) activities with syndrome patterns in patients with ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction, and to supply neuroendocrine evidence for syndrome differentiation of ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction.【Methods】Sixty patients with ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction were classified as Qi stagnation and blood stasis(pattern 1,n=16),phlegm-turbidity blockage(pattern 2,n=15),yangQi deficiency(pattern 3,n=16) and yin-blood deficiency(pattern 4,n=13).Radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to measure plasma renin,Ang Ⅱ and ALD levels in acute myocardial infarction patients 7 days after onset, and cardiac color ultrasound was used to examine left ventricular function.【Results】In patients with ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) increased as compared with those in the healthy.LVEDD,LVESV and LVEDV became larger in patients with pattern 3 and pattern 1 than those in patients with pattern 2 and pattern 4(P
