Moral emotion education of medical students should begin with arousing human nature of students and making them to have the sense of consciousness to patients, which takes sympathy as the core. However, when faced with the increase of doctor-patient contradiction, students are easy to suspect the general sense. So students should be guided to understand the necessity of moral emotion in professional activity of doctors, and thus to adhere to treat patients with emotion due to responsibility. On this basis, through combining the education of having emo-tion to patient with working reasonably, medical students will gradually take treating patients with emotion as their own compulsory emotion, and to realize the transformation from human nature to medicine nature.

Clinical research initiated by researchers is one of the important means to promote new understanding of drugs and treatment methods.At this stage,the clinical researches initiated by the researchers frequently appear all kinds of irregularities.In order to solve out this problem,the paper points out suggestions about strengtheningself-discipline of researchers,self-regulation of conscience,and self-responsibility of carefulness.Meanwhile,it is also important to abide by the relevant ethical codes and consciously accept the third party supervision of IRB.Joint efforts should be made to protect safety and rights of human subjects.

OBJECTIVEThis study aimed to investigate the effects of hirudin on the expression of transforming growth factor (TGF-β1) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs) in vitro, as well to explore its func- tion in the mechanism of gingival remodeling.

METHODSAfter culturing was performed with classic tissue-explant method, HGFs were derived from normal gingival and gingival hyperplasia tissues followed by orthodontic treatments with different concentrations of hirudin. The mRNA and protein expression levels of TGF-β1 and bFGF were respectively detected by real time quantity polymerase chain reaction and immunocytochemistry.

RESULTSCompared with normal HGFs, TGF-β1 expression promoted collagen synthesis of fibroblasts, whereas bFGF collagen synthesis was decreased in hyperplasia HGFs without hirudin (P < 0.05). Hirudin significantly upregulated the expression levels of bFGF but downregulated TGF-β1 in hyperplasia HGFs (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONOrthodontic force may influence the balance of collagen synthesis and degradation in HGFs. Hirudin may modulate the balance of HGF collagen metabolism, thereby promoting gingival remodeling.

To explore the relationship and possible mechanism of reproductive function of bisphenol A (BPA) with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Serum specimens were collected from 43 PCOS patients and 37 healthy women.And the level of BPA was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The serum level of BPA in PCOS were significantly higher than that in the control group.And the inter-group difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).The patient level of BPA was positively related with obesity and basic luteinizing hormone (LH) (P ＜ 0.05).In the PCOS group,no significant correlation existed between hyperandrogenemia and non-hyperandrogenemia (P ＞ 0.05).Although no difference existed between insulin and non-insulin resistance,the level of BPA in insulin resistance group was lower than in non-insulin resistance group.A higher level of BPA may be associated with obesity and basic LH in PCOS.

Doctor-patient moral emotion is an important factor of doctor-patient relationship.However,in the current society,due to the change of medical models and social transformation,relationship between doctors and patients is facing the phenomenon of less affection or ruthlessness,which also causes the tension of doctor-patient relationship.This emotional crisis is closely related to doctor's moral image and the establishment of trust between doctor and patient,and must be solved by the reconstruction of modem doctor-patient moral emotion.Current reconstruction of the doctor-patient moral emotion has occupational necessity and realistic feasibility,and it is mainly constructed in two aspects of having emotion to patient and doing things reasonably.In this process,medical workers,social workers,medical colleges,medical institutions,management departments should cooperation mutually and jointly promote.

To study the role of anti- C. albicans IgY and serum in protection of C. albicans infection of several animal models. To develop three animal models of C. albicans infection: a burned rat model of C. albicans infection, a mouse model of vaginal candiasis and a immunosuppression mouse model of C. albicans infection. And we compared the contribution of anti- C. albicans IgY and serum to the clearance of the C. albicans in three animal models of C. albicans infection. Anti- C. albicans IgY can protect against C. albicans infection in a burned rat model of C. albicans infection and a mouse model of vaginal candidiasis. The serum can effectively protect the mice from disseminated candidiasis in a immunosuppression mouse model. Humoral immunity component involving anti- C. albicans IgY and serum protect against C. albicans infection in a burned rat model of C. albicans infection ,a mouse model of vaginal candidiasis and a immunosuppression mouse model of C. albicans infection.

Aim The expression of NF-?B activation and the effect of antioxidant (N- acetylcysteine, NAC) on NF-?B activity in human airway epithelial cell was assessed. Methods Using the TNF-?,the airway epithelial cell strains of normal subject(16HBE) and tumor patient (H292) was activated and using Western-Blot and ELISA the expression of NF-?B and IL-8 were detected. Results It was found that the activity of NF-?B could be stimulated by the TNF-? and increase with the amount of TNF-? with the peak occurring at 2 to 4 hours after stimulation and then decreasing at six hours. At the same time, the level of IL-8 was elevated, but decreased with inhibition of NF-?B activity by NAC, that means the action of NAC has a dose-dependent effect. Conclusion NAC not only blocks the signal transmission activated by NF-?B, but also anticipates the transcription modulation of expression of many cell factors and inflammatory mediums. It suggests that NAC may play a role in the anti-inflammatory treatment of respiratory diseases.

Objective To explore clinical effect of Dermatix Ultra on repair of scar tissue in patients after breast plastic surgery .Methods 66 patients with breast conserving surgery after breast conserving surgery were selected and divided into two groups.32 cases in the control group were treated with the implementation of breast conserving surgery and breast plastic surgery , 34 cases in the treatment group were treated on the basis of the control group and combined with Dermatix Ultra.Evaluation of patient and observer scar assessment scale ( POSAS ) and visual analogue scale were compared after the treatment and satisfaction degree were compared after 6 months follow-up.Results Compared with the control group, scar evaluation in treatment group were higher(P<0.05), the color, thickness, the degree of pigmentation and the score of the pigment were higher (P<0.05), the color, softness, thickness, pain and itching were higher (P<0.05), and the patients were followed up for 6 months (P<0.05).The color, thickness, roughness and pigmentation score of OSAS in the treatment group were higher (P<0.05), Color, softness, thickness, pain and pruritus in PSAS were higher (P<0.05),after 6 months of follow-up, the satisfaction rate in patients was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Dermatix Ultra has a good clinical effect in repair of scar tissue after the breast plastic surgery, improve the color, thickness, smoothness and pigmentation of patients after breast augmentation surgery, and improve the prognosis.
