1.A structural equation model of job burnout, insecurity psychology and insecurity behavior for miner
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2010;24(3):236-240
Objective: To build the relationship model of job burnout, insecurity psychology, and insecurity behavior for miners. Methods: The valid random samples included 1229 miners from national and private coal mines, who were investigated with the revised Job-Burnout Inventory for Miners, Insecurity Psychology Inventory, and Insecurity Behavior Inventory. The data was analyzed through SPSS15.0 and AMOS7.0. Results: The three dimensions of job burnout had significant direct effect on insecurity behavior [β =0.008, 0.047, 0.019) .The three dimensions of job burnout had significant direct effect on psychological paralysis (β =0.031, 0.203, 0.374) and helplessness on security (β =0.206, 0.374, 0.472) . Emotional exhaustion and disengagement from work had significant effect on temporary psychology (β =0. 192, 0.411) and antagonistic psychology (β =0.079, 0.596) . Four dimensions of insecurity psychology had significant effect on insecurity behavior (β = 0.092, 0.023, 0.093, 0.097) and it was a mediator in the model. Conclusion: Miners'job burnout have significant direct effects on insecurity behavior, but also have indirect effects through the insecurity psychology mediator.

Objective To systematically analyze and evaluate the association between the peptidylarginine deiminaseⅣ(PADI4) gene and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) based on the published data, and to provide evidence for the pathogenesis of RA.Methods By selecting five SNPs in PADI4 (rs11203366,rs11203367,rs874881,rs2240340,rs1748033) which had been extensively examined.Meta-analysis on each SNP was performed step by step according to Hugenet manual to investigate the association of the polymorphisms of the PADI4 gene with RA.Results This Meta-analysis enrolled 15 659 RA patients and 22 019 healthy controls from 21 studies worldwide. It demonstrated that rs11203366,rs11203367,rs2240340 and rs 1748033 confered susceptibility to RA in Asian ethnicity (P<0.01,0.03,<0.01,<0.01),while rsl1203366,rsl1203367 and rs874881 confered susceptibility to RA in Caucasian of European ancestry (P=0.0002,0.004,0.03).It also shown that no significant association between rs874881 and RA in the Asian ethnicity populations (P=0.2),or rs2240340,rs1748033 and RA in Caucasian of European ancestry (P=0.18,0.1 ).A linkage disequilibrium study was also performed. The LD study showed that rs11203366,rs11203367,rs874881,rs2240340 and rs1748033 were in linkage disequilibrium both in the Asian ethnicity and Caucasian, which was basically inconsistent with the results of Meta-analysis.The conflicting results should be explained by many aspects such as bias in sample selection, genotyping, and the stratification. Conclusion The PADI4 genotype is partially associated with RA,and the underling mechanisms need further study.Haplotype based research and Metaanalysis would be valuable.

Objective:To explore the calvarial critical size defect (CSD)in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:T2DM model of SD rats(weighted 300-320 g)was induced by high fat and high sugar diet and low dose intraperitoneal streptozotocin (STZ)injection. The rats with T2DMand the normal controls were divided into 4 groups(n=3)respectively.Defects with the diame-ter(mm)of 2,3,4 and 5 were made on the central calvaria of each rat.General observation,X-ray examination and histological study were performed 8 weeks postoperatively. Results:In the T2DM group, only the defects of 2 mm diameter were healed completely,X-ray resistance and new bone formation were observed;the defects of 3,4 and 5 mm diameter were unhealed,X-ray transmission was observed and newly formed bone was insufficient. In the control group, the defects of 2,3 and 4 mm diameter were healed completely, X-ray resistance and new bone formation were observed;the defects of 5 mm diameter were unhealed,X-ray transmission was ob-served,newly formed bone was insufficient. Conclusion:The calvarial CSD of T2DM rat model can be defined as the defect with the diameter of 3 mm.

Objective:To discuss whether balloon atrial septostomy(BAS) can provide safe and effective left ventricular venting for venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(V-A ECMO).Methods:From March 2017 to January 2019, 9 patients received BAS for left ventricular venting during V-A ECMO treatment in our hospital, including 5 males and 4 females, aged 12-72 years. There were 3 cases of severe myocarditis, 4 cases of low cardiac output after cardiac surgery, and 2 cases of acute myocardial infarction. Basic data, procedure data, outcome and follow-up were recorded. Results:BAS were successfully performed in 9 patients. Procedure time on average was 42.2 min. Anterior mediastinal hematoma occurred in 1 case. There were no other procedure-related complications in the rest cases. No pulmonary edema or thrombosis occurred in all 9 cases during ECMO. No closure procedure was performed. Conclusion:BAS is a safe and effective method for left ventricular venting. The procedure is conductive to the recovery of patients with severe left heart failure.
