1.Research progress on thyroglobulin and its antibody
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(8):869-872
Tg gene polymorphism, HLA and iodine interaction with Tg may be involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease. Moreover, thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb), an important symbol of autoimmune thyroid disease, is also closely related to the development of autoimmune thyroid disease. In addition, the differences of TgAb IgG isoforms expression level also have broad application prospects in the classification and diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease.By researching on Tg, we review the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease and provided the evidence for its diagnosis and clinical treatment.

Objective Through active intervention of nursing care to improve the cognitive rate of hy-pertension, rate of blood pressure control and treatment compliance for hypertensive patients to reach the aim of alleviation of prognosis and reduction of disability and mortality. Methods Free physical examinations were carried out in population groups of above 30 years old in a certain community in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and family health files were set up. Totally 108 patients were screened and standardized management was applied in them, besides their conditions before and after the application of the management were investi-gated and analyzed by self-designed "prevention and treatment of hypertension as a chronic disease" and "in-vestigation questionnaire of KAP of patients with hypertension". Results The cognitive rate and rate of con-trol of high blood pressure were more higher after intervention than that before. Conclusions Through a planned health education instruction, popularizing prevention and treatment knowledge of primary hypertension to residents, we can increase the cognitive rate and rate of control of high blood pressure for patients with hyper-tension.

Objective To investigate the incidence of healthcare-associated infection(HAI)in hospitalized patients≥65 years at a hospital in Hunan Province. Methods Data of patients with HAI in this hospital in 201 1—2013 were classified and analyzed statistically. Results A total of 47 626 patients were investigated,1 068 cases of HAI oc-curred,all cases were single site infection, incidence and case rate of HAI were both 2.24% ,incidence in patients aged <65 years (2-65 years old)was 0.98% (234/23 998),and ≥65 years was 3.53% (834/23 628),difference was significant between two groups (χ2= 354.44,P<0.001). HAI rate in patients aged <65,65~,70~,75~, 80~,85~,and ≥90 years was 0.98% ,1.59% ,1.28% ,2.77% ,5.20% ,6.93% ,and 9.43% respectively. The major infection site was lower respiratory tract (59.95% ,n= 500),the main detected pathogens were Pseudo-monasaeruginosa (19.43% )and Escherichia coil (18.72% ).Conclusion The incidence of HAI in the elderly patients increased with age increasing, the main infection site is lower respiratory tract.
6.Progress of dose fraction in radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
Radiotherapy is one of the main treatment options for patients with advanced limited non small cell lung cancer. From the viewpoint of radiobiology, the change of fractionation schedule in radiotherapy might improve the therapeutic effect. There are many different methods of fractionated irradiation: from conventional radiation including hyperfractionated radiotherapy, accelerated radiotherapy and hypofractionated radiotherapy, etc. In this paper,we summarized the definition of the different types of fractionated irradiation, and its clinical application.

Objectie:To study the protective effects and mechanism of Huoxuetongmailing(HXTML) on experimental myocardial ischemic rats by zhuodu. Methods 50 healthy male Wister rats were randomly divided into groups namely blank group, model group,Cedocard group,HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin group,10 rats in each group. Each rat had been recordⅡelectroca rdiographic(ECG) before the experiment.Hyperlipemic forage was feeded and ISO was subcutaneously injected into rats except Blank group to cause myocardial ischemia.Blank group and model group, respectively, the volume of normal saline irrigation, etc.,and the rest of the group were irrigated isosorbide dinitrate,HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin dose treatment. After treatment, the myocardium zymogram(CK,CK-MB and LDH) and inflammatory factor were detected by modern medical method. Results:HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin dose could signifi cantly reduce the levels of serum enzymes(P

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
To prepare monoclonal antibodies for blocking acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (AHC)viruses,BALB/C mice were immunized with Hela cells. The spleen of immunemouse was re-moved,and spleen cells were fused with SP2/0 cells. The antibodies against cell receptors wereselected by cell protection assay.Four cell strains secreted McAbs designated R7.R8.R16 andR24 were screened to be able to block cellular receptors and inhibit the infection of Ev70 as wellas CA24v on Hela cell. These results demonstrate that the receptors for Ev70 and CA24v are si-miliar.Indirect immunofluorescence test with the four McAbs showed definite fluorescence onliving Hela cells, which the intensity was concordance with the mean intensity resulted fromflowcytometer.Positive reaction on fixed Hela cells were only observed with R7 and R8.

China Pharmacy 2015;(34):4884-4886
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the conformance of drug storage condition in our hospital with the criterion of Good Supply Practice of Drug(GSP)or drug instructions. METHODS:The ratio of drugs which should be stored at cold chain or below 20 ℃ or room temperature in our hospital in 2013 was analyzed statistically according to drug instruction and GSP(2013 edition). The conformance of storage condition between our hospital and GSP(2013 edition)or drug instructions was analyzed retrospective-ly. RESULTS:Among 1 338 drugs in our hospital in 2013(886 domestic drugs,66.22%;452 imported or import-packing drugs, 33.78%),110 drugs should be refrigerated(8.22%),3 be frozen(0.22%),271 be kept below 20 ℃(20.25%)and 954 be kept at room temperature(71.30%),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:Through continuous improvement of management, drug storage con-dition could meet the requirements of GSP (2013 edition) and drug instruction. In order to ensure drug quality, the government should improve related laws and regulations, and promote the operability of storage condition stated in drug instruction.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2018;16(1):38-42
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy in treating insomnia in people with blood stasis constitution. Methods: Seventy-two patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group by using the random number table, 36 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy, while the control group was intervened by oral administration of estazolam. One-week treatment was taken as a course, for 3 successive courses in total. A follow-up study was conducted 3 months later. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was evaluated before and after the intervention, as well as in the follow-up. The clinical efficacies were also compared. Results: The total effective rate was 88.9% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the PSQI scores dropped significantly in both groups (both P<0.05); the between-group difference in PSQI score was statistically significant (P<0.05). The follow-up study showed that the between-group difference in the global score of PSQI was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus bloodletting therapy can produce a more significant efficacy than oral administration of estazolam in treating insomnia in people with blood stasis constitution.
