1.STUDY ON ANTI-AGING IN THE OVARY OF THE AGING MODEL RAT BY TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE HESHOUWUYIN
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To find the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine Heshouwuyin(HSWY) in anti-aging in ovary of the aging model rats,so as to provide theoretical and experimental evidence to anti-aging in female sexual gland. Methods Thirty-six rats were divided into three groups at random: normal group, aging model group, prevent aging group.Rats the in prevent aging group were subdivided into four groups: HSWY low dosage group,HSWY medium dosage group,HSWY high dosage group and Heshouwan(HSWW) group. The sub-acutely aging model rats were induced by D-galactose,and rats in the prevent aging group were received intragastric administration of HSWY and HSWW with D-galactose intraperioneal injection. The gene expressions of p53,p19~(ARF),Rb and p16 were detected in the ovaries of each group with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and the protein expressions of Rb and p16 in the ovaries with Western blotting. Results The model group rats were in the aging status with low spirits and withered and yellowed hair. The ovaries of the rats in the model group expressed aging change. The gene expressions of p53,p19~(ARF),Rb and p16 were up-regulated and the protein expressions of Rb and p16 were increased in the ovaries of aging rats.HSWY significantly suppressed the gene expressions of p53,p19~(ARF),Rb and p16(P
2.Progress in treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in adolescents
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(1):38-40
The development of effective therapy for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is one of the greatest successes of clinical oncology. However, cure rates for adults with ALL remain relatively low. Adolescents are the special population between children and adults. These patients group will be received protocol from either pediatric or adult oncologists depending on referral pattern. In recent years, researchers from abroad large cooperative groups show pediatric-based protocol has better outcome than adult-based protocol. In this article, the protocol of ALL in children and adults are compared . It seems the first and probably the most important reason is the dose intensity of the nonmyelosuppressive chemotherapeutic agents, especially asparaginase.
3.An analysis of the cause of laparoscopic adrenalectomy failure and its complications
Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To study and to analyse the cause of laparoscopic adrenalectomy failure and its complications. Methods 8 of 19 laparoscopic adrenalectomies were converted to open surgery .The cause of failure and its complications were analysed. Results The causes to convert to open surgery were:bleeding of right middle suprarenal vein in 1,adrenal tumor was sheltered of cauda pancreatis in 1,left adrenal cyst was sheltered by spleen in 1,CO 2 pneumoperitoneal pressure can not be maintained during the procedure in 2,tumers could not be found in 2,the telescopic port was inserted into musculus psoas major in the retroperitoneal approach and the bleeding influenced the operation field in 1.3 patients had high fever after operations and 1 had an abscess in the adrenal bed.Reactive pleuritis occurred in 1. Conclusions Fine technique and experiences were needed for laparoscopic procedures and good team work between the operators was very important.Complications were often associated with the initial cause that led to the laparacospic adrenalectomy failure.Laparoscopic adrenalectomy via the retroperitoneal approach has been easier than that via the transperitoneal approach.
4.Implantation metastasis to abdominal incision after open operation for bladder carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of implantation metastasis to abdominal incision after open operation for bladder carcinoma. Methods 10 cases of implantation metastasis to abdominal incision after open operation for bladder carcinoma encountered from 1985 to 1999 were retrospectively studied, nine being male and 1 female. The average age was 52.7 years. Results These were 6 transitional cell carcinoma (all were grade G 3),2 transitional cell carcinoma with squamous carcinoma or adenocarcinoma,1 squamous carcinoma, and 1 adenocarcinoma. The diameter of the metastasis lesion was 1.4~11.5 cm?1.0~6.9 cm.The treatments included total cystectomy with resection of metastasis,TURBt with resection of metastasis, urinary diversion with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, resection of metastasis with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, and chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy alone.7 of the 10 died of the carcinoma, the survival times being 4~41 months (average 13 months).Only 1 patient survived for 41 months.Whereas the others died within 14 months.3 patients are still alive for 5~9 months with no recurrence. Conclusions The differentiation of the cancer cells of implantation metastasis is usually bad and often accompanied by squamous followed by carcinoma or adenocarcinoma.Total cystectomy with resection of the metastasis followed by chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy might prolong the survival time, but the prognosis is usually poor.
5.Treatment of calculus in ureter with Urocalun(report of 60 cases)
Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(11):-
Objective To examine the efficacy and safety of Urocalun in treatment of calculus in ureter. Methods Sixty patients with calculus in the ureter were treated. The diameters of the stones were less than 1 cm.The patients were assigned to receive Urocalun orally,450 mg each time,3 times a day. Results Five weeks after Urocalun administration, the calculi were eliminated in 45 cases (75%).The calculi descended in 10 cases (17%).The positions of calculi remained unchanged in the rest 5 cases (8%).Four patients (7%) had mild uncomfortableness in stomach, nausea or thirsty after Urocalun administration. Conclusions Urocalun is effective for eliminating the calculus in ureters.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):224-225,228
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and analysis of Shah Glenn Dean combined with acarbose in the treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases of newly diagnosed elderly patients treated in our hospital during the period from January 2015 to January 2017 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is selected as the object of this study, they were randomly divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acarbose treatment, the study group was treated with Shah Glenn Dean combined acarbose treatment, treatment time was 3months, glycosylated hemoglobin, after two groups of patients were in different treatment of hypoglycemia were observed and compared the rate of change, body mass index and blood glucose level changes. Results The patients in the control group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was 23.33%, patients in the study group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was 6.67%, patients in the study group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P <0.05); glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group of two patients, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P <0.05); the total cost of the patients in the treatment group compared with the control group had no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Significant clinical therapeutic effect of saxagliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, can make the patient's blood glucose levels were significantly lower, with high security, the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly reduced, but also can reduce the weight of patients, the total cost in the course of treatment did not increase that will not cause economic burden on patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
7.The changes of GRO-α and VEGF in the peritoneal fluid and their relationship in the patients of endometriosis
Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;12(2):149-152
Objective To explore the changes of GRO-α and VEGF in the peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis and their correlation. Methods The levels of GRO-α and VEGF were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) method in 39 cases of endometriosis and 25 normal cases of without endometriosis. Results The levels of GRO-αand VEGF in the peritoneal fluid of EMs group were ( 108.77 ± 20. 58 ) pg/ml and ( 199. 67 ± 99. 26 ) pg/ml separately, and it was significantly higher than those in control group ( 71.07 ± 18. 96 ) pg/ml, ( 115.46 ± 32. 39 ) pg/ml. The differences were statically significant( P <0. 05). The level of GRO-α in the peritoneal fluid of the patients in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ was sig-nificantly lower than that in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ[(99.43 ± 16.05)pg/ml vs (117.65 ± 20.8)pg/ml, P <0. 05] , while the level of VEGF in the peritoneal fluid of the patients in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ[(246. 89 ± 114. 34) pg/ml vs ( 152. 82 ± 54. 55 ) pg/ml, P < 0. 05] .There was positive correlation between the level of GRO-α and r-AFS ( r = 0. 439, P < 0. 05 ), but no cor-relation between the level of VEGF and r-AFS ( r = -0. 210, P >0.05). There was no correlation be-tween peritoneal fluid levels of GRO-α and VEGF in the EMs group ( r =-0. 05, P>0. 05). Conclusion Compared with control group, the levels of GRO-α and VEGF in peritoneal fluid of women with endome-triosis were significantly increased, which indicated that the increased GR0-α and VEGF secretion involved in the pathogenesis of this disease. There was correlation between the peritoneal fluid level of GRO-α and the degree of EMs.
8.Infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum in patients with cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2008;7(12):845-846
One hundred and twenty four patients with cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia(CIN group)and 300 women in routine health check(control group)were recruited in the study.Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)DNA in cervical secretions was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR),and detectopm pf HPV was also performed in 103 CIN cases. The positive rate of UU was 64.5%in CIN group and 38.7%in control group(P<0.05).The results demonstrated that UU infection may be associated with cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia, especially for high-grade lesions;and there may be interaction between UU and HPV infection in development of CIN.
10.Analysis of 96 Cases of ADR Induced by Animal Bone Polypeptide Medicine in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2017;28(23):3217-3219
OBJECTIVE:To explore the feature and regularity of ADR induced by animal bone polypeptide medicine,so as to provide reference for rational use of these drugs in clinical practice. METHODS:In retrospective analysis,96 cases of ADR oc-curred in our hospital during Jan. 2009-Jun. 2016 were analyzed statistically in terms of patients'gender and age, drugs involved, occurrence time, route of administration, organs and systems involved, association, prognosis, etc. RESULTS:Among 96 cases (including 17 serious ADR),the ratio of male to female was 1.34 : 1,and 56.25% of them were above 40 years old. ADR mainly occurred within 15 minutes after medication(39.58%)dominated by intravenous drip. Organs/systems involved in ADR were main-ly lesion of skin and its appendants(34.81%),followed by respiratory system damage(18.35%)and systemic damage(16.46%). In aspect of ADR association,41 were probable(42.71%)and 55 were possible(57.29%). After suffering from ADR,43 patients (44.79%)were cured after drug withdrawal or corresponding treatment, and 53 patients(55.21%)were recovered. CONCLU-SIONS:Medical staff should master the regularity and characteristics of ADR induced by animal bone polypeptide medicine, while strengthen rational drug use management and monitoring to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use.
