1.Dynamic studies on physiological and biochemical changes during fruit development of Panax notoginseng

Objective The physiological and biochemical changes were studied during the Panax notoginseng′s fruit development.Methods Dynamic changes of fruits size,fresh and dry weight,moisture content and soluble sugar,starch and protein contents were investigated.Results The moisture content was increased first and then dropped to 73.37% at maturity.The fresh and dry weight,starch and protein contents of P.notoginseng′s fruits were increased with the fruit development.The soluble sugar content was raised first,then decreased,and increased slightly at the lateral stage of fruit development.Conclusion The P.notoginseng′s fruits are mature at 80 d after peak anthesis;the decrease of moisture content is companied with the gradual increasing of fruit fresh and dry weight during the fruit development.The storage and utilization of nutrients in P.notoginseng′s fruits are closely related with the fruit development.

The impact of the pandemic, caused by SARS-CoV-2, on the management of malignancies has posed several challenges. Gestational trophoblastic diseases, being considered highly curative, are categorized as emergent cases which need immediate intervention with a level I priority for chemotherapy for its malignant spectrum.
These guidelines have been drawn up to assist in decision-making and the implementation of such are dependent on the capabilities of each institution combined with their local experience.
3.Development and verification of plaque method for detection of tick-borne encephalitis virus titer

Objective To develop and verify a plaque method for detection of infectious titer of tick-borne encephalitis virus(TBEV)strain(PHKT strain for short)adapted to primary hamster kidney(PHK)cells.Methods PHK cells were infected with TBEV,a primary mouse brain adaption strain,and passed consecutively for 12 passages.The titer of PHKT was detected by plaque method(Monolayer BHK-21 cells were infected with PHKT of various passages at different dilution ratios,and the plaque number was calculated by neutral red staining)and challenge titration in mouse brain(Mice were challenged with PHKT of various passages at different dilution ratios through brain cavity,0.03 mL for each,observed continuously for 14 days,and calculated for the median lethal dose(LD50)by Reed-Muench method)respectively,and the correlation between the results of two methods was analyzed.The developed plaque method for the detection of TBEV titer was verified for specificity,repeatability and intermediate precision.Results The plaque titer of PHKT virus was up to8.9 lgPFU/mL;The correlation between the results of plaque method and mouse brain challenge titration method was good(r = 0.92);The specificity of plaque method for detecting infectious titer of PHKT virus was good,and the coefficients of variation(CVs)of repeatability and intermediate precision were both less than 5%.Conclusion A plaque method for detecting infectious titer of PHKT virus was developed,which may be used as an alternative method for challenge titration in mouse brain.
4.Clinical effect of nerve stimulator combined with low back plexus sciatic nerve block for the arthroscopy anesthesia

Objective To study the clinical effect of nerve stimulator combined with low back piexus sciatic nerve block for the arthroscopic surgery anesthesia. Methods 86 patients who required the arthroscopic surgery from March 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). The observation group accepted nerve stimulator combined with low back plexus sciatic nerve block under the arthroscopic surgery;the control group adopted waist hard joint anesthesia during the arthroscopic surgery. Data of hemodynamics, effects of anesthesia, anesthesias maintaining time, rehydration fluids and adverse effect in both groups were recorded and compared. Results The time for preparation and control of anesthesia operation (Tr), time for feeling completely block (T1), time for recovery (T2), time for completely blocking (T3), time for movement recovery (T4) in observation group were significantly shorter than that of the observation group (P<0.05); the first time of urination (Tu) after operation was significantly longer in control group than that in the observation group (P < 0.05); MAP in the control group were lower than that in the observation group 20 minutes after anesthesia (T20,P < 0.05); complications in the control group were more frequent than that in the observation group. Conclusion The clinical effect of nerve stimulator combined with low back plexus sciatic nerve block for the arthroscopic surgery anesthesia is more obvious , especially for patients with relatively long operating time.

Stromal cells are the important part of the bone marrow microenvironment. They provide a suitable environment for the self-renewal, proliferation and differentiation of the hematopoietic stem cells. Stromal cells include dendritic cells, macrophages, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and adipocytes. They secrete cytokines,extracellular matrix and provide direct cellular contaction to regulate hematopoiesis. Dysfunction of the stromal cells will lead to all kinds of hemopathy and immune system diseases directly.

Thermochemotherapy by drug-loaded magnetic micro/nano-particles is attracting increasing attention because it combines the advantages of chemotherapy and high targeting and selectivity of hyperthermia,especially intra-cellular hyperthermia.Magnetic micro/nano-particles,usually consisting of biodegradable pely-mers matrics co-incorporated with ferromagnetic particles and anti-cancer drugs,will generate heat when exposed to an externally applied alternating magnetic fields due to electromagnetic induction by ferro-particles,in the meanwhile,sensitivity of anti-cancer drug will be greatly enhanced by higher temperature.Tumors will greatly suppressed by the synergetic effect of chemotherapy and targeted hyperthermia.

8.The present situation of clinical holistic nursing in China

Since from 1995, holistic nursing has over 20 years of development in China. And now as the nursing models spread to national wide, holistic nursing aim to the National Twelfth Five-year Plan. At the guidance of the National Twelfth Five-year Plan, the nursing model in China has been began to turn to holistic nursing model. But because of the influence from many factors from the implementation, the way of thinking about to carry out the nursing care using by most of the nurses in clinic is also from the illness and the medical orders. The holistic nursing philosophy and methods, for example the care program, have been not implemented well. Nurse staffing has been in the national plan. And after years of effort the situation has been improved. But it also can not fit the needs in clinic. So as the method to solve the contradiction between the staffing and the needs, the nursing schedule has began to change. The APN model and some mathematic model have been used to the innovation for the nursing schedule. The ability level of the nurses is known as the important fact on the implementation of holistic nursing. So the nurse training is in the attention. But the standardization for the training is the problem we face now. As the chief method and factor to the continual improvement for holistic nursing, quality evaluation system in our country has been improved gradually. But the scientific management methods have not well combine to the fact, and became a factor to restrict the improvement. So the necessary steps for the improvement of holistic nursing in China involve the investigation about the fact and the theory, the innovation and the standardization for the current situation, and the chinization of the theory.

Urinary tract infection(UTI)is common in children. Among the children with UTI,some children at high risk will develop renal scarring that may lead to end stage renal disease. Accurate diagnosis and appropriate treat-ment is very important. However,controversy on diagnosis and treatment of UTI still exists. European Association of Urology/ European Society for Paediatric Urology delivered new guideline for diagnosis and treatment of children with UTI in 2015.

Purpose]The purpose of this thesis is to briefly study how to translate different types of anadiplosis in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine, so as to evoke other translators'attention in this field. [Methods] There are different types of anadiplosis in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine, thus this thesis first summarizes the categories of anadiplosis structure in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine, then studies the respective use and mixed use of domestication and foreignization strategy in translation of the three types of anadiplosis structures. Furthermore, it also analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of domestication and foreignization strategy and the scope of their application. [Results] Through research, the thesis discovered that both domestication and foreignization strategy have their own advantage and disadvantage in translating anadiplosis in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine. On one aspect, translators should spread as much traditional medical culture as possible; on the other hand, translators should also take readers' response into accounts. Although domestication is a major trend nowadays, with the deepening of culture exchange, foreignization will play a more important role in TCM classics translation. [Conclusion] Domestication and foreignization strategy complement each other in the translation of anadiplosis in the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine. However, because of the requirement to spread traditional Chinese medicine, foreignization strategy will be used more frequently than before.
