2.Development of DICOM printing management system
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
The DICOM printing management system realizes the monitoring, record and management of the whole DICOM printing process. The system can also select the Key Image without additional workload for doctors and technicians.
3.Development of integrated radiology management system
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Integrated radiology management system develops on the basis of radiology information system (RIS) and picture archiving & communication system(PACS). It is a working and management platform for doctors, technicians, nurses and engineers in radiology department. The system not only integrates RIS, PACS, HIS and radiology equipment, but also adds an examination workstation and a DICOM print management system. All the information can be recorded, searched and transmit by the net in quantified and detailed management, thus enabling the management more effective.
4.Clinical analysis in 35 children with myoclonic epilepsy
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(S2):-
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and curative effects of myoclonic epilepsy in children. Methods 35 cases were used to retrospectively study to analyze the medical history、clinical features and treatments. Results 7 patients(20%) had a family history of epilepsy while 11 cases(31.4%) had a history of febrile convulsion. The first onset was about at the age of 8.0?2.4. The first onset of myoclonic seizure and generalized tonic-clonic seizure would be put off and the diagnostic time would be delayed by 3.4 years.EEG induced by sleep and/or flash could raise the epileptic detectable rate.6 children had a tendency to be aggravated during the treatment.2 cases died of severe myoclonic epilepsy.28 patients(80%) were treated only by sodium vedproate and the effects were satisfying. Conclusion It is easily wrongly diagnosed and treated. Taking small dose of sodium vedproate drugs, the patients have better treatment effects. The children with severe myoclonic epilepsy have poor prognosis and high death rate.
5.Pulmonary toxicity related to EGFR-TKI monotherapy or its combination with radia-tion as treatment for non-small cell lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(11):558-561
Monotherapy of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) serves as the first-line treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with EGFR mutation. Pre-clinical studies confirmed that TKIs can increase radiation sensitiv-ity. Clinical studies confirmed that EGFR-TKI combined with radiotherapy may improve survival of patients and can be used as alterna-tive to chemoradiotherapy. Pulmonary toxicity induced by EGFR-TKIs monotherapy features low incidence rate but high mortality rate, and the incidence rate raries when TKIs is combined with radiotherapy. In this review, we summarise related literature on pulmonary toxicity in EGFR-TKI monotherapy or its combination with radiotherapy for advanced NSCLC. This study can serve as reference for safe-ty of this combined therapy.
6.Role of BALF from dogs with acute severe smoke inhalation injury in ind ucing lung injury of normal rats
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2001;23(5):559-561
Objective To investigate the existence, intensit y and persisting time of biologic activity of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF ) collected from dogs with acute severe smoke inhalation injury in early post-i njury stage. Methods BALF was collected 1 h after the est ablishment of acute severe sawdust smoke inhalation injury in 5 dogs, and the fl uid was perfused into the lungs of Wistar rats in the amount of 5 ml/kg (gro up C). Normal saline (group A) and BALF from normal dog (group B) were perfused into the lungs of rats and served as control. The respiratory rate, PaO2, lung water content and the expanding stability of lungs in all rats were determ ined at the time points of 4,12 and 24 h after the purfusion. Results Compared with the rats in group A and B, the rats in group C had higher mortality, wider range in RR, higher lung water content, PaO2 decreased obviou sly and lower lung expanding stability. The rats in control groups showed sl i ght mechanic obstruction in their airways in the course of experiment. Meanwhile ,the rats in group C showed higher oxidative activities and lower total anti-o xidative activities in lung tissues. Conclusion It is certai n that the BALF collected from dogs with acute severe smoke inhalation injury in early post-injury stage could induce obvious injury in lung structure of norma l rats, showing certain mechanic obstruction in small airways. The injuring act ivity of the BALF can be alleviated ultimately 24 h after the perfusion of the B ALF.
7.Progress in CD133 molecule and its relationship between hematopoietic stem cells and leukemia stem cells
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(4):397-399
CD133 molecule is a new symbol of hematopoietic stem cells ( HSC). It may be a symbol of cancer stem cells in some cancer. Up to now, CD133 - 1 molecule has been paid close attention to in much literature . But research of their relationship between CD133-1 and CD 133-2 has little. The study will focus on two different CD133 molecule so that HSC and leukemic stem cells can be distinguished with using subgroup molecule. And this will provide theoretical and experimental foundation for targeted therapy of leukemia.
8.Development of PRAME in the diagnosis and treatment of children acute leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):352-354
The gene of preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma(PRAME) is a gene marker of leukemia, which can be used to monitor the minimal residual disease, and can make us to comprehend the curative effect, prognosis, the grade of risk and can predict relapse. In addition,PRAME as a human tumour antigen, can be recognized by autologous cytolytic T lymphocytes,is a ideal target of immunotherapy in leukemia, and investigate the methylation level of PRAME gene CpG island, which can help us comprehend the relation of the mechanism of PRAME and leukemia.
9.Intraoperative radiotherapy for soft tissue sarcoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(2):208-211
Soft tissue sarcoma ( STS) , which is mostly found in extremities and retroperitoneum, is a malignant tumor of the connective tissue with the low incidence ( 1% of all malignant tumors) and various kinds of histopathological types. Intraoperative radio-therapy ( IORT) can improve the therapeutic effects of STS and to reserve the functions of the related organs, holding the apparent ad-vantage in local control rate of the tumor. IORT may cause toxicity, such as wound infections, limb ischemic necrosis and fibrosis. However, with the gradual development of IORT equipment, incidence rate of toxicity may be further reduced. This paper reviews the history, indications and advantages, clinical efficacy and adverse effect of IORT in STS.
10.Genetic polymorphism of the C4 and Factor B(Bf) in patients with Epilepsy
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
C4 and Bf typing was performed by electroimmunofixation with antihuman C4 and Bf sera in 103 patients with epilepsy, and the results were compared with a control group of unrelated healthy individuals of 76 for C4 and 220 for Bf. An increase in gene frequency of Bf F in the paties with epilepsy (0.1942) was found in comparison with that in the normol controls (0.1159). The relative risk value (RR) and etiological fraction (EF)for epilepsy in person who carry the Bf F gene were 1.8379 and 8.85?10~(=2) respectively. About the C4, there is no difference between patients and normal controls.
