Philippine Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2020;44(4):34-36
The impact of the pandemic, caused by SARS-CoV-2, on the management of malignancies has posed several challenges. Gestational trophoblastic diseases, being considered highly curative, are categorized as emergent cases which need immediate intervention with a level I priority for chemotherapy for its malignant spectrum.
These guidelines have been drawn up to assist in decision-making and the implementation of such are dependent on the capabilities of each institution combined with their local experience.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Objective The physiological and biochemical changes were studied during the Panax notoginseng′s fruit development. Methods Dynamic changes of fruits size, fresh and dry weight, moisture content and soluble sugar, starch and protein contents were investigated. Results The moisture content was increased first and then dropped to 73.37% at maturity. The fresh and dry weight, starch and protein contents of P.notoginseng′s fruits were increased with the fruit development. The soluble sugar content was raised first, then decreased, and increased slightly at the lateral stage of fruit development. Conclusion The P.notoginseng′s fruits are mature at 80 d after peak anthesis;the decrease of moisture content is companied with the gradual increasing of fruit fresh and dry weight during the fruit development. The storage and utilization of nutrients in P.notoginseng′s fruits are closely related with the fruit development.

Objective To screen and optimize the formulation and technology of human recombinant neutrophil inhibitory factor and hirulog hybrid(TNHH)for injection, and investigate its stability. Methods Based on the results of the single factor experiment, with the pH range, mannitol dosage and povidone K30 dosage as independent variables, and the content of high molecular protein as response value, the response surface design(CCF)test was used to analyze the effects of the respective variables and their interaction on the content of high molecular protein in TNHH for injection to screen out the optimal formulation. In order to facilitate the operation, the optimal formulation was adjusted to prepare three batches of samples in pilot scale, which were placed at 40 ℃,75% relative humidity(RH)for 2,4 weeks and 2 ~ 8 ℃ for 3,6 months, respectively. The samples were taken and the appearance,pH,purity of reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)and purity of size exclusion chromatography-high performance liquid chromatography(SECHPLC)were detected to verify the stability of this formulation and process. Results The optimal formulation was pH 4. 982 6,mannitol 7. 986 4% and povidone K30 1. 902 7%,which was finally adjusted to pH 5. 0,mannitol 8. 0% and povidone K302. 0%. The TNHH preparation for injection prepared by the optimized prescription and process were stable in quality and met the clinical medication requirements. Conclusion The optimum formulation of TNHH preparation for injection is reasonable in the process and suitable for industrial production.
6.A design and application of electrocardiograph without lead wire for first-aid
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2021;33(1):111-112
The electrocardiograph is used to record the bioelectric signals generated by the activation of myocardium when the heart is active. It is a commonly used medical electronic instrument for clinical diagnosis and first-aid. However, electrocardiograph adopts a lead wire connection method in existing technology, which is prone to interweaving of wires during movement. It will not only break and wear the lead wire, but also delay the treatment time due to the cleaning of the lead wire. In addition, because the battery capacity is small, it needs to be charged frequently after use, which affects the speed of the instrument use and first-aid. Moreover, the original adsorbed chest lead electrode has a small contact surface with the skin, leading to less comfort and easy to fall off. In order to solve the above problems, an electrocardiograph without lead wire for first-aid was designed by medical staff of Tianjin First Central Hospital, and the National Utility Model Patent of China was obtained (Patent No.: ZL 2019 2 2267837.3). The electrocardiograph adopts the method of wirelessly connecting electrodes, avoids entanglement of lead wire, and increases the portable power source, which prolongs the battery endurance time, improves the contact electrode performance of chest lead and increases the contact surface, the above improvements optimize the medical process operated by medical staff, which is more conducive to clinical first-aid and routine examination, and has the advantages of easy to use, easy to carry and strong safety.
7.Research progress in role of epigenetic modification in tumor cell cycle regulation
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2024;37(9):1146-1151
Normal cell cycle includes cell division, differentiation, apoptosis or pyroptosis, which are regulated by many regulatory proteins. Epigenetic mechanisms such as DNA methylation and histone modification in specific genes or the whole genome,as well as non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs),play an important role in the cell cycle. The changes of these mechanisms lead to cell cycle imbalance, cell growth disorder, epigenetic modification abnormality, and the possibility of normal cells developing into tumor cells, which is one of the important causes for human tumor occurrence. In this paper, the epigenetic regulation in cell cycle, abnormal epigenetic mechanism and cell cycle regulation in tumors, and the therapeutic targets of epigenetic regulation related to tumor cell cycle have been reviewed,so as to provide new ideas for further exploring the correlation between epigenetic mechanism and cell cycle regulation,as well as the mechanism of tumorigenesis.
8.Research progress of competing endogenous RNA network in regulation of hepatocellular carcinoma microenvironment
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2024;37(10):1275-1280
Tumor microenvironment(TME) is the product of the interaction of different cell types, which plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of tumors. Therefore, it is an essential intrinsic part in the regulation of the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Competing endogenous RNAs(ceRNAs), as an emerging component of tumor-host interaction, can participate in the infiltration and differentiation of immune cells by regulating the interactions between different types of RNAs. However, the regulatory mechanism between ceRNA network and TME in HCC is complex and uncertain. In this review, we focus on how the ceRNA network in TME promotes HCC,including tumor invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis, immune regulation and fibrosis, so as to clarify the specific role of ceRNA in the development of HCC.
9.Research progress on regulation of protein tyrosine kinase 6 by micro RNA in malignant tumors
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(2):240-
Protein tyrosine kinase 6(PTK6)is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase, which plays a key role in the genesis and progression of various tumors and shows a dual role.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small non-coding RNAs that regulate the expression of post-transcriptional genes. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that the regulation of PTK6 by miRNA plays an important role in tumor. This paper illustrates the effect of miRNA on PTK6 expression in various cancers so as to provide theoretical basis for cancer treatment.
10.Analysis to Resolve the Basic Construction Debt of Chenggong University City of Kunming
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(11):157-160
Objective Seek countermeasures against the debt risk in universities. Methods Taking the debts of Kunming Chenggong universities construction as an example, analyze the reasons and countermeasures for the debts of universities in Yunnan province. Results Due to the enrollment expansion policy, the higher education in Yunnan province has been transformed from the elite education into mass education. The universities in Kunming have gained unprecedented development opportunities, especially with the completion of the Kunming Chenggong University Town. However, loan funds for the new campus construction mostly came from banks. So,the huge debt stress from banks has been brought with the development of the universities. Conclusion The sustainable development of universities requires the moderate debt. The government, universities and society need to work together to control the scale of debt effectively and avoid the debt crisis.
