Objective To observe the roh of cytoimmunologic factors, careinoembryonic antigen (CEA),serum ferritin(SF)and prognostic factors in patients with Iung adenous cancer. Methods Eightyone patients with lung adenous cancer were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical features as well as the alternation of T-lymphocyte subsets and its relationship with CEA.SF,disease stage and metastasis of lymph node were studied.Results(1)The percentage of CD4+ T cell decreased and that of CD8+T cell increased, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ went down accompanied by the increase of disease stage.CEA and SF increased as the dmease stage increased.(2)Thedecrease of percentage of CD4+ T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was obvious in patients with metastasis of lymph nodes[LN(+)](p<0.01).The increase of percentage of CD8+Tcell and CEA,SF level was obvious in LN(+)(P<0.01 or<0.05).(3)The decrease of percentage of CD4+T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD4+ was obvious in CEA (+)(P<0.01).The increase of percentage of CD8+ T cell and SF level was obvious in CEA (+)(P<0.01).(4)The decrease of percentage of CD4+ T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was obvious in SF(+)(P<0.01).The increase of percentage of CD3+ CD8+ T cell and the CEA level was obvious in SF (+)(P<0.05 or<0.01).Conclusion Disorder of cytoimmunologic situation exists in patients with lung adenous cancer, and it is closely correlatod with the CEA,SF level disease stage and metastasis of lymph node.

Objective To observe the effect of compound fetal liver extract combined with antiviral therapy on liver fibrosis in patients with cirrhosis. Methods 60 patients with liver cirrhosis from April 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=30).The patients in control group were treated with conventional anti viral therapy , 30 cases in treatment group were treated with compound fetal liver extract combined with antiviral therapy postoperative. Results 1 month after treatment, the treatment group serum liver fibrosis HA, PCM value respectively(107.5 ±17.8,99.8 ±14.9)ng/mL, were lower than in the control group (138.4 ±15.2,124.1 ±18.1)ng/mL(P<0.05).1 month after treatment, the treatment group liver fibrosis collagen type IV, III procollagen value respectively(58.9 ±11.0,109.2 ±11.1)μg/L, were lower than in the control group (85.7 ±11.2,122.7 ±11.3)μg/L(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound fetal bovine liver extract combined with anti-viral therapy in patients with cirrhosis has good, better than the use of antiviral drugs alone.

AIM:To investigate the effect of glaucoma knowledge education among community residents and knowledge source, and to provide reference for improving the awareness rate of glaucoma knowledge among residents.METHODS: From July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, a total of 752 residents live in two communities of Jinhua city were randomly selected to investigate the source of glaucoma prevention and treatment knowledge. In addition, comprehensive health education intervention lasted for 3 mo, awareness rate of core knowledge of glaucoma was investigated before and after the intervention, and the effect of the intervention was evaluated.RESULTS: The source of glaucoma related knowledge for radio and television was 33.4%; the mobile network was 40.9%; the health education was 21.5%. The overall awareness rate of glaucoma related knowledge before education intervention was 32.7%; the overall awareness rate after intervention was 48.4%, and the comparison before and after intervention was statistically significant(χ2=37.130, P<0.001). The awareness rate of 18 questions were statistically significant before and after the intervention(χ2≥13.341, P<0.001).CONCLUSION: The awareness rate of glaucoma related knowledge among residents was low, and mobile phone network and radio and television were the main sources of glaucoma related knowledge, so the education intervention was an effective means to improve glaucoma related knowledge.

Objective To summarize the electrophysiological indexes and scales used for evaluation of post-stroke spasticity, for integration of clinical management of spasms. Methods Literatures on identification and evaluation of post-stroke spasticity from databases of Web of Science, PubMed, CNKI, and Wanfang Data up to May 15, 2021 were retrieved and the indicators related to post-stroke spasticity were extracted for a scoping review. Results The scales of modified Asworth Scale, Comprehensive Spasticity Scale and modified Tardieu Scale; the electrophysiological indexes of F wave, H reflex, motor evoked potentials, visual-startle reaction time and vestibular evoked myogenic potentials were used to identify and evaluate post-stroke spasticity. Conclusion More clinical researches are needed to explore earlier identification and evaluation of post-stroke spasticity more objectively and accurately.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2019;36(11):821-825
Objective:
To evaluate the feasibility and safety of magnetic tracer technique for preoperative endoscopic marking in laparoscopic surgery.
Methods:
In the preliminary study, a total of 8 patients with gastric (n=3) or colorectal (n=5) tumors underwent endoscopic magnetic marking before laparoscopic surgery from April to June in 2019. First, a magnet was attached to the lesion by 2 titanium clips under the endoscope. Second, during the subsequent laparoscopic operations, the other magnet was sent to the vicinity of the lesion through the laparoscopic tunnel. The magnet in the abdominal cavity was quickly attracted to the one in the gastrointestinal tract to successfully locate the lesions. Data of preoperative marking and operations of 8 patients were reviewed.
Results:
All 8 lesions were marked successfully, rapid and accurate intraoperative positioning was achieved. The mean time of endoscopic marking was 5.75±2.45 minutes, and the mean time of intraoperative localization was 1.94±0.56 minutes. All patients underwent laparoscopic tumor resections with accurate localization. The mean proximal and distal resection margins of colorectal tumors were 105 mm and 74 mm respectively. No complications occurred.
Conclusion
Magnetic tracer technique for laparoscopic localization, simple, safe and accurate for gastrointestinal lesions, can be performed without additional equipment or endoscopic procedures involved.
