Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in water. Methods The liquid-liquid extraction, gas chromatography with RTX-50 capillary column and flame photometric detector were used to determine 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides(DDVP,dimethoate, malathion, methyl parathion, parathion, chlorpyrifos)in water. Results Chromatographic resolutions for the above 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were both over 1.5.The linear range was 2.0-16.0 ?g/ml(r=0.999 2~0.999 8),the detection limits were 0.009 2~0.076 ng,RSDs were 1.5%-7.1%,the average recovery rates were 93.0%-98.7%.6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides could be absolutely separated on RTX-50 capillary column. Conclusion This method presents an advantage in detection limit, precision and accuracy compared with that in GB13192-1991,it will meet the requirement of Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water and routine water quality analysis.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2015;24(1):88-91
Objective To review the correlation between serum uric acid (UA) level and Parkinson's disease(PD) based on the papers published from 2004 to 2014 at home and abroad, with an attempt to provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and disease evaluation of PD.Methods Major online database including PubMed,CNKI,and Wan Fang date bases were searched in March 2014.The key words we used are uric acid,Parkinson' s disease and so on.Results Totally 28 studies were enrolled, the analysis showed there were argument on the correlation UA and PD,the effect of uarthritis on PD and the effect of antiparkison drugs on UA.Conclusion It is testified in most studies that UA level is obviously lower in PD patients. The variation of UA perhaps affects the morbidity, condition and non-motor symptom among patients with PD.However, the studies are limited by the research methods 、the public surveyed and other factors.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):137-138,140
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 70 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into group A and group B, included 35 cases in each group. Group A was treated with single budesonide and Group B was given montelukast combined with budesonide. The clinical efficacy of two groups of asthma was compared, the body temperature returned to normal time, the time of wheezing disappeared, the normal time of the laboratory index, the normal time of the chest radiograph, the inflammatory factors and the lung function indexes and the side effects. Results The clinical curative effect of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05); Body temperature in group B returned to normal time, the time of wheezing disappeared, the normal time of laboratory index was shorter than that of group A(P<0.05); Inflammatory factors and lung function were similar. After intervention, the inflammatory factors and lung function of group B were better than those of group A(P<0.05). There were no obvious side effects in the two groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma can improve the symptoms of children, cause the symptoms to recite in a short time, reduce the inflammatory factors, improve lung function, no obvious adverse reactions, safety effective.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(10):-
Gravity is the most fundamental biomechanical stimulus for posture change.Pressure of blood flow is one of primary indicators to evaluate cardiovascular performance.Up to now, the underlying mechanism of effects of posture change on cardiovascular system is still unclear.A 3D FSI mathematical model with posture change was presented.By applying the body force terms to the fluid equation and the vessel wall equation, the model could be used to study posture change and the effects of gravity on the pressure of blood flow quantitively.Under different inlet-outlet pressure difference(IODP) and different postures such as horizontal, upright and upside-down one, the effects of gravity were simulated. In horizontal position, the pressure distributions of blood flow transformed from 2D(two-dimensional) axis-symmetry without gravity to 3D asymmetry with gravity under small IODP.With IODP increasing, gravity had less effects on pressure distribution and extreme value. As IODP reached 10 665.6 Pa(80 mmHg) and 2 666.4 Pa(20 mmHg) respectively, this effect was observed to be constant.Similar results were obtained from 3D fluid-only model. In either upright or upside-down position, 2D axis-symmetric pressure distribution was observed with and without gravity, yet the position, in which extreme pressure appeared, was different in upright position from that in upside-down one. Finally, the effect intensity of gravity in upright or upside-down position was more than twice as much as that in horizontal one.The results indicate that introducing body force term into the fluid and solid equations to present a novel model, which was based on hemodynamics, will provide a new way to study posture change.Effects of gravity on pressure distribution and extreme value changed with different postures and IODP.If IODP is small, ignoring effect of gravity and postures so as to simplify the hemodynamics model to 2D axis-symmetric one, the conclusion should be drawn with caution.
7.A contrast on pathology and imaging in senile dementia of the Alzheimer type
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2000;0(04):-
Objective To explore the correlation of pathological changes and imaging through a control study on pathology and imaging of 4 cases of senile dementia of the Alzheimer type (SDAT).Methods By HE and Gallyas silver dyeing, four immunohistochemical methods were carried out The loss of neurons cells of all lobes of cerebral cortex, cingulate gyrus, amygdaloid nucleus, hippocampal gyrus, parahippocampal gyrus, meynert basal nucleus, substantia nigra, locus ceruleus, dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve, senile plaques (SP) and the changes of neurofibrillary tangles (NFT) were observed in detail The control study of pathology and imaging was carried out by comparison of CT in different phases before and after death of the patient. Results The degeneration of temporal lobe was marked: (1) The degeneration of middle frontal gyrus of cortex of frontal lobe was the most evident; (2) The degeneration of long gyrus was more evident than that of the short gyrus as the cortex of insular lobe was concerned; (3) The degeneration posterior part of cingulated gyrus was more evident than that of the anterior part. Conclusion The pathological findings of SDAT mentioned above are basically in conformity with the changes of imaging.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(11):-
Objective To study of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM): Herba radix polygoni multiflori preparata (RPMP) on the cultured melanocytes(MC). Methods Extracts of TMC RPMP treated the cultured melanocytes, and tyrosinase activity, melanin level and proliferation of the cells were determined. Meanwhile, method of micropore filter was used to measure the ability of cell migration. Results TCM RPMP markedly promoted the proliferation and migration of MC in a dose-dependent manner at a range of 0~150?g/ml. Conclusions TCM RPMP can promote the proliferation and migration of MC in vitro. And it suggests that this drug could be used to treat vitiligo.

Objective To investigate the postmortem redistribution of Avermectin in acute poisoning death of rabitts. Methods According to the minimum lethal dose intragastric of 250mg/kg avermectin, the avermectin contents in the heart blood and major organs and tissues of the rabitts after death of 0h~72h were assayed by HPLC method. Results Determination of clinical death time was 120.6±9.2min(x±s, n=10)by intragastric 250mg/kg avermectin to the rabitts; Lethal blood concentrations and lethal tissue concentrations of Avermectin were determined; Presence of postmortem redistribution of avermectin contents in the heart blood and major organs and tissues of the rabitts after death of 0h~72h were proved; Determination of the liver, kidney and lung were the best tissue samples for toxicological anaysis. Conclusion The data of Avermectin postmortem redistribution in the rabbits have important reference value for the forensic management of such cases.
