Objective To observe the effect of optimized nursing procedure on the emer-gency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 35 AMI patients in the observation group implemented optimized nursing procedure to conduct rescue and nursing.Delicacy Management was optimized and the nurses were conducted optimized nursing procedure.Afterwards,it was continuously improved according to the efficacy evaluation. And du-ration of stay in emergency department, satisfaction of patients towards nurses as well as satisfac-tion of doctors towards nurses in the control group implemented traditional nursing process with 35 patients and the observation group were analyzed. Results Length of emergency stay of the obser-vation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group and the doctors’satisfaction towards nurses was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Optimized nursing procedure in emergency treatment of AMI patients can standardize nursing and improve the nursing efficiency and nursing quality.

Objective To explore the effect of feedback teaching on the exercise compliance of the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Thirty-eight coronary heart disease (CHD) patients who met the criteria and were treated in the department of geriatric cardiology in 304 clinical department of People's Liberation Army General Hospital from June 2014 to December 2014 were included into the control group. Forty-one coronary heart disease patients who met the criteria and were treated in the department of geriatric cardiology in 304 clinical department of People's Liberation Army General Hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were included into the observation group. The patients in the control group received the routine health education. The patients in the observation group received the feedback teaching nursing model based on the routine nursing. The state of mind, the exercise compliance, the grasp of exercise knowledge and the situation of illness improvement of the patients after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, no significant difference of the seven dimensions in the state of mind was found between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention the improvement situations of seven dimensions were all better in the observation group compared to the control group(t=4.658,4.251,3.318,6.123,4.587,5.487,4.982;P<0.01). After the intervention the state of mind of the patients in the observation group was better than that before the intervention (P<0.05). In the control group, patients were significantly improved in tension, depression, confusion (P<0.05).In other respects no improvement was found in the patients in the control group (P>0.05). Before the intervention,no significant difference was found in terms of the exercise compliance, the qualification rate of exercise knowledge and the time of daily exercise between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention the exercise compliance, the qualification rate of exercise knowledge and the time of daily exercise in the observation group and the control group were all significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05). However, the improvement situation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (t=3.965, 4.521,4.689;P<0.01). In the observation group,21 patients were improved and the improvement rate was 51.22%. In the control group,6 patients were improved and the improvement rate was 15.79%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2=10.235,P<0.05).Conclusions For the patients with coronary heart disease, the feedback teaching education model based on the routine health education can improve the exercise compliance of the patients, improve the illness and the state of mind,in order to improve the quality of life.

Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and family environment in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 heart disease patients had been chosen as samples to evaluate mental health by symptom checklist (SCL-90) and compare with norm. According to the result of evaluation, all samples were divided into mental health group and mental ill health group and investigated by family environmental scale ( FES) in Chinese version. Results The scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, psychotic in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than that in the normal group ( P < 0. 05). There were 60 patients with psychological unhealthy, and 40 cases with psychological health. The scores of intimacy, the emotional expression, independence, success, entertaining scores, years of the education and income in psychological unhealthy group were significantly lower than these in the mental health group ( P < 0. 05). There were negatively correlated between somatization and intimacy, the emotional expression (P < 0. 05). The same trend presented between interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and intimacy, the emotional expression, independence, success, entertaining, years of the education and income ( P < 0. 05), but showed a positively correlation between interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and people without spouse ( P < 0. 05). There were negatively correlated between hostile, terror, psychoticism and intimacy, the emotional expression, independence, success, years of the education (P < 0. 05). Conclusions A variety of factors in the family environment can affect the mental health of patients with coronary heart disease. We can actively improve the relevant factors to promote patients with coronary heart disease to keep good mental state, so as to contribute to the stability of disease and recovery.

Objective To explore the effects of empowerment education combined with family support in management of elderly patients with coronary artery disease combined with renal dysfunction. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary artery disease combined with renal dysfunction from March 2013 to March 2014 were included and randomly divided into observation group (n =50)and control group (n =50).The same drug treatment was used in both groups, additionally, the routine health education was performed in control group and empowerment education combined with family support was adopted in observation group. The self-care ability, life quality, satisfaction and clinical related indicators were evaluated before interventions and 6 months after interventions. Results After 6 months, there were more patients with medication compliance (72.0%), regular exercise (70.0%),and returning visit on time (70.0%)in observation group than those in control group (P <0.05).The levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and urine protein decreased in both groups, and they decreased more significantly in observation group. The scores of life quality (96.49 ±2.63)and satisfaction (9.09 ±0.88 ) were higher in observation group than those in control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusions The empowerment education combined with family support can improve self-care ability, life quality, satisfaction and clinical related indicators of elderly patients with coronary artery disease combined with renal dysfunction.

Objective To explore the effect of action study on rehabilitation training in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital during January 2013 to December 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. The experimental group including 100 patients with coronary heart disease during January 2013 to June 2013 were given rehabilitation training based on action study, and the control group including 100 patients with coronary heart disease was given regular sports rehabilitation. These functional indicators of heart and lung including speed, slope, 6 minuter walking distance (6MWD), exercise capacity and activity intensity was compared before and after therapy in both groups. Results The functional indicators of heart and lung in experimental group and control group showed no difference before given intervention ( P>0.05), and all functional indicators of heart and lung including speed, slope, 6MWD, exercise capacity and activity intensity in both groups were improved after given intervention. The functional indicators of heart and lung including speed, slope, 6MWD, exercise capacity and activity intensity in experimental group were better than those in control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Rehabilitation training based on action study is effective in improving the exercise capacity and cardio-pulmonary function in patients with coronary heart disease.
