1.EVALUATION OF THE EFFICACY OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE TREATMENT FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS INDUCED INFERTILITY AFTER LAPAROSCOPY SURGERY

Objective To investigate the different clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and laparoscopy surgery treatment for endometriosis infertility.Methods The 45 cases of endometriosis infertility were randomly divided into two groups, for the control group,22 patients were treated by laparoscopy surgery treatment;for the experimental group, 23 patients combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment after laparoscopy surgery.Results The efficiency of the two groups are as follows:the effective rate of the experimental group 913%, the control group 727%;the two groups were significantly different(p<0.05),the pregnancy rate of the experimental group is 696%, and the control group is 454%, the two groups were significantly different(p<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopy surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for endometriosis infertility is significantly effective, and it is worthy of clinical application.
2.SCREENING OF TYPE 2 DIABETES WITHOUT SYMPTOMS IN COMMUNITIES

Objective To explore the early screening of f type 2 diabetes in communities.Methods 1058 residents were selected during community health service for health examination and the health documents were established .he type 2 diabetes pa-tients were screened.According to the risk factors for type 2 diabetes, the screening was done to find out the suspicious patients and high risk individuals, whom received selective intervention.The health records of 982 community residents before the intervention were used for comparisons.The difference inthe indicators such as awareness rate, treatment rate, disability rate and mortality rate of diabetes patients before intervention were compared with those after intervention .Results 76 cases of type 2 diabetes without symp-toms were screened out after intervention and 81 cases before intervention.The awareness rate and treatment rate after intervention were 96.05% and90.79%, significantly higher than 74.07% and67.90%.After treatment, the disability rate was 6.58%, signifi-cantly lower than 19.75%before intervention (p<0.05).Conclusion The model such as“screening-intervention-follow-up-treatment” is the key strategy for three-level prevention of diabetes .It has the important social value to curb the prevalence of diabe-tes, reduce the burden on families or society and improve the quality of life of patients .
3.THE APPLICATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY IN LEFT-BE-HIND STUDENTS'MENTAL HEALTH

Objective To explore the mental health situation of left -behind students.Methods 207 left-behind students and 210 non-left-behind students were selected from 5 schools in Shan'xi Province.SCL-90 scale questionnaire was used to inves-tigate the mental health of the left -behind students.Results The mental health level of non -left-behind students was better than the left-behind students.Besides, gender and age differences were distinct between the two groups.Conclusion Psychological measurement technology has great influence on left -behind students'mental health.We should make analysis from the prospective of family, school and themselves so as to improve their mental health.
4.NURSING AND REHABILITATION GUIDANCE OF TUBERCULOUS TENOSYNOVITIS

Objective To investigate feature on the diagnosis and treatment and care and recovery of tuberculous tenosynovitis.Methods From October 1998 to March 2008,7 cases of tuberculous tenosynovitis at the wrist,hand and ankle,food were treated using surgery and antitubercular agents.The outcomes,misdiagnosed reason and treatment points and revovery instruction were analyzed respectively.Results All cases were cured.There was no recurrence after postoperative 0.3 to 10 year follow up.Excellent function was obtained in 6 cases.There was 1 case with somewhat disability because of late treatment.Conclusions Early diagnosis of tuberculous tenosynovitis depends on the clinical manifestation、lab test and MRI.Healing could be achieved if focal cleaning,antitubercular medication and functional rehabilitation ware performed on time.
5.CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 8 CASES AMNIOTIC FLUID EMBOLISM

Objective To probe into the treating method for 8 patients with amniotic fluid embolism and summarize the cognition and experience.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the treatment of 8 patients with amniotic fluid embolism and the prognosis clinical material of mother and baby.Results All of them had the drop of blood pressure and shock.7 cases had premonitory symptom.7 cases had survived and 1 case had been dead.Conclusion It is very important for the successful rescuing that the symptom is found out in early period, diagnosis is correctly made, adrenocortical hormones and heparin are used in time, amount of blood and fibrinogen level were supplied quickly, pathogenic factors are removed and subtotal hysterectomy can be carried out early, which has absolutely clinical value for the successful rescuing patients with amniotic fluid embolism.

7.THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION SODIUM BICARBONATE GASTRIC LAVAGE ON THE SWALLOW SYNDROME OF NEWBORN

Objective To observe the effect of different concentration sodium bicarbonate gastric lavage on newborn with swallow syndrome.Methods 88 patients from our hospital were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group (A group) and experimental groups(B、C、D、E group) according to numerical table.Separately using water and 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution gastric lavage.Vomiting, abdominal distention, gastric retention and weight changes was observed.Results The result showed that the vomiting, abdominal distention, gastric retention of patients in experimental group were better than that of patients in control group, and there were significant differences between them(p<0.05).but there were no significant difference among the experimental groups (p>0.05).And there were no significant difference among experimental and control groups in weight changes(p>0.05).Conclusion 1%sodium bicarbonate can much shorten the time to stop vomit and reduce complication.Therefore it is highly recommended and popularized.

9.INFLUENCE OF NURSING INTERVENTION IN COMMUNITY ON LIFE -STYLE AND BE-HAVIORS OF HYPERTENSION PATIENTS

Objective To understand the influence of nursing intervention in community on hypertension pa-tients′life style and behaviors.Methods 183 hypertensive patients admitted registered in Donghu Street community were selected for nursing intervention for 18 months, from whom effect evaluation was made through pre -and post -intervention.Results Nursing intervention had significant influence on hypertension patients′life style such as smoking, drinking, salt restriction and exercise (p <0.01).With improvement of notable knowledge on hypertension and its risk factors, control rate of blood pressure and medicine taking compliance all increased significantly (p <0.01), but illegible improvement was found respecting weight control, high fat diet and patients′emotion (p >0.05).Conclusion In some way community nursing intervention can alter hypertension patients′life style and help to improve their health status and quality of life.
10.THE STATUS AND RISK FACTORS OF COGNITIVE DISORDER IN HEMODIALYSIS PA-TIENTS

To study the status and risk factors of cognitive disorder in hemodialysis patients.Methods We re-cruited the hemodialysis patients in our hospital during March, 2013 to February, 2014 and assessed their cognitive function.The case -control method was used to test the risk factors of cognitive disorder in these patients.Result-sThe occurrence rate of cognitive disorder in these hemodialysis patients was 59.4%.Education level and chronic in-somnia significantly influenced the risk of cognitive disorder.The higher education level, the lower the incidence of cognitive dysfunction (OR =0.51; 95%CI =0.30 -0.86); The patients with a history of chronic insomnia were at a 1.98 times higher risk of had (OR =1.98; 95%CI =1.05 -3.75) of cognitive disorder compared to those without chronic insomnia.Conclusion There is a high prevalence of cognitive disorder in hemodialysis patients.Education lev-el and chronic insomnia are independent risk factors for cognitive disorder.
