Objectives To study the effect of Lactulose oral solution combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on the intestinal cleanness. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing electronic colonoscopy were divided into the experiment group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The experiment group orally took Lactulose oral solution and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 1d before the check, while the control group polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 1d before the check. The two groups were compared in terms of intestinal cleanness and adverse reactions. Results The experiment group was significantly better than the control group in intestinal cleanness(P>0.05)and there were no significant difference has in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and Lactulose Oral Solution may improve the intestinal cleanness and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
6.Nursing of children dermatomyositis complicated with interstitial pneumonia
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(12):29-31,32
Objectives To summarize the experience of nursing care to children with dermatomyositis complicated with interstitial pneumonia. Methods The nursing histories of 11 cases of children dermatomyositis complicated with interstitial pneumonia were retrospectively looked into for summarizing the nursing measures. Results The diseases were both effectively controlled in all the children, who were given maintenance therapy by oral taking of hormone after discharge. Conclusion Such nursing measures as close observation of disease, enhanced nursing and first aid of respiratory failure, nursing of infection and secondary infection, care after mesenchymal stem cells transplantation, strengthened disinfection and isolation, are of significance for controlling the disease.

Objective To explore the preventive effect of feedforward control on unexpected extubation in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods The clinical data of 42 cerebral apoplexy patients during May 2010 and May 2011 were retrospectively reviewed to find out the risk factors of unexpected extubation. The feedforward control was used to manage 49 cerebral apoplexy patients during June 2011 to June 2012 to control the risk factors. The incidence of unexpected extubation was compared between pre-and post-use of feedforward control. Results After application of feedforward control, the incidences of unexpected extubation of gastric tube, deep vein tubes and urinary tubes reduce were significantly decreased compared to pre-use of feedforward control(all P<0.01).Conclusion The feedforward control on patients with cerebral apoplexy is effective in reducing the incidence of unexpected extubation and ensuring the intubation safety.

Objective To study the relationship between psychological resilience and occupational stress of nurses in disinfec-tion supply center. Method A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 387 nurses in the supply and demand center by using the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson scale (Connor-Davidson resilience, CD-RISC) and the nurse job stressors scale. Results In the disinfection supply center, the nurses' mental resilience score was (76.72±13.67), at the middle level. The total score on occupa-tion pressure was (72.84±12.19), at the moderate stress level. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the sterilization and supply cen-ter nurses' mental resilience score, together with the dimensions were positively correlated with occupation pressure. The mental re-silience and occupation pressure were positively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusions The psychological toughness and occupational stress of nurses in the sterilization and supply center are in the middle level. The nursing managers can promote the sustainable develop-ment of the nurses' psychological toughness through the stress management training and the nursing profession quality improvement.
