The examinations were done both at the two stages. They were interviewed on their views on theoretical study and internship at the end of first stage. Results The degree of satisfaction with the theoretical course was 91.6%, and the satisfaction degree of internship was 92.9%. The average scores at the end of the final examination and graduation examination were more than 85 points. Toally they were funded with 4 muncipal scientific research programs and 3 municipal patents, and published 9 academic papers. Conclusions The standardized training model is accessible for the nursing because of the training content and form. This model is feasible and effective, and it is worth applying and popularizing in the training of nurse specialist in the future.

Objective To summarize the perioperative experience of nursing the middle-aged and elderly patients of lumbar spinal stenosis and degenerative lumbar scoliosis treated with posterior or transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion. Methods Posterior or transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion was performed in 69 middle-aged and elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and degenerative lumbar scoliosis. Nursing measures included evaluation and treatment of complications, preoperative guidance for surgical body position, and postoperative close monitoring, treatment of complications and functional exercises. Results The operation on all the 69 patients was smooth, with surgical time ranged from 3 to 7 hours and bleeding volume between 300~750 mL. Postoperatively, 9 patients suffered from CSF leaks, 3 ones had a screw loose by imageology, 2 did from pneumonia, 2 did from DVT, and 3 did from depression. After clinical management and nursing, all the patients were cured and discharged. Conclusions Meticulous clinical treatment and nursing of preoperative complications and instructions on body position are the foundation for successful surgeries. Postoperatively, close monitoring, management of the complications and the instruction on functional exercises are guarantees for the successful surgeries.

Objective To investigate the recognition of nurses and patients on chosing daily caregivers and analyze the influencing factors. Method Totally 1,119 nurses and 1,134 patients from five first-class and two second-class hospitals in Zhuhai participated in the survey using self-designed questionnaires from April to June in 2014. Results There were significant differences between nurses and patients in all life nursing projects (P<0.001) except making beds for patients. The top three factors influencing the nurses′recognition were shortage of nursing staff and time, less presence of professional values and feeling no respects. The top three factors influencing the patients′recognition included tending to be nursed by family members, worries about medical expenses, and nurses′being too busy on treatment. Objective To investigate the influence of remote care management on the diet compliance and disease recurrence of patients with pancreatitis. Methods Seventy-four simple pancreatitis patients in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were involved and numbered according to the administration order and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table with 37 cases in each group. The two groups accepted conventional health education during hospitalization time. The control group was given intensive classes after discharge, while the observation group received remote care management. Twelve months later, the rate of disease recurrence and diet compliance of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the management, the observation group was superior to the control group in diet compliance. The rate of disease recurrence was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The remote care management can effectively improve the diet compliance of pancreatic patients, lower the recurrence rate, and have positive effect on prognosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of informationalized monitoring processing system in prevention and control of pressure ulcer. Methods The informationalized monitoring processing system was constructed to collect information. The nursing department sent it to the ulcer treatment group and they worked together to treat and control the ulcers in patients in a dynamic and real-time way. The effect was compared before and after application. Results After use of the system, the pressure ulcers incidence in the hospital was significantly decreased as compared with pre-construct of the system. The reporting and improvement rates were significantly improved than those before(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of the informationalized monitoring processing system makes the reporting of pressure ulcers timely and accurate, helping control the occurrence and treatment of ulcers dynamically, so that the quality of pressure ulcer prevention and control is improved.

Objective To investigate the effect of family supporting system on psychological emotion and quality life of leukemic children′s parents. Methods Fifty-eight parents of children with leukemia hosptalized from Juanary to December 2013 were set as control group, which received traditional education. Fifty-nine parents of children with leukemia hospitalized from Juanary to December 2014 were set as observation group which received family supporting system. The survey was done separately before intervention and 6 months after treatment by depression self rating scale (SDS), anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS) and SF-36 (the MOS 36 items short form health survey). Result There were statistical significances in the scores on SDS, SAS and SF-36 as compared those with the pre-intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The leukemic children parents supporting system can effectively reduce the parents′depression and anxiety and improve their quality of life.
9.Effect of mindfulness therapy on surgical stressors of patients undergoing elective surgery
Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(2):13-16
Objective To study the impact of mindfulness therapy on the surgical stressors of patients undergoing elective surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table with 60 in each group. The control group was treated with conventional care intervention and the former with nursing intervention based on mindfulness therapy, body scanning, mindful breathing, mindfulness meditation, walking meditation, mindfulness yoga and mindfulness aspect introspection, besides the conventional one. The intervention effect was compared between the groups by way of the Chinese version perceived stress scale (CPSS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Result After the intervention, the scores of the observation group by CPSS, SAS and SDS were all significantly lower as compared to those of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness therapy can effectively reduce the level of perceived stress in patients undergoing elective surgery and relieve their anxiety and depression , which is conducive to the smooth operation and improvement of the operative quality.
