Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 1998;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of vasodilators in different therapies on pulmonary hypertension of neonates. Methods Vasodilators were given by i.v infusion in the usual way and the air compressor pump was used as nebulizer to inhale Neb-NTG (20 ?g/kg) 2 times daily for 3 days. The changes of heart rate, breath, blood pressure and pulmonary artery mean pressure (PAMP) were monitored before and after the treatment. Results PAMP of the patients with abnormal heart structure was (31.7?6.4) mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) while PAMP of the patients with oxygen deficiency was (26.9?4.2) mm Hg. There was a significant difference in PAMP between the two groups ( t=2.14,P 0.05 ). Conclusion Pulmonary artery pressure can be decreased by inhaling Neb-NTG and its therapeutic efficacy maybe equales that of vasodilators IV infusion. The nebulized inhalation of Neb-NTC may be an easy and effective therapy for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension in neonates.

Objective To investigate the current situation of nursing research based on Omaha system in China. Methods All the nursing research based on Omaha System were retrieved and collected by using China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database and VIP database, NoteExpress software for the management of documents was used. Based on the classification of nursing research literature, a content analysis of system analysis model analyzed the documents had been retrieved. Results Sixty-four pieces of literature were included, and thirteen categories system were formed. The transverse reliability coefficient of all kinds of system were 0.940-1.000, the longitudinal reliability coefficient were 0.658-1.000. Conclusions The study of nursing research based on Omaha system in China is booming, which is also facing challenges, and has a broad space for exploration.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
The microvasculature of the submandibular glands of guinea pig's was studied with the replica-SEM msthod. Special attention was paid to the microvascular architecture around the glandular ductal tree, which is mainly dichotomous, but usually asymmetrical and irregular, with a divergent angle of 40-80? and 7-8 grades of branching. The ductal tree is surrounded with a periductal vascular plexus. The periductal plexus of the excretory ducts can be divided into two layers: the inner layer is formed by capillaries and the outer layer by veins, so called venous coat. This venous coat is complexly constructed with button veins, loop veins and complicated venous circulatory by-passes. The capillary plexus of the striated ducts and intercalated ducts is supplied by venules with the cha-ractristics of the portal vein as they come from the capillaries of the acini. There are complex A-V and V-V anastomoses at the venous coat and at the lobu-lar porta. The significance of the microstructures described above was discussed.

Objective To analyze the risk factors on type 2 diabetic with foot ulcer. Methods 69diabetic foot patients were involved in the study.According to ulcer, patients were divided into the ulcer group(n=25)and the no-ulcer group (n=44).FBG,2h PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,BUN,Cr.CRP were examined.T-test and chi-square test were used to assess the risk factors on diabetic foot patients with clure. Results Compared with the no-ulce group, the ulcer grou were associated with HDL and CRP.Chi-square-test demonstrated a statistically significant difference between the groups with ulcer and no-ulcer grou on incidence of hypertension and ulcer in diabetic foot patients(P

Objective To investigate the feasibility of restoration of cartilage defect with silk fibrin/chitosan(SF-CS)biological scaffold compound by induced bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs)in the elderly rabbits. Methods BMSCs were extracted, cultured and induced to differentiate, then inoculated into SF-CS three-dimensional scaffold restoration.54 rabbits(aged 16-18months)were divided into scaffold restoration, single scaffold and control groups(n=18 per group). The right knee joint was used for building cartilage defect model and implanted by scaffolds.General observation, tissue staining and modified Wakitani histological scoring were performed at 4,8 and 12weeks after operation. Results SF-CS scaffold was structured by multiple interlinked pores. The average pore size was 151.72 μm.The porosity was(92.72±4.78)%.The imbibition rate was (141.10± 6.87)%.BMSCs was grown well and proliferated dynamically in SF-CS scaffold after induction. At 12 weeks, the cartilage defect was basically repaired, type Ⅱ collagen was positively expressed and the scaffold was almost assimilated in scaffold restoration group. In single scaffold group, the cartilage defect was repaired mainly by fiber tissue, type Ⅱ collagen was less expressed and the scaffold almost degraded while the cartilage defect was repaired badly in control group. The scaffold restoration group was superior to single scaffold and control groups(P<0.05)in improving the Wakitani score. Conclusions The SF-CS scaffold as BMSCs carrier may restore cartilage defect in knee joint of the elderly rabbits.

To investigate effects of cultured astrocytes from Sprague Dawley rat cerebral cortex on the development of PC12 cellsderived from rat pheochromocytoma, PC12 cells were cocultured with astrocyte according to different astrocytes/neurons ratio(50:1~1:1) , or with serum-free conditioned medium of astrocytes(ACM). The vitality of PC12 cells was measured by sensi-tive MTT method and their morphologic features were observed by Olympus light microscope. The results showed: (1) WhenPC12 cells were cultured with ACM, compared with the control group, the vitality of PC12 cells was increased significantly (0.255+0. 012 vs 0. 510±0. 036, P<0. 001) and the morphological changes were not obvious in the experimental group. (2) WhenPC12 cells were cocultured with astrocyte in the ratio of 30: 1~1: 1, not only was the vitality of PC12 cells enhanced, but alsothe neurite-outgrowth of PC12 was observed. (3) When PC12 cells were cocuhured with astrocyte in proportion of 50: 10~40 : 1, the vitality of PC12 cells was also enhanced, but the neurite-outgrowth of PC12 was not found. This study suggested en-hancement of PC12 cell-vitality was mediated by soluble factors produced by astrocytes, while activity of the neurite-promotingwas associated with cell-cell contact and with the ratio of two cells.

Objective To study the factors related to the infection induced by internal jugular catheterization and femoral vein catheterization. Methods Bacterial culture was conducted for samples collected from the outer section of catheters, the skin around the catheters and the puncture sites during different stages of the catheterization as well as the cathetor blood before removal and the catheter tips after removal in 75 cages after deep vein catheterization from March to August,2008.Statistic analysis was made on positive results. Results The positive rate of the bacterial culture in femoral vein group was obviously higher than the internal jugular group.Rank correlation analysis indicated:the positive rate of the bacterial culture for the puncture site was highly correlated with that for the outer section of the catheters and the skin around the catheters;and the catheter blood(at the tip)was in low positive correlation with that ofthe puncture site and the skin around catheters. And the positive rate apparently rose on the 3~7th days after the catheterization. Conclusions The catheter-related infection after CVC was closely correlated with the outer section of the catheters, the bacterial pollution to the akin around the catheters and different stages of the catheterization in addition to catheterizing location. It is suggested that nurses should choose proper catheterizing position according to different purposes while paying attention to the nursing work for the puncturing part and during the stage with hish risk of infection so as to reduce the occurrence of catheter-related infection.
