Objective:To probe the application and the effect of integration medical health education mode in the care-givers of children with capillary bronchitis. Method:Total 120 cases of capillary bronchitis caregivers were divided into control group (56 cases) and observation group (64 cases) and control group with traditional mode of health education, observing group adopts the integration medical health education mode;Compared two groups of children with hospitaliza-tion days, take care of health education knowledge of cooperation degree, satisfaction and health care work. Results:After implementation the integration medical health education mode, children hospitalization days declined. Caregivers' health education knowledge and satisfaction were obviously improved. The medical work cooperation degree is higher than the control group. Conclusions:The implementation of the new mode is helpful to improve work efficiency, reduce the finan-cial burden on families, and meet the demand of caregivers, health education and the right to know and sublimation of medical humanism philosophy, promoting the comprehensive qualities of nurses, improve patient satisfaction, harmonious relationship between hospital and patients, improve high quality nursing care for patients.

Objective To evaluate the effect of albendazole immunoliposome (IL-Alb) against Echinococcus granulosus. Methods Mice infected with protoscolices of E.granulosus were divided into five groups. Four groups were treated with albendazole (Alb), albendazole liposome (L-Alb), albendazole sulfoxide liposome (L-Albso), and IL-Alb respectively at a dosage of 100 mg (Alb)/(kg?d)?5 d for 3 courses. The fifth group was established as control. The major criteria for evaluating the effects included a reduction rate of E.granulosus tissue wet weight, histopathological examination of the cysts by both light microscopy and electron-microscopy, and the content of albendazole-sulfoxide in cysts detected by HPLC. Results The efficacy of albendazole immunoliposome was significantly higher than that of albendazole liposome, and much higher than that of albendazole. Objective This trial was to observe the effect of Ulinastatin on coagulation functions in patients during operation period,and to investigate the protective mechanisms of Ulinastatin.Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into Ulinastatin group (Group U,n =20) and control group (Group C,n =20).Group U was infused intravenously ulinastatin 4000 U/kg (diluted with saline to 30 ml,20min losers) after anesthesia and before cutting skin,while Group C received the same volume of normal saline.All patients were phlebotomized 1 ml peripheral blood before administered (T0) and after 1 hour (T1),respectively.Coagulation activation time (SonACT),clot rate (CR) and platelet function (PF)were detected by sonoclot coagulation analyzer and platelet function analyzer.Results Compared with group C (controlled group),SonACT of Group U was prolonged significantly at T1 (P ＜ 0.05),and PF were increased at T1 (P ＜ 0.05) ; Compared with T0,SonACT and PF were increased at T1,respectively (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Ulinastatin can improve perioperative coagulation function and platelet function.It may reduce intraoperative micro-thrombosis syndrome and postoperative deep vein thrombosis.

Premature ejaculation (PE) is a common male sexual disorder with an incidence rate of 20-30%. Recent clinical trials have demonstrated that phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5i), as the first-line drug for erectile dysfunction (ED), can improve ejaculatory function probably by acting on the peripheral and central adrenergic nerves. The possible action mechanisms of PDE5i may involve lessening of the central sympathetic output, modulation of the contractile responses from the vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate and urethra, induction of peripheral analgesia, and prolonging of the total erectile duration, increasing the confidence of ejaculation control, and reducing the post-ejaculation refractory time. This review discusses the possible mechanisms and clinical application of PDE5i in the treatment of PE.

To provide supports for Ginkgo biloba cell engineering for production of Terpene lactones (Ginkgolides and bilobalide), the cell suspension were established from calli induced from zygote embryos and stems of 30-day-old seedlings respectively. The relationship between cell growth, differentiation and the terpene lactone accumulation in these suspension cultures were investigated. HPLC determination indicated that, the ginkgolide B was found in the embryo derived cell suspension cultures at 0.044% of cell dry weight, and this result was the first time reported in this study. The accumulation of terpene lactone in the suspension cultures derived from both the embryo and seedling stems are effected by the level of the cell differentiation. The ginkgolide B was only found in small cell aggregates in the size smaller than 2mm, and the highest level of ginkgolide B was accumulated in cell aggregates in the size smaller than 1mm; however, the cell aggregates in the size bigger than 3mm could only produced bilobalide and ginkgolide A. In the same size aggregates of the suspension cultures the terpene lactone accumulation is strongly effected by the source of the explant. When the size of cell aggregates was in less than 1mm, the concentration of bilobalide, ginkgolide A and B in the cell suspension cultures derived from the embryos was 2, 1.4 and 0.56-fold, respectively, higher than that of cell cultures derived from seedling stems.

Objective To analyze the differences in microRNA (miRNA) expression between A549 and A549/DDP cells and explore the association between miRNA expression and drug resistance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The drug resistance of A549/DDP cells was evaluated using CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry.Microarray technique and RT-PCR were used to analyze the differential expression of the miRNA between A549 and A549/DDP cells.Enforced or inhibited target miRNA expression in cisplatin resistant cell was used to investigate whether miRNA involve in modulating the sensitivity of NSCLC cells to chemotherapeutic agent,exploiting the emerging knowledge of miRNA for the development of new human therapeutic applications for overcoming anticancer drug resistance and trying to discover biomarkers that were better able to predict the cancer chemotherapy sensitivity.Results The drug resistance index of A549/DDP cells relative to the parental A549 cells was 18.Microarray analysis of A549 and A549/DDP cells identified 51 differentially expressed genes (≥4-fold),including 24 up-regulated and 27 down-regulated genes in A549/DDP cells.RT-PCR identified 9 miRNA that were differentially expressed between A549 and A549/DDP cells.Of these differentially expressed miRNA,miR-376c,miR-31,miR-29a,miR-221 showed significantly increased expression,and miR-196a,miR-20a,miR-20b,miR-17,miR-451 showed significantlylowered expression in A549/DDP cells as indicated by the results of microarray analysis and RT-PCR.DDP sensitivity was increased 11.7 ％ in A549/DDP cells transfected with miR-17,but the chemosensitivity was decreased when miR-451 was over-expressed or miR-29a was inhibited by selective inhibitor,the reduction was 15.5 ％,12.9 ％,respectively,whereas chemosensitivity did not change when miR-376c,miR-31,miR-221 were inhibited or miR-196a,miR-20b,miR-20a were over-expressed.Conclusion A549/DDP cells show a different miRNA expression profile from its parental A549 cells,suggesting the involvement of miRNA in tumor cell drug resistance.miR-17 has the potential to be an efficient agent for preventing and reversing DDP-resistance in NSCLC.These results provide a strong rationale for the development of miRNA-based therapeutic strategies aiming to overcome cancer cell resistance.

In order to increase the production of insecticidal crystal proteins Cry1 and Cry2, firstly, Plack-ett-Burman design was applied to evaluate the effectiveness of the related nutrition factors; it was found that the soybean powder and MnSO4?H2O were significant factors for Cry1 production, but the yield of Cry2 wasn’t effected remarkably in such medium. Then the steepest ascent experiment was adopted to approach the optimal region of the medium composition. Lastly, the optimal concentration of the soybean powder and MnSO4?H2O was 11.5 and 0.02 g/L, obtained by response surface methodology (RSM). The final yields of Cry1 and Cry2 was 0.32 mg/mL and 0.11 mg/mL, increasing twice more than that in the medium optimized before. The median lethal concentration (LC50) of optimal medium was 1.09 ?L/mL. The toxicity to Heli-coverpa armigera was significantly enhanced than the old one.

Objective:To express and purify the TRIM5? chimaera[TRIM5? H(R328-332)] protein and to explore the interaction between the TRIM5? H(R328-332)and HIV-1gag. Methods:The plasmid pET28aTRIM5? H(R328-332) was transformed to E.coli BL21 (DE3) strain ,and the expression of TRIM5? H(R328-332) protein was induced by IPTG,purified with Ni2+ chromatography.The expression and purification of TRIM5? H(R328-332) were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot,and the interaction between TRIM5? H(R328-332) and HIV-1gag was detected by co-immunoprecipitation,His pull-down and ELISA. Results:The recombinant plasmid pET28aTRIM5? H(R328-332) was successfully expressed in E.coli. The results showed that the purified full length TRIM5? H(R328-332) interacted with HIV-1gag protein. Conclusion:The human TRIM5? chimaera was expressed successfully in vitro,and the study demonstrates that the human TRIM5? chimaera interacts with HIV-1 gag in vitro.

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MRI for portal vein(PV)and superior mesenteric venous(SMV)thrombosis.Methods Twelve patients with portal vein and superior mesenterie venous thrombosis proved by operation and pathology were examined with T_1WI,T_2WI,T_2-weighted fat suppression imaging,MR angiography(MRA)and Gd-DTPA enhanced dynamic MRI.Results Signals in PV and SMV were detected on T_1 WI and T2WI in 12 cases;3 acute thrombus presented hypo-or isointense on T_1 WI and hyperintense on T_2 WI.ttyperintense on T_1 WI and T_2WI were showed in 8 subacute thrombus; 1 chronic thrombus presented heterogenous intense on T_1W1 and hypointense on T_2W1.No enhancement within PV and SMV was found on Gd-DTPA enhanced images.Bowel dilatation was found in 10 cases,bowel hemorrhage in 6,bowel wall thickening in 12,intestinal pneumatosis in 3,ascites in 12,cavernous transformation of the portal vein in 3,hepatic perfusion disorder in 6.Conclusion MRI is an important and sensitive imaging method for the diagnosis and location of portal vein and superior mesenteric venous thrombosis with intestinal ischemia.

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of transesophageal echocardiography(TEE) in guiding and monitoring min-invasive transthoracic hybrid procedure for intracristal ventricular septal defects (VSD) using eccentric occluders.Methods 13 patients with intacristal VSD successfully underwent the min-invasive hybrid procedure using eccentric occluders were analyzed retrospectively.They were all carefully examined by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) preoperatively and were diagnosed as intracristal VSD.There were no obvious aortic valve prolapse and no severe regurgitation.The entire process was guided and monitored by TEE.The condition of VSD occlusion was assessed by immediate postoperative TEE.Results All cases were occluded successfully.The results of postoperative TEE showed that the occluder was coincided closely with the edge of VSD,no aortic valve regurgitation worsen.2 had tiny residual left-to-right shunt (＜1.5 mm),which disappeared 1 and 3 months respectively after operation.No occluder dislocated followed-up at 6 months to 2 years postoperatively,and no major complications occurred.Conclusions The min-invasive hybrid procedure for intracristal VSD using eccentric occluders guided and monitored by TEE is easy to manipulate,which is safe,less invasive,and has excellent early-term results.
