Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;(2):122-124
Objective To improve the quality of life in patients with early penile carcinoma (T1N0M0) after partial excision of penile. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with early penile carcinoma who were treated with partial excision of penile combined with penile lengthening surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 8 months to 5 years. None of patients had recurrence, and there were no external urethral stenosis and postoperative infection. The length of penile at extension state before surgery was 7.6-11.7 (8.3 ± 1.8) cm, and after surgery was 6.3-10.5 (7.4 ± 1.4) cm. All the patients were able to urinate in a standing position, 11 cases had normal sexual function, and 6 cases could complete after drug and psychological guidance. Conclusions Partial excision of penile combined with penile lengthening surgery is an effective treatment in patients with early penile carcinoma. It can significantly improve the patients' quality of life, and is an effective and feasible treatment method.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2001;16(1):11-14
Objective: To elucidate the effect of cervical multi-infarction on memory function. Method: Homogenous microthrombi were injected into internal carotid artery(ICA) through external carotid artery of Sprangue-Dawlay rat to get unilateral, bilateral or recurrent embolic cerebral multi-infarcction model. Water maze and passive-avoidance tests were used to assess the memorial function. Brain histopathological changes were also conducted. Result: Memorial function was severely injured,on the contrast to the pseudo-operational rats. Among the three models, unilateral, bilateral and recurrent ones, recurrent multi-infarction model is the worst on the memorial function, while the bilateral group is worse. Conclusion: Cerebral multi-infarction can cause memorial dysfunction. The degree of memorial function is closely related to the degree of ischemic severity.

Objective:To study the transdermal absorption in vitro of sinapine thiocyanate, tetrahydropalmatine and asarinin in Xiaochuan ointment so as to offer reference for its clinical application. Methods:A Franz diffusion cells method with isolated rat skins was carried out to study the percutaneous rate of sinapine thiocyanate, tetrahydropalmatine and asarinin determined by LC-MS/MS.Results:With the increase of administration dosage, the cumulative penetration of sinapine thiocyanate, tetrahydropalmatine and asarinin showed few changes. The results showed that the transdermal behavior of sinapine thiocyanate fit to a Higuchi equation, and that of tetrahydropalmatine and asarinin fit zero-order process. The penetration rate of tetrahydropalmatine and asarinin respectively was 0.362×10-1 and 0.330×10-2 μg·cm-2·h-1.Conclusion:Xiaochuan ointment exhibits transdermal penetration and absorption properties, which provides evidence for its transdermal administration.

Objective To explore the effect of HAPA theory based intervention on diet control behavior of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods 64 obese PCOS patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, while the patients in the intervention group received HAPA theory based intervention. The diet control behavior and clinical monitoring indexes of patients were investigated before and 1 and 6 months after intervention. Results The behavior level of the intervention group on 1 month and 6 month after intervention was significant higher than that of the control group. The levels of BMI,FT,blood glucose level two hours after OGTT,follicle number of the intervention group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusions The HAPA theory based intervention can improve the diet control behavior of PCOS patients, improve the effect of clinical treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the application ability of professional English for students major-ing in pharmacy in higher vocational education. METHODS:The career-oriented practical pharmaceutical English course and teach-ing system were constructed through the way of formulation of curriculum standards, establishment of teachers’team, development of school-based teaching material, application of CBI theme teaching mode and variety teaching methods, and it was carried out among students majoring in pharmacy in 2011-2014 grades in our school. Besides, experimental and survey research were used for the evaluation of Proctical Pharmaceutical English. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the academic achievement and questionnaire evaluation between 2 class before teaching(P>0.05);however,academic achievement and questionnaire evaluation were higher than 2 class after teaching, experimemal class higher than control class, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The career-oriented Practical Pharmaceutical English course and teaching system is feasible and effective;compared with traditional teaching,it can inspire students' interest in English learning, improve the ability to use English in the work and motivate their comprehensive qualities.

Objective To investigate the clinical pathological features and imaging findings of primary pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma. Methods Fifteen patients with a pathologically verified primary pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma were reviewed retrospectively. Fourteen patients had CT examinations and I0 of them had contrast-enhanced CT scan. Nine patients had chest plain films. Results Of 15 patients, 14 were peripheral and 1 was central, diameters ranging from 2.5 cm to 9.5 cm. Five located in the upper, 3 in the middle and 4 in the lower lobe of the right lung. The other 3 located in the upper left lobe. All cases presented with a spheroid solid lung mass on chest plain film and CT examinations. Three had irregular eccentric cavities. Six were well demarcated, 2 were ill defined, 4 were lobulated and 3 were speculated. The central case had obstructive pneumonia and showed ill defined. Ten showed irregular peripheral heterogeneous contrast enhancement. The center part of the tumor showed no enhancement or inhomogeneous enhancement. Seven had thoracic wall or pleural invasion, 4 had hilar or mediastinal lymphopathy and 2 had metastasis. Histopathologically, 8 were pleomorphic carcinoma, 2 were spindle cell carcinoma, 3 were giant cell carcinoma and 3 were pulmonary blastomas. Conclusion The X-ray and CT findings of the primary pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma are not specific. The clinicopathologic features were the evidence of diagnosis.

Objective To observe the protective and anti-apoptosis effects of Rannasangpei (RNSP) on brain ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was established and the groups were divided as sham group, MCAO group, vehicle + MCAO group and RNSP + MCAO group. Neuronal deficient signs, brain infarct area, the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax and the expression of caspase-3 were evaluated by neuronal deficient score, TTC (2,3,5-Triphenyltetrazolium chloride) staining and Western blot respectively. Results Compared with those parameters in sham group, the neuronal deficient signs, infarct area and caspase-3 expression increased evidently while the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax decreased markedly in MCAO group. But in RNSP+MCAO group, the neuronal deficient signs, infarct area and cas?pase-3 expression decreased greatly while the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax increased markedly compared with those parameters in MCAO group. Conclusion RNSP may have protective effects on brain ischemia and reperfusion, which is related to its an?ti-apoptosis role indicated by upregulation of Bcl-2/Bax ratios and downregulation of caspase-3.

We study the possible reasons and the scientific and effective intervention measures of the prevalence of PLBP among nurses. There is a high frequency of work-related PLBP among nurses, and to explore associations with personal characteristics, occupational risk factors and psychosocial influences. The factors related to PLBP find in this study are: age, length of employed, bearing household, the department, weekly bending times, monthly night shift, moving and handling times.
