Objective To understand the present situation of safety organizing and quality of nurse work life in pediatric intensive care unit(PICU),and to discuss the relationship between safety organizing and quality of nurse work life. Methods A total of 279 PICU nurses in eight hospitals in Zhejiang were selected by the safety organizing scale (SOS)and quality of nursing work life(QNWL).Results The score of SOS was (45.23 ±10.88)points,and the score of QNWL was (159.46 ±33.60)points.There was a positive correlation between safety organizing and quality of nurse work life(r =0.256,P <0.05).Conclusion The nurse managers should improve the level of quality of nurse work life by safety organizing.

This study is to prepare the in situ forming sustained-release injection which can perform sustained release behavior at the periodontal site for 7 days and to evaluate its in vitro and in vivo properties. After preparation of in situ forming sustained-release injection the in situ time was studied. And the surface of the solid injection was characterized by SEM. The rheological curve at 0 degrees C, 25 degrees C, 37 degrees C was determined and the impact of the temperature on the viscosity was examined. The in vitro release behavior was investigated. At last, rabbit periodontitis model was established to study its pharmacokinetics. The injection was stable, hard to stratify and decompose. The in situ forming time was about 6 seconds. It can easily adhere into periodontal pockets. There were lots of holes on the surface of the solid injection for the drug to diffuse. The drug releasing curves could be fit by Korsmeyer-Peppas equation. The drug smoothly released for 7 days at pH 7.4 PBS buffer with a very slight burst release and maintained a certain concentration. In vivo pharmacokinetics results indicated that after administration with the in situ forming injection, achievement of tinidazole (TNZ) concentration in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) was more comparable and long-lasting than usual solution of TNZ management and relatively constant TNZ levels were attained until 168 h. All these results supported the prospect of tinidazole in situ forming sustained-release injection in clinical applications.
3.The mechanism of Brucella infection and its influence on the body
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2018;37(6):513-516
Brucellosis is a systemic allergic zoonosis caused by Brucella infection. Its incidence is growing.New and recurrent cases have been reported annually. The infection of Brucella is mainly due to its different virulence factors and mechanism of immune escape. In this paper, the virulent factors, infection mechanism of Brucella and damage to human beings are reviewed,so as to provide a new strategy to the diagnosis and prevention of brucellosis.

Objective To explore the mechanism by which liraglutide modulated the differentiation of monocyte subsets in high glucose (HG) conditions. Methods Primary mouse splenocyte suspensions were cultured in HG conditions induced by IFN-γ in the presence or absence of liraglutide. The cells were harvested,co-incubated with antibodies, and analyzed on a BD FACS Calibur.Mononuclear cells (MNCs) were gated according to lower granularity and larger size by SSC and FSC.Monocytes (MCs) were defined as CD11b+MNC and divided into three subsets based on Ly6C expression:Ly6Clow,Ly6Cmid,and Ly6Chi.ROS production in Ly6C+ and Ly6C-MCs was detected by 2',7'-dichlorofluorescein-diacetate (DCFH-DA) staining and ROS-containing MCs were identified as DCF+ cells in both Ly6C+ and Ly6C-MCs.Results HG (15 mmol/L,25 mmol/L,35 mmol/L) dose-dependently increased Ly6Chi and Ly6Cmid MC differentiation and also enhanced the production of ROS in Ly6C+MCs.Liraglutide (100 U,200 U) dose-dependently inhibited HG-induced Ly6Chi and Ly6Cmid MC differentiation and also promoted the differentiation of Ly6Clow MCs.Moreover, liraglutide significantly inhibited HG-induced ROS production in Ly6C+ MCs.Conclusion Liraglutide treatment significantly inhibited inflammatory MC diferentiation induced by HG and also reduced ROS production in inflammatory MCs.

Objective:To investigate the quality of life in children with McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS) and its influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for improving their quality of life. Methods:The clinical data of 31 children with MAS diagnosed (MAS group) and followed up in Henan Children′s Hospital from June 2015 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.During the same period, 37 healthy age and sex-matched children at a ratio of 1∶1 were recruited as healthy control group. The children′s Quality of Life Universal Core Scale (PedsQL?4.0) was used for the investigation and comparative analysis.Statistical analysis was performed using the independent sample t test, Chi- square test and multiple regression analysis. Results:Compared with the healthy control group, the physiological function ( t=2.092, P<0.05), emotional function ( t=2.373, P<0.05) and total score ( t=2.360, P<0.05) of MAS group significantly decreased.Multiple regression analysis showed that physiological function was negatively correlated with the annual number of vaginal bleeding ( t=-2.367, P<0.05) and the age of first fracture ( t=-2.606, P<0.05). Social function was negatively correlated with the number of fractures ( t=-2.481, P<0.05). Conclusions:The overall quality of life of MAS children is low, especially the quality of physiological function and emotional function. The annual number of vaginal bleedings, the age of the first fracture and the number of fractures are influencing factors for the reduction of the quality of life of children with MAS.
