Objective To explore the Chinese massage therapy for the treatment of infantile anorexia of spleen and stomach type clinical curative effect. Methods 2 to 6 years old anorexia children treated from September 2010 to September 2012 for general treatment and health care in our hospital were randomly recruited into a Qi deficiency of both spleen and stomach group and a Yin deficiency of both spleen and stomach group with 25 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with chiropractic therapy. On this basis,Qi deficiency of both spleen and stomach group was applied point-massage on Weishu,Pishu, and Zusanli; Yin deficiency of both spleen and stomach group was applied point-massage on Weishu,Ganshu, and Shenshu. Results ① The comparison of disease and syndromes:the total effective rate was 92% (23/25)and 88% (22/25) in Qi deficiency of both spleen and stomach group and Yin deficiency of both spleen and stomach group separately, showing no significant difference (x2=0.886,P>0.05); the total symptoms improving rate was 92%(23/25) and 76%(19/25)in Qi deficiency of both spleen and stomach group and Yin deficiency of both spleen and stomach group separately, the difference showing statistically significant (x2=0.625,P<0.05).② Symptom score comparison before and after treatment:The main symptoms score and accompanied symptoms score before and after the treatment were [(18.32±2.42) %,(4.12±0.17) points] and [(16.80±3.77) %,(5.30 ±0.41) points] in the Qi deficiency group and [(18.18±2.10),(4.45±0.30) points] and [(19.66 ± 3.62)%,(6.01 ± 1.02) points] in the Yin deficiency group. Both groups showed obvious improvements in the main and accompanied symptom scores after the treatment (P<0.01),but no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of anorexia due to deficiency of both spleen and stomch with chiropractic and point-massage was effective.

OBJECTIVE:To study the general pharmacologic actions and toxicity of Yemazhui.METHODS:The au?tonomous movement, provoking response, climbing pole exercise, cardiovascular and respiratory reactions, acute and chronic toxicity tests were observed in rats and mice.RESULTS:Yemazhui had no obvious influence on autonomous movement,provok_ ing response, climbing pole exercise, cardiovascular and respiratory systems in rats and mice.LD 50 after Yemazhui ig was225.6g(herb)/kg(BW)with a95%confidence of199.7~254.9g(herb)/kg(BW)in mice.No toxic reaction was found in chronic toxi_ city test.CONCLUSION:Yemazhui has no obvious influence on normal physiological action and tissues and organs in animals.

Objective To explore the CT and MRI characteristics of hepatic epithelioid angiomyolipomas (H EA)in order to improve recognition and diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods The CT and MR imaging data of 8 patients with HEA proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Among these patients,4 cases underwent plain and enhanced CT scans,2 plain and enhanced MRI scans and 2 both CT and MRI scans. Results In the 8 cases,7 were female. All lesions were solitary and well-defined,with maximum diameters ranging from 42 mm to 68 mm.6 leions on plain CT displayed slightly low density,of which 1 showed fat density and other 2 showed patchy cystic areas.MRI showed 4 masses with slight hypointensity on T1 WI,slight hyperintensity or hyperintensity on T2 WI,of which one demonstrated decreased signal on out-phase of T1 WI.On enhanced MR images,7 masses were significantly inhomogeneous in arterial phase,5 showed "fast wash-in and slow wash-out",2 "fast wash-in and wash-out"and 1 "slow wash-in and wash-out".6 showed"central vascular sign"in arterial phase and 2 displayed incomplete pseudocapsule in the portal venous and delayed phases. Conclusion Inhomogeneous enhancement in arterial phase, central vascular sign, fast wash-in and slow wash-out enhancement and no pseudocapsule are imaging features of HEA,which can help to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Its diagnosis still depends on histopathology and immunohistochemistry.

Objective:To investigate the value of 3D printing combined with intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring in excision of cerebellopontine angle (CPA) tumor. Methods:The clinical data of 43 patients with CPA tumor, admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019, were collected and analyzed. These patients were voluntarily divided into ordinary group ( n=27) and optimized group ( n=16). Patients in the ordinary group were operated microscopically, and those in the optimized group were operated microscopically with 3D printing combined with intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring. The degrees of tumor resection and neurological functions (facial and auditory nerve function, swallowing function, limb activity) improvements were compared between the two groups. Results:The degrees of tumor resection of the optimized group were significantly higher than those of the ordinary group ( P<0.05), and the improvement of facial and auditory nerve function in the optimized group was significantly better than that in the ordinary group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in improvements of swallowing function and limb activity between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:The 3D printing combined with intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring can improve the resection rate of CPA tumor, protect the facial auditory nerve, and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.

Objective To study the clinical value of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and resolvin D1 (RvD1) concentrations in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of neonatal purulent meningitis(NPM).Method From June 2016 to June 2017,neonates of suspected NPM admitted to the neonatology department of our hospital were studied prospectively.Their CSF was examined before the use of antibiotics. The patients were assigned into NPM group and non-NPM group. After 7 to 10 days of treatment, according to the clinical symptoms and the reexamination results of CSF,patients in the NPM group were further assigned into the improved group and the unimproved group. The levels of TNF-α and RvD1 in CSF were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, and SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result A total of 23 patients were included in the NPM group (18 in the improved group and 5 in the unimproved group) and 30 in the non-NPM group. The levels of TNF-α and RvD1 in the CSF of the NPM group were higher than the non-NPM group [TNF-α:(0.263 ±0.088) pg/ml vs.(0.087 ±0.001) pg/ml,RvD1:(2.017 ± 0.171) pg/ml vs.(0.563 ±0.048) pg/ml] (P <0.05).After 7 to 10 days of treatment,TNF-α and RvD1 decreased in the improved NPM group[TNF-α:0.083 (0.078,0.111) pg/ml vs.0.122 (0.098,0.214) pg/ml,RvD1:1.242 (0.740,2.098) pg/ml vs.1.791 (1.371,2.804) pg/ml] (P < 0.05),and increased in the unimproved NPM group [TNF-α:2.239 (1.309,2.806) pg/ml vs.0.102 (0.100,1.312) pg/ml,RvD1:2.614 (1.265,2.940) pg/ml vs.0.139 (0.103,0.276) pg/ml] (P < 0.05).The reexamination results of TNF-oα in the NPM group were lower than the examination results before the use of antibiotics of the non-NPM group, and RvD1 higher than the non-NPM group (P < 0.05).Conclusion TNF-α and RvD1 in CSF have clinical value for the early diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of NPM.
