CXCR4 has long been considered as the unique receptor of CXCL12,and CXCL12/CXCR4 axis plays a prominent role in tumorigenesis. However,a novel receptor for CXCL12,named CXCR7,has been recently identified and also plays an important role in tumorigenesis. This review summarized current studies regarding the functions of CXCR4 and CXCR7 in cancer and the recent therapeutic approaches that target these receptors or their ligands.

Objective To evaluate the clinical indicat ion and effect of inferior vena cava filter. Methods 17 cases of deep venous thrombosis were treated w ith insertion of the inferior vena cava filter. In 4 cases the thrombosis were d rawn by Hydrolyser catheter with popliteal vein punction, in another the thrombo sis were analysed by Urokinase with vena dorsalis pedis injection. Results The filters were successfully inserted. No seious complication were observed. The thrombosis were discharged in 2 cases with Hydr olyser catheter ,and in 4 cases with Urokinase analyse. No pulmonary thromboembo lism was observed. Conclusion The inferior vena cava filter insertion is a e ffective method to provent pulmonary thromboembolism, and a safe step for the in tervenional therapy to the deep venous thrombosis.

Objective To compare of the clinical using effect of implantable venous -access port(VAP) among different methods and the postoperative complication. Methods From 2011 to 2014,a total of 359 patients with VAP were included in this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the surgery approaches methods,307 cases were implanted through internal jugular vein, and other 52 cases were through subclavian vein intubation.Statistics of postoperative flow conditions and complication between the two groups were gathered and com-pared.Results There were 3 cases of postoperative infected, and 13 cases were not free of transfusion, while 2 cases catheter were shed and shifted in the 307 cases of implantation through internal jugular vein, the complication rate was 5.86%;In other group, which in total of 52 cases of implantation through subclavian vein, including 2 cases were post-operative infected,6 cases were not free of transfusion,2 cases are of catheter fracture and5 cases were local hemato-ma,the complication rate was 28.85%.There was difference in rate of catheter leakage, catheter tip dystopy and cath-eter related infection between two groups[the proportion of through internal jugular vein vs that the group through sub-clavian vein:5.86%(18 /307)vs 28.85%(15 /52),χ2 =28.140,P =0.000].Conclusion The study suggests that the two ways of different operation methods of VAP are safe and reliable for long term intermittent venous access. The internal jugular vein implanted group has a slight advantage over the group of subclavian vein implanted, when it comes to develop the patients′living quality.
4. Clinical significance of multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small intestinal diseases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2018;25(9):1178-1180
Objective:
To explore the clinical significance of multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small intestinal diseases.
Methods:
78 patients suspected with small intestinal diseases were selected and scanned by multi detector row spiral CT instrument. The lesion position, size, type, range and distant metastasis were observed. Then, the clinical and pathological results were compared and analyzed.
Results:
The final clinicopathological diagnosis had 49 positive cases, 29 negative cases among the 78 patients. The MDCTE had 40 positive cases, which had correspondence with pathological diagnosis; 29 negative cases had correspondence with pathological diagnosis; 9 cases had been misdiagnosed. The sensitivity of MDCTE in diagnosis of small intestinal diseases was 81.63%(40/49), the specificity was 100.00%(29/29), the positive predictive rate was 100.00%(40/40), the negative predictive rate was 76.32%(29/38), the accuracy of diagnosis was 88.46%[(40+ 29)/78].
Conclusion
MDCTE has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of small intestinal diseases.

Organ Transplantation 2023;14(2):207-
Islet transplantation is a promising treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications. Nevertheless, dysfunction post-transplantation, rejection and shortage of donors are the bottleneck issues in the field of islet transplantation. Optimizing the preservation method of pancreas plays a positive role in obtaining a sufficient quantity of effective islets and maintaining their functions. During the culture stage, anti-rejection and anti-apoptosis treatment of islets, including mesenchymal stem cell (MSC), MSC-derived exosomes, anti-apoptosis drugs and gene modification, may become major approaches for islet protection and functional maintenance in clinical islet transplantation. Use of anti-instant blood-mediated inflammatory reaction (IBMIR) drugs after islet transplantation also plays a critical role in protecting islet function. In this article, the whole process from islet preparation to islet transplantation was illustrated, and relevant strategies of islet protection and functional maintenance were reviewed, aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of donors to compensate for the shortage of absolute quantity of donors and elevating the efficiency of islet transplantation.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2020;27(2):138-141
Objective:
To explore the clinical value of magnetic resonance T2-mapping imaging in the diagnosis of early intervertebral disc degeneration in obese people.
Methods:
From January 2018 to June 2019, 30 obese volunteers and 30 healthy volunteers with normal weight underwent T2-mapping scan, while their routine MRI examination showed no abnormalities were slected. The T2 value of nucleus pulposus in both two groups were measured and compared.
Results:
The T2 values of nucleus pulposus of intervertebral disc of lumbar 1-2, lumbar 2-3, lumbar 3-4, lumbar 4-5 and lumbar 5-sacral 1 in the control group were (108.17±10.87)ms, (113.93±11.54)ms, (126.65±10.22)ms, (118.62±8.86)ms and (111.61±10.65)ms, respectively, which of nucleus pulposus in different segments was statistically significant(
