1.Advances on 14-3-3sigma protein in human malignant tumors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
14-3-3 protein is a highly conserved soluble acid family. Recent researches suggest that they play critical regulatory roles in cellular processes such as cellular mitosis, growth, differentiation, proliferation and death,etc.14-3-3sigma protein, one member of the family, expresses mainly in epithelial cells and has histological specificity.14-3-3sigma protein interacts with several signal transduction proteins, induces cell cycle arrest in G2 phase after DNA damage, and regulates cellular biological functions.Abnormal expression of 14-3-3? sigma protein is common during tumor transformation, which may be induced by p53 mutation or CpG island hypermethylation of promoter. It is closely related with the transformation, progress and prognosis of human malignant tumors.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the mammalian skin, has its unique structural, biophysical and biochemical characteristics. The form of stratum corneum is a continuous sheath of protein-enriched corneocytes embedded in an intercellular matrix enriched in nonpolar specialized lipids. It provides an impermeable barrier from exogenous noxious substances and prevents the body from transdermal water loss.Recent researches suggest that its morphological and functional abnormalities can be induced by various environmental effects such as ultraviolet radiation, mechanical friction, organic solvents, etc. However, the mechanism of the injury-repair process remains unclear.Several cytokines and ceramide may be involved in the regulation.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2020;32(7):655-658
Objective :
To learn the situation of vaccine management in Zhejiang Province by SWOT analysis,so as to provide basis for normalization and standardization of vaccine management.
Methods:
Through supervision and investigation, the data of vaccine management related human resources and information construction of the CDCs in Zhejiang Province were collected. The comprehensive evaluation of vaccine management in Zhejiang Province was carried out by SWOT analysis, and the SWOT matrix was established for suggestions.
Results:
The advantages of vaccine management in Zhejiang Province lay in the standardized management of purchase and supply, the construction of vaccine management information system and the guarantee of cold chain system;the disadvantages lay in the insufficient allocation of human resources, new problems of cold chain management, the lack of standardized vaccine management mode and the incomplete coverage of vaccine and vaccination information system;the opportunities lay in the legalization of vaccine management,“Healthy Zhejiang”initiative and the “one run at most”reform in healthcare services;the threats lay in the shortage of vaccine, the gap between the expectation of the public on vaccine management and the current situation, and the reduced capacity of vaccine deployment in the provincial CDC. We should constantly improve the construction of vaccine management system, strengthen the standardized administration, regularly carry out risk assessment on vaccine management, accelerate the full coverage of vaccine and vaccination management information system, and explore the standard operation procedure of vaccine management in Zhejiang Province.
Conclusions
Although some achievements have been made in vaccine management in Zhejiang Province, there is still a gap from the goals of high-efficiency,high-level,normalization and standardization. The standardization and full coverage of the information system of vaccine management should be strengthen in the next stage.

Objective:Eph is the largest member of the family of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTK). Hypermethylation of CpG island is an important mechanism leading to down-regulation of EphA7 in gastric cancer. The objective of this study is to investigate the expression level of EphA7 in gastric carcinoma and its roles in the development, progression and prognosis of gastric carcinoma. Methods:The expression level of EphA7 transcript in gastric carcinoma specimens and normal mucosa tissues was detected using real-time RT-PCR. Results:The expression level of EphA7 in gastric carcinoma was divided into three groups according to the expression rate in gastric cancer tissue and matched normal mucosa. Statistics analysis showed that the expression of EphA7 is significantly related to age and stage. Overexpression of EphA7 has a tendency to relate to metastasis. Conclusion:EphA7 is differentially expressed in gastric carcinoma specimens. Overexpression of EphA7 may play a role in the development and progress of gastric carcinoma.

Objective: To investigate EphA7 protein expression of gastric carcinoma cells and its clinicopathological parameters. Methods: The expression level of EphA7 protein in gastric carcinoma and normal mucosa was detected using immunohistochemical staining. Results: The overexpression of EphA7 protein in gastric carcinoma was significantly related to age(P=0.016) and stage(P =0.033).Conclusion: EphA7 was differentially expressed in gastric carcinoma cells.

We describe a case of spontaneous conception following ovarian stimulation, in which a singleton pregnancy was revealed by ultrasound at 17 gestational weeks, with a multi-cystic "honeycomb" pattern in part of the placenta. With close monitoring, the patient delivered a healthy male neonate through cesarean section at 38 gestational weeks. The clinical findings, combined with ultrasound, laboratory, pathological, and immunohistochemistry examination, and short tandem repeat genotyping, confirmed a twin pregnancy consisting of a complete mole and coexisting fetus. No obvious abnormalities were found in the mother or the boy during a four-and-a-half-year's follow-up.
