Objective] To summarize national famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine-Wu Liangcun ’s experience about the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer. [Method] By studying and following Professor Wu Liangcun to diagnose, this paper discusses Professor Wu ’s academic views and clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer respectively from the aspects such as etiology and pathogenesis, and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. It expounds the characteristics of his prescription and also gives proven cases. [Result]Professor Wu Liangcun proposes that the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is mainly congenital deficiency and physical weakness resulted from cold coagulation, qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegmatic hygrosis. All these remain a standstill, gather together and become a disease. He uses the syndrome differentiation method to divide the common ovarian cancer into four types:blood stasis and vital energy retardation, phlegm dampness condensation, deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, asthenia of qi and blood. In the treatment, he organically combines the dialectics and the differentiation of disease; In the selection of drugs, he streamlines the prescription and the drug, which maximizes the efforts of the drugs and has good efforts in clinic.[Conclusion] Professor Wu Liangcun is good at making a diagnosis and giving treatment of ovarian cancer in combination with disease and syndrome, and he uses medicine flexibly. It has a very good effect and practical value for guiding clinic, and it should be promoted.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine(CM) combined with chemotherapy in preventing stageⅡ-Ⅲ colorectal cancer patients from postoperative recurrence and metastasis. Methods Databases of PubMed, EMBase, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Information(CNKI), VIP Database, Wanfang Database, and SinoMed were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of CM combined with chemotherapy in preventing stageⅡ-Ⅲ colorectal cancer patients from postoperative recurrence and metastasis. And then the quality of the included RCTs was evaluated systematically. Results Seven RCTs involving 700 cases of stageⅡ-Ⅲ colorectal cancer patients were included, 355 patients in treatment group were treated with CM combined with chemotherapy, and 345 patients in control group were treated with chemotherapy alone. The results of Meta-analysis showed that treatment group was superior to the control group in preventing the recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer one , 2 and 3 year(s) after the radical surgery, showing statistically significant differences(P < 0.05), while the difference of five-year recurrence and metastasis rate was not statistically significant between the two groups(P > 0.05). At the same time, CM combined with chemotherapy had better effect than chemotherapy alone on prolonging the time for recurrence and metastasis, improving performance status and relieving the symptoms, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion CM combined with chemotherapy exerts better effect than chemotherapy alone in preventing stageⅡ-Ⅲ colorectal cancer patients from postoperative recurrence and metastasis and onimproving the quality of life of the patients. However, for the low methodological quality of the included trials, the conclusion still needs more large-size sample, multiple-center, and high-quality clinical trials to be confirmed.

Objective :
To analyze the status and influencing factors of the intention of people aged 18 to 25 years to primary medical institutions and their satisfaction for health services in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide basis for the improvement of health services in primary medical institutions.
Methods:
During November and December in 2019,the 18-25 year-old people in Zhejiang Province were recruited to investigate the general information, intention to seek medical advice and satisfaction for health services in primary medical institutions through WeChat. Logistic regression was performed to analyze the influencing factors of the intention and the satisfaction. Importance matrix was used to analyze the key drivers of the satisfaction.
Results:
Among the 620 people surveyed, with a response rate of 93.37%, 142 (22.90%) chose primary medical institutions for advice. Actually 516 (83.23%) people went to primary medical institutions last year, and 384 ( 74.42% ) of them were satisfied with the health services. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the people aged 18-25 years who were under the new rural cooperative medical care system ( OR=3.062, 95%CI: 1.745-5.373 ) and who had records in community health centers ( OR=0.547, 95%CI: 0.308-0.970 ) were more likely to go to primary medical institutions for medical advice; the ability of doctors ( OR=1.478, 95%CI:1.168-1.871 ) ,the drug notification by medical staff ( OR=1.308, 95%CI: 1.065-1.606 ) , routine examination items ( OR=1.523, 95%CI: 1.227-1.889 ) , the ways of payment ( OR=1.168, 95%CI: 1.017-1.340 ) , the comfort of environment ( OR=1.785, 95%CI: 1.437-2.219 ) and the bulletin boards of health knowledge ( OR=1.302, 95%CI: 1.086-1.561 ) were associated with the satisfaction. The results of importance matrix analysis showed that the ability of doctors and routine examination items were the priorities to improve, followed by the drug notification by medical staff; the comfort of environment had competitive advantages; the ways of payment and the bulletin boards of health knowledge needed to be further analyzed.
Conclusions
The 18-25-year-old people in Zhejiang Province were less intended to seek medical advice in primary medical institutions, which was associated with the type of medical insurance and records in community health centers. They were satisfied with the health services, the ability of doctors and routine examination items were the key drivers.

Objective:To analyze the impact of rare bacteria infection on clinical outcome in patients with diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods:A total of 288 cases infected with single strains bacteria were selected. Data were grouped according to the 15 bacteria infection identified. The outcomes of healing, amputation, cardio and cerebrovascular events, and death were collected, and risk factors to the outcome were analyzed. Results:The rare infected bacteria were acinetobacter baumannii, staphylococcus epidermidis, morgan morganella, staphylococcus haemolyticus, streptococcus lactis, streptococcus agalactiae, enterobacter cloacae, and serratia marcescens. There were significant differences in age, albumin, HbA 1C, body mass index, condition of foot ulcer, degree of infection, healing, and minor amputation among these groups. Severe lower extremity arterial disease and age over 70 years were the main risk factors for the healing of ulcers. Wagner grade over 3 and infected with streptococcus lactis were the main risk factors for minor amputation. Severe lower extremity arterial disease, hemoglobin(Hb)≤90 g/L, and albumin(ALB)≤30 g/L were the main risk factors for major amputation. Estimated glomerular filtration rate <60 ml·min -1·(1.73 m 2) -1 and Hb≤90 g/L were the main risk factors for heart failure. Age over 70 years and ALB≤30 g/L were the main risk factors for death(All P<0.05). Conclusion:There exist significant differences in general condition, foot ulcer, and outcome in DFU patients infected with rare bacteria strains.
