Objective To analyze CT features of adrenal non-functional pheochromocytoma and non-functional adenoma and to provide reference for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods 17 cases of adrenal non-functional pheochromocytoma and 31 cases of non-functional adenoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The imaging findings of two groups of cases were statistically analyzed, including size, shape, density, enhanced degree, visible tumor blood vessels, necrosis and cystoid variation and so on.Results The average diameter of the pheochromocytoma was (52.2±20.2) mm, and the average diameter of the adenoma was (27.8±17.6) mm, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The average CT value of pheochromocytoma was higher than that of adenoma in plain, arterial and venous phases(all P<0.05).Of the 17 cases of pheochromocytoma, 14 cases (82.4%) can be seen tumor blood vessels in the arterial phase, 12 cases (70.6%) can be seen necrosis and cystoid variation, the margins of the tumors were no circular or arc-like enhancement;of the 31 cases of adenoma, 3 cases (9.7%) can be seen tumor blood vessels in the arterial phase, 2 cases (6.5%) can be seen necrosis and cystoid variation,10 cases (32.3%) can be seen circular or arc-like enhancement;all the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusion Adrenal non-functional pheochromocytoma and non-functional adenoma have characteristic imaging findings, dual phase enhanced scanning of MSCT is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment, one of the distinguishing points is to find tumor blood vessels in arterial phase.

Objective:To provide some experimental basis of cell biomechanics for clinic treatment of massage by exploring synthesis and liberation of NO and IL-1? from fascia tissue cells of rat under pressure stimulation in vitro. Methods:Fascia tissue cells of rat were cultured in vitro. After morphological identi cation,50kPa pressure was forced on these cells, then the contents of NO and IL-1? in culture medium were detected. Results:The fascia tissue cells are mainly made up of broblast cells. The contents of NO and IL-1? in culture medium were both increased signi cantly under pressure stress. Conclusion:Fascia tissue cells can receive the mechanical stimulation, and transform the mechanical signals into biological signals. The reaction to mechanical stimulation may be one of the cell biomechanical principles of massage.

Objective To analyze the effect of inspection efficiency of large medical equipment on surgery-related time. Methods Data of surgical patients in a provincial top-three hospital in Anhui province from March to July 2023 were collected.A single-group intermittent time series analysis(ITSA)design was used to explore the changing trend of operation-related time before and after the improvement of inspection efficiency of large medical equipment, with preoperative waiting time, postoperative recovery time and hospital stay as the observational indicators. Results After the improvement of inspection efficiency of large medical equipment, the preoperative waiting time(β3=-0.010,P=0.048),postoperative recovery time(β3=-0.020,P<0.001)and hospital stay(β3=-0.029,P<0.001)were all decreased, and the differences were statistically significant.Con-clusion The improvement of inspection efficiency of large medical equipment can effectively reduce the operation related time, which can promote the utilization efficiency of medical resources and improve the medical experience of patients.

AIM: To sort out the research context of information construction of drug clinical trials and understand the hot spots and development trend of informatization construction of drug clinical trials. METHODS: The knowledge map CiteSpace software was applied to analyze the 391 items of literature collected from China CNKI database during the year of 2000 to 2020. A thorough investigation was conducted from the perspectives of quantitative analysis, research institutes, author, research hot topics and the research trend. A knowledge map was generated to sort out the main ideas of the research of the drug clinical trial information construction. RESULTS: The results showed that in the past 20 years, the number of published papers related to the construction of clinical information of drugs fluctuated, and most of the major research institutions had strong research ability in this field. But the interactions within research institutions remained improved, and the academic exchanges between scholars still needed to be strengthened. The shift in hot-spot research reflected a greater focus on systematizing and protecting subjects' rights. CONCLUSION: The research of information construction of drug clinical trial mainly focuses on clinical trial, drug clinical trial, quality control and other aspects. It is the trend of future research to further improve the efficacy of trial management through information construction, ensure the reliability and standard of drug clinical trials, and effectively reduce the risks and hidden dangers of drug clinical trials.
