Objective To explore the association between GNβ3 gene and depression, and to investigate the interaction of gene-environment(negative life events and childhood trauma) and potential possible pathogenesis of depression. Methods The sample of peripheral blood was collected from Chinese Northern patients(n=500) and controls(n=500).Snapshot technique was used to detect the genotype frequency and allele frequency of GNβ3 rs5443 polymorphism in cases and controls. The genotype and allele frequencies were analyzed by Chi-square test, the interactions of gene-environment were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results GNβ3 rs5443 genotype and allele frequencies were observed between patients and controls (x2 =20.249,P<0.01;x2 =4.803,P<0.05).There were genotype CC 102 and 158,genotype CT 280 and 217,genotype TT 118 and 125;allele C 484 and 533,allele T 516 and 467 between patients and controls, respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that the interaction between rs5443 T+ and negative life events was associated with depression (P<0.05,OR=1.957).In addition, individual carrying rs5443T+ genotypes and negative life events could increase risk of depression. Conclusion GNβ3 rs5443 is a possible susceptibility gene of depression. The interaction between rs5443 and negative life events is associated with depression.

OBJECTIVETo explore the experimental method of obtaining position emission tonogiaphy (PET) imaging evidence of changes in cerebral function by puncturing the Stomach 36 (ST36, Zusanli) acupoint.
METHODSData on changes of cerebral glycometabolism were obtained from six healthy male volunteers with positron emission tomography. Visual experimental evidence, as well as statistical parametric mapping (SPM), was gathered while puncturing the ST36 (Zusanli, right leg) acupoint.
RESULTSThere was increased glycometabolism in the hypothalamus, head of the caudate nucleus, temporal lobe, the sinistral cerebellum, postcentral gyrus, and brain stem while the acupoint ST36 was being punctured.
CONCLUSIONSAcupuncture on ST36 can lead to increase in glycometabolism in the vegetative nerve centers, which is correlated with gastric function. Visual experimental evidence of ST36 acupuncturing on functional gastrointestinal disorder was obtained in our study.

OBJECTIVE:
To detect the levels of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 1 Antibodies (LMP1-Ab) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)sera and discuss the clinical significance of this test in diagnosis, prognosis, and immune-targeted therapy of NPC.
METHOD:
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western blot method were used to detect the LMP1-Ab levels in 61 NPC sera, 30 nasopharyngitis sera, and 55 normal sera. The relationship between the LMP1-Ab level and clinical and pathological features of NPC was analyzed.
RESULT:
ELISA test showed that LMP1 antibodies level was significantly higher in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group than those in nasopharyngitis group and in healthy group and there were statistical significances (all P<0.05). In SNPC group, the LMP1-Ab level was not related to the pathological grade and cervical lymph node metastases (P>0.05). Western blot test revealed that the expression of LMP1 antibodies was higher in NPC sera than in nasopharyngitis sera and in normal sera.
CONCLUSION
LMP1-Ab level was higher in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group than in nasopharyngitis group and in normal group. Therefore, LMP1 may be considered as a tumor correlated antigen to help the diagnosis and immune-targeted therapy of NPC.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of nurses' presenteeism behavior between job alienation and job burnout. Methods:From May 2019 to October 2021, a total of 506 nurses working in the Nursing Department of Jiaozuo People's Hospital were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method. General information questionnaire, Presenteeism Behavior Scale, Job Alienation Scale and Job Burnout Scale were used to investigate the nurses. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between presenteeism behavior and job burnout and job alienation, and Bootstrap test was used to explore the mediating effect. A total of 506 questionnaires were distributed and 506 were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 100.00%.Results:The total scores of job burnout, job alienation and presenteeism among 506 nurses were (63.43±8.03) , (34.16±5.55) and (6.32±1.56) , respectively. Pearson analysis showed that presenteeism was positively correlated with job alienation and job burnout ( P<0.01) . Using the Bootstrap sampling test method to conduct a mediating effect study, 95% confidence interval for the path analysis from burnout to presenteeism to job alienation did not include the number 0, and nurses' presenteeism behavior played a mediating role between job alienation and job burnout. Conclusions:Nurses have high presenteeism behavior, which plays a mediating role between job burnout and job alienation. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the frequency of nurse presenteeism behavior and promote physical and mental health.

Objective:To screen the circRNAs with differential expression between female patients with major depressive disorder and healthy women, and to explore the circRNAs that might be associated with depressive disorder through bioinformatics analysis. Methods:Using high-throughput sequencing screen differentially expressed circRNAs of female major depressive disorder patients, |log 2FC|≥1 and FDR<0.05 were used to determine whether circRNA had a difference in expression.According to the miRNA sponges function of circRNA, the online databases were used to predict miRNAs which may be targeted by circRNAs, and miRNAs related target genes were also predicted by the five most different circRNA.GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were used to predict biological processes for the target genes and signaling pathways.Based on the results of high-throughput sequencing, biological processes and signaling pathways related to depression, circRNAs related to depression were screened. Results:Thirteen targeted miRNAs were predicted by the five most different circRNAs(hsa_circ_0020959, hsa_circ_0005959, hsa_circ_0033064, hsa_circ_0006862, hsa_circ_0027732), and multiple biological processes and signaling pathways related to depressive disorders were predicted by the target genes, such as glucocorticoid receptor signaling pathway, interleukin-7 response, nervous system development, Wnt signaling pathway, FoxO signaling pathway, thyroid hormone signaling pathway, neurotrophin signaling pathway, and so on.Conclusion:All the 5 circRNAs enriched biological processes or signaling pathways related to depressive disorder, among which hsa_circ_0005959, hsa_circ_0033064, hsa_circ_0006862 and hsa_circ_0027732 may be more closely related to female major depressive disorder.
